“Katie is amazing! She’s a true cat person that understands cats and how to make them comfortable. Katie had our shy kitty interacting and playing with her on the first visit. She always provided great pictures and updates. Our family felt 100% comforted that our kitty was well cared for while we were away. Side note - We had a water leak while we were away. Katie is a problem solver and acted with urgency. She texted and called us as soon as the leak was discovered. She was able to turn the water off and clean up the water. This saved us replacing our wood floor and lots of $$$. We couldn’t recommend Katie more and we will be requesting her service next time we are away for kitty companionship!”

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs for years. I have rescued 4, and I enjoy every breed. I worked at a veterinary clinic for 2 years which allowed me to gain experience in administering medicine, and keeping animal spaces clean. I am currently a full time student athlete, so I am busy. However, that never stopped me from taking care of my animals at home. Going on walks and playing with animals is a genuine experience that relieves me of the stresses in college. My day does start relatively early; however, I have a lot of time in between classes and other activities. I plan to care for your pets depending on their needs and your home. About: I've been an avid pet lover for as long as I can remember. I attended UNC-Chapel Hill and earned my veterinarian medical technician degree. I specialize in senior dogs needing special care, food and medication. I can administer all medications oral, topical as well as injections. I have cared for the smallest to the largest of all breeds. Pet sitting is my full time job. My daily and weekly routines revolves around the dogs in my care. I never leave them alone more than 2hrs at a time and I only do that for doctors appointments. My dog Porkchop is a medical service animal and goes everywhere I go, except when I sit at someone else's house. I have a large fenced in backyard and I have a small service dog to keep your baby company. Your babies will be allowed on the furniture and the bed unless you don't want them too. I don't use kennels unless you want me to and you will have to provide the kennel. Your babies will have full access to my entire house. If I sit in your home I go by all of your rules for your baby. On drop in visits I will feed your pet and walk them as well as give plenty of love and play time. For walking visits I will give your baby a twenty minute walk and give them fresh water and a treat or two if they are allowed to have them.
About: Ever since I was a baby I have always grown up around animals. About four years ago I started watching my grandparents Rottweiler and stayed several nights and days taking him on walks, feeding him, and interacting with him by playing. About five years ago I got into fostering dogs ranging from puppies to adult, and sometimes having several at the same time. I have experience with puppies due to fostering and owning my own, and I have experience with adult dogs from fostering and owning my own. Besides having experience with just dogs I have experienced and taken care of dogs who have had previous surgeries, dogs who have cancer, and dogs who have to take several medications several times a day. I am currently working a full time job M-F from 9-6 and im off on the weekends. I would be able to help in the mornings and around lunch time everyday, and be able to help after work. Although I can not care for animals in my home due to complex regulations when I had dogs I had a fenced in yard and would go outside and interact with them. When I was at other clients homes if they didnt have a fenced in yard I would walk their dog or put them on a leash in their yard.
