About: I have taken care of multiple 8 week old pups & 8+ y/o ones as well. I would say I am trained all over the pup spectrum. My jobs are flexible & I normally can be available Monday-Sunday for all your pet sitter needs! So taking care of your pets will not be a problem. I prioritize each pet’s unique needs & routines, whether in my home or the client’s home. In my home, I ensure a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of space for play and relaxation with the help of 3 dogs who I share a home with. I follow the pet owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, & any specific care instructions. In the client’s home, I maintain their pet’s usual routine to minimize stress. I keep the home tidy & communicate regularly with updates & photos to give peace of mind. My goal is to provide loving, attentive care as if they were my own pets.

About: Hi there! Prior to starting Rover in April 2021, I served as a Senior Animal Rights Advocate for The Humane Society of the United States. Throughout my canvassing efforts in the Richmond area, I had the honor of informing the public on current animal rights issues, national/local legislation, and shared how our community could actively stay involved. I have also worked for a small animal hospital in Carytown in the past where I regularly scheduled spay/neuter surgeries and vaccination appointments. I have an extensive amount of experience handling dogs, cats, and rabbits of many sizes! I loved learning about the medical side of pet wellbeing from the veterinarian and vet techs I worked with - I regularly use this clinical experience combined with my compassion for animals to provide the best care possible. I’m a cat & dog mom who has always had a pet growing up (dogs, cats, birds, fish - you name it), so I’ll care for yours as if they’re my own. I’m tidy, kind, and fun - Your pet will be spoiled and loved on so much by me. Not only do I love providing detailed notes for each visit, but I take lots of photos throughout my stay so you're always kept in the loop with how your pet is doing. You can be rest assured that I will dedicate the quality time & care you are looking for. I am typically available on weekday evenings and weekends but have a flexible schedule. Staying respectful of your home & privacy while providing quality care is of utmost importance to me. When housesitting, I ensure your pet(s) are comfortable & double check all locks in the house before leaving & going to bed! I take the same precautions for drop-in visits and walks. I had my own dog for almost 16 wonderful years, and she was truly a beloved part of my life. After she passed, I began fostering because I couldn’t imagine life without dogs. I’ve now fostered several dogs, each with their own needs, quirks, and snuggle preferences. I work 100% remote so spend the majority of my day at home and would be with your furry friend. I am able to easily bake in walks and playtime during my workday to ensure they get the attention and exercise they need! We have a nice porch and a fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy time outside without worry. We also have a crate here for up to 70 lbs dog and can safely crate your pet to ensure they are comfortable and safe if left alone.
