About: I've loved dogs for the longest time and ever since I've had my own, you quickly realize they are more than a pet, they are family. My dog and I will treat your dog just like family during their visit. I succeeded well in training my dog on my own from house training, to off leash, to playing hide and seek, and I understand the important component of upholding and instilling any of your training while you're not present. As of June 30th, I no longer work remotely, but work very close to home. I still will have plenty of time to give your pup comfort and attention throughout the day. I am available most weekdays and weekends, but may become more limited depending on the season. I have 1 dog, a small Yorkshire Terrier who is known as Mr. President because he loves to greet and befriend each pet or person he sees, no matter the size. He is super friendly and playful and would love to be a great friend and playmate with your pup. I can easily crate your dog if needed with one you provide or with one of my own crates or expandale play pens. My yard is open, but there is plenty of space for fun. I enjoy long walks, so if your pup needs to get in multiple miles, I can make that happen. I have a multi level townhome. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the home except for the kitchen. If your dog loves the outdoors, i have a small deck and a small enclosed front balcony they can hang on. There are plenty of toys and puzzles, but you are of course welcome to provide their favorite toy.

To my surprise, they went on a “field trip” where they were allowed to run off leash and smell and play in a very large confined space . She scheduled time for our dogs to meet in a public area first followed by a tour of her home and yard where Sebastian would be staying. I received photos of how much fun he was having while on my trip, and to be honest I bet he's looking forward to his next stay, what with having a four legged buddy and a wrap-around, fenced-in yard for unlimited zoomies. “Susan is not only a wonderful sitter, she loves pets like as if they were her own! Susan has been sitting my 2 long haired cats since March when I had an unexpected death in the family. I could not find anyone to sit for my 2 cats with such short notice, I was in a pinch. Susan came to my rescue and responded quickly! I'm till this day very grateful to her! When I came back from my trip and picked my cats up from her, I had a hard time getting them back in their carrier! They didn't want to leave! I was so happy that my cats felt comfortable with Susan. I didn't mind them not wanting to leave and giving me a run around her house for half an hour trying to get them in their carrier. Susan is loving, caring and very knowledgeable about cats and she has given me pointers on challenges I have had with my cats, so she is not just a person that watches your pets. I'm very happy I found Susan, she is wonderful and my cats love her! I highly recommend her services!”
