About: Hello. My name is Martha and I can't wait to meet your best little friend. I have been taking care of my own pets for the last 40 years and would love help take care of your fantastic four legged babies. My current doggie Zoey is a 1 year old Jackabee who requires lots of activities and exercise that I happily give her daily in our large fenced in back yard and multiple trips to a near by Dog Park at Park of the Americas. Currently I am between jobs so I am able to give full time care for your sweet puppy, which is great for those potty emergencies. Even in the event that I would have to leave it's never longer than an hour and my Mother or Husband would be home to help. I have a big fenced in yard that is perfect for play and exercise. Rainy days aren't a problem cause we have a spacious screened in porch. Overnight we keep our Zoey in a crate near our bed and we are able to divide space in the house if your fur baby needs quiet time. There are two beautiful parks within walking distance, one with a Dog Park. I have two kids that love dogs and are eager to help play with there new Puppy Dog Pal. I have taken care of several older dogs in my time including giving medication, appropriate exercise and proper diet. I do ask that your pet be potty trained Please. I am in between jobs right now so I've got plenty of time to look after your sweet puppers. They will have plenty of open spaces, either in our yard or at the Dog Park that's within walking distance. We have a very large fenced in back yard. For rainy days we can play on our spacious screened in porch. In my life I've taken care of older pets too including giving medication, appropriate exercise and proper diet. Our Pup and all her furry friends get all the love and affection they'll ever need, and then some more.

“Natalie was wonderful with our young cat while we were gone for a week. She dropped in every day, made sure he had food and water, cleaned the litter box, and spent plenty of time playing with him. She always sent a picture and answered whenever we asked how he was doing.”

About: I love love love all animals; I even donate to a lot of rescues and have fostered dogs. Dogs have a special place in my heart—I call them fur angels—and I’ve had them my entire life. I had to lay my last rescue (she was actually a foster fail—I kept her instead of adopting her out!) to rest on 3/17/25 and there is a huge, gaping hole in my heart. My heart needs some time to recover before getting another one. I’ve had and cared for dogs my entire life. I absolutely love getting to know their unique personalities, treating them with nothing but the love and affection they all deserve, and walking, playing, spoiling, and (especially!) cuddling with them. I would love to take care of yours as if you were taking them to grandma’s! If you want to do a meet-and-greet, I’d love the opportunity to meet your fur angel. :) I’m currently working for myself from home on my own schedule so I am extremely flexible. I can give potty breaks as often as possible, but I don’t have a fenced yard to let them roam free, so it will be leashed potty breaks/walks outside. Updating for scheduling clarification: A “drop-in visit” is for me to come to your home and care for your dog. This includes letting them outside in a fenced yard for a potty break and zoomies, if they desire, as well as food, fresh water, and cuddle and play time. A “Dog Walk” is for me to come to your pet and walk them for the amount of time you book. The actual length of the walk/time outside will be impacted by your wishes, the weather (heat, especially), and if there’s anything else I need to fit into the booked window, such as time for water, eating, playing, etc. Obviously, I want happy pet parents and pets and will always do the best I can to care for your pet as if he/she were my own. :) I am currently without my own dog for the first time in decades, so your fur angel will have me all to themselves! I will be as “spoiling” or “strict” as you’d like. I gave my own dogs a healthy level of structure and manners but they were also really spoiled. I will follow your wishes as it is your fur baby. As a baseline, I make sure they have comfortable places to lay, as much active time as they’d like, and plenty of water, treats, and food-and, of course, tons of cuddles!!

About: *will override the extra puppy rate!! I don’t want to charge extra for that Hi, I’m Lauren! I’m from Ireland and recently moved to Baldwin Park. I am a professor at UCF. I have a gorgeous little cat called Pam. And up until recently, enjoyed visiting home and seeing my family dog, Leo who my parents adopted 10 years ago and sadly recently passed. I lived with Leo for a long time before moving to the states and grew a great bond with him. With a lot of love and training, he grew from a nervous street dog who had been harmed by a previous owner into a very trusting, obedient dog who we all loved very much. During Covid lockdown in the UK, I also used to walk dogs or sit in their homes for neighbors and that brought such joy to my Additionally, i used to live with a landlord who had a little Maltese puppy who I trained and took care of while I worked from home. He was the loveliest little friend during that time but I also know the trials and tribulations that come with house training a puppy! I truly enjoy the company of dogs and it brings such a light to my life to be able to spend time and build connections with them. Having trained Leo myself, cared for and walked many dogs, I am experienced, mostly with smaller and medium-sized dogs (though I know bigger dogs can be even more friendly and gentle giants 🙂). I’d love to get a dog of our own soon, but while we make plans to get a place with a yard for that, in talking to a friend who has had a great experience with this app, I felt Rover might be a great way to spend more time with furry friends in the meantime. I have a car and can drive within the area but otherwise, live around the lake and can walk to meet or walk dogs around Lake Baldwin. I look forward to meeting, walking and enjoying time with your furry friends soon. I work at UCF and would prefer evening and weekend walks, or check ins in the evening and weekend too. I can do some mornings also. I wfh one day a week, so can be more flexible usually on Wednesdays. I am possibly too paranoid about my own cat in terms of safety. I like to watch her when I’m out with a ring camera and when others take care of her, I try to ensure they don’t ever open the balcony door when she’s in the room. I’m extremely vigilant when it comes to animal safety and definitely don’t take a laid back approach. When I used to walk dogs, I’d take their cues if they were nervous around other dogs and remove them from the situation. I’d also be extremely careful around roads and keep them on a tight leash. I know to approach dogs and cats gently with my palm out so they don’t feel threatened.

“Sara was such a great help when I went out of town for the holidays! I have one very large kitty who needs to be checked on every day, and Sara did a wonderful job with him. I really enjoyed the daily summaries and photos she sent me, they gave me a peace of mind while I was out of town!”
