“Mindy provided day care for my aunt's dog, Sassy, while we visited Niagara Falls from Arkansas. Sassy had never been under someone else's care and my aunt was nervous about leaving her with a "stranger". But Mindy was wonderful and allowed us to come for a 'meet and greet' when we arrived in town the day before our booking. My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. She was also wonderful about sending pictures and videos especially that first day and that made us feel better about leaving her. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”

I am caring and trustworthy. I have watched friends and family members pets before and looking to help out others! My current availability is mostly on weekends and holidays. During the week I am available for boarding, but I am at work full time on weekdays. I have a fenced in yard and a dog that loves to meet new friends! I have extra crates and toys if needed. I am better suited to more relaxed pets. **Important** - I currently work a full time job from home and can be flexible with scheduling. I will work from your home if booked for house sitting, so it is required I have a reliable internet connection! - At this time I require m&gs for all house sitting services before bookings, to ensure our expectations meet and to make sure your pet is comfortable with me. For long term house sitting, I highly reccomend a trial run of 1 day of daycare or a drop in visit. I work from home full time so I am available during the workday when most people are away! I love being able to hangout with new friends during my work week. Safety is and always has been my top priority. I am proudly fear free certified and have worked on extensive safety training measures in all of my professional working environments.

I am home 90% of the time besides when I leave to go to the gym, not leaving more than an hour or two tops! In addition to outdoor adventures, my home offers a spacious, backyard where pets can run and play safely. I start my day early, around 6 AM, to let the pets out and ensure they get a good start to their day. I stay up until around 10 PM, making sure they are comfortable and settled in for the night. About: I’ve had a dog all my life. I adopted my most recent pup about 2 years ago and he’s a happy pooch. We walk three times a day and visit our nearby park regularly. He gets his yearly shots and monthly nail trimmings. I am the go-to choice to sit my friends’ pups, and have senior dog and puppy experience. I work from home, so can keep an eye on the pups and play with them regularly. I currently walk my own dog three times a day, visit the nearby park (Harlem rd park) after work most days, and visit Knox Farms dog park once or twice a month in the summer. I have a small yard 90% enclosed, so walk dogs regularly. There are friendly neighborhood dogs that we can interact with. I work from home, so play with the pups often. I promptly clean up accidents, if they do happen. I do not smoke and our house does not have animal smells. It is carpeted and we have a big sectional that animals can lounge on. We have a cat that has high safe places he can go to. I reward good behavior with praise and an occasional treat. Bad behavior is met with a stern “No”, but we have not had to break that voice out lately!

Your pet will be loved so your time away will be worry free My Pomeranian is sweet and extremely friendly, my caged rabbits do run around daily and both are extremely sweet natured. I never leave my pets or your pets unattended.
