If I sense any tension or either pet seems unsure, I have a separate room ready so my cat can relax in her own space and your dog can decompress safely. When I'm in your home, I treat your space just like I’d want someone to treat mine. I make sure bowls are cleaned and refilled with fresh water, any messes are taken care of right away, and doors are always securely locked before I leave.
