I work full time during the week, but I love spending my free time caring for pets! I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting for both dogs and cats. On weekdays, my availability is usually early mornings (around 5:30–7:30 AM) and evenings (about 5:30–10 PM). On weekends, I’m more flexible and typically have greater availability for visits, walks, and house sitting. If you’re unsure whether your timing fits, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to see if we can make something work!

Before meeting your pet, I like to learn a little about their personality and what they’re used to. It’s helpful to know things like how they do on walks, how they are around other dogs, and if there’s anything that tends to make them nervous or extra excited. I also love hearing about their favorite toys, treats, or walking routes. The more I know ahead of time, the easier it is for me to make sure they’re comfortable and having a good time.
A typical day
Every pet has their own routine, and I always try to keep things as close to normal as possible so they feel comfortable and relaxed while you’re away. On weekdays, I’m typically available early in the morning for breakfast, potty breaks, walks, or check-ins before heading to work. In the evenings, I come back for dinner, walks, playtime, and lots of attention so your pet can wind down happily. If I’m house sitting, I make sure pets get quality time, exercise, and plenty of care before and after work. On weekends I have much more flexibility, which means more time for longer visits, extra playtime, and lots of love and attention. One thing I really enjoy is keeping pet parents updated. I like to send photos and little “report cards” after visits with notes about how your pet did, what we did together, and any fun moments from the day so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away. ❤️

Hi! I’m Lindsey, and I’ve grown up around pets my whole life. Being around animals has always felt natural to me, and I love getting to know each pet’s personality. I’ve also volunteered walking dogs in the past, which gave me experience with a wide range of dogs, from small breeds to large dogs, and from playful puppies to slower-paced senior pups. I’m comfortable handling pets with different temperaments and energy levels, whether that’s taking a dog out for a walk, stopping by for a visit, or spending some time giving a cat attention and care. I also have experience giving medication. My own dog had diabetes, and I gave him daily insulin shots, so I understand how important it is to follow instructions carefully and make sure pets feel calm and safe during those moments. I’m reliable, attentive, and a big animal lover. I truly enjoy spending time with both dogs and cats and would treat your pet like my own. I’m always happy to adjust to whatever helps your pet feel comfortable, whether that’s sticking closely to their routine, giving them playtime and enrichment, or just keeping them company. Before caring for your pet, I like to learn about their routine, personality, and anything that helps them feel at ease. Every pet is different, and I want to make sure they have the best experience possible.
