About: With the exception of a few years during college, I have always had animals in my life! I grew up always having a cat and a dog in the house and taking progressively more responsibility for their care as I got older. Now, I'm owned by two dogs (a boxer mix and a lab mix) and two cats, one of which followed my boxer and I home one day and decided to stay. They are by far the best part of my day. With all these fur babies, I've run the gauntlet of pet care challenges, from pilling cats, to dealing with allergies, to working on behaviors like marking and excessive barking. I don't claim to have it all figured out, but what I do know is that it's made me incredibly patient and compassionate with any animals in my care. Plus I've learned a trick or two along the way! I currently work for myself (from home) as a research consultant. While I do have periodic meetings throughout the week, I usually have a significant amount of flexibility in my schedule during the mornings and afternoons. I often find myself going out on multiple long walks throughout the day and generally finding any excuse I can to be outside. So why not use that time to hang out with some new animal friends? My flexible schedule means that I can accommodate most any pet needs. I go for multiple walks every day both on my own and with my own dogs, so it's easy to incorporate lots of activity in your pet's day. I also have an enclosed front porch that we all love sitting outside in the shade on, just enjoying the fresh air. And on hot days, I even have a kiddie pool that one of my dogs likes to play in to cool off. Both my dogs are very friendly and would love to make new friends! One of my cats even enjoys horsing around with the dogs. My dogs have free reign in the house, but usually hang out with me. I'm happy to have your dog(s) make themself at home as well or to crate them if that's your preference.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a kid! I’m comfortable around all dogs, especially large breeds, and willing to adapt to take care of your animal. My time spent during walks, dog park outings, or just taking care of them will be filled with love and intention. I’m a dog mom myself to a 5 year old mixed breed who is full of energy and curiosity! I’m currently home full time and am available for drop-ins or house sittings when needed! With that, I’m also flexible and can accept last minute bookings. When in your home, I’d love to make your fur babies as comfortable as possible and take them for walks, to dog parks, or anything you do to with them to keep their routine!

About: I've been taking care of dogs of all sizes for the past several years for family, friends and other neighbors. I have the most experience with small/medium dogs but have occasional experience with larger dogs. I'm currently a full time teacher so I would be available after school August-May and any time through June to the beginning of August. For my own pets I have crate trained and supervise their time outside. For family and friends pets that I have cared for and walked I follow the owners preferences for care.

About: Hi! My name is Meredith and have grown up caring for dog breeds such as German shepherds, labs, corgis, and schnauzers. I am comfortable around any breed! I also have experience caring for indoor & outdoor cats and can follow whatever protocol you need to keep them happy and healthy! I’m currently home for the summer from college and taking an online class while working remotely. I coach volleyball on Monday and Wednesday evenings but I’d still be available for visits before and after! I’m really available at all times as long as we can communicate expectations! I do not offer pet care in my home to protect my pet rabbits who are free-roam. However, in your home, I will follow all protocol you ask me to complete while providing many pets and cuddles and whatever playtime they love! It is important to keep your pet’s brain stimulated, especially when they are anxious because their owner is away!

About: I’ve taken care of many animals on my family’s small farm including three dogs, chickens, a pig, sheep, and bees! I’ve always loved dogs and got my first dog before I can remember. Two of our family dogs are hyper cattle dogs that have required lots of training, so I’m no stranger to the zoomies! One of our dogs is a rescue and arrived to us with anxiety and Lymes disease among other issues. I know how far a little extra love for our dogs can go! I care for my dogs at home every day with walks and cuddles. I love to go on walks anyways and would love to take other dogs along with me. I’m able to take my pets and others on walks and have a dog sleeve for my car in case of emergencies or outings. I’m familiar with pet medications and many types of food.

About: Lifelong animal lover excited to meet your furry family member! My experience with dogs runs deep. I grew up surrounded by five Lab mixes and have spent summers fostering for the Pet Connect rescue. Also, in college I worked at a veterinary clinic, so I have experience working with many different breeds. Currently, I’m the proud "boy mom" to two amazing pups: a Toy Poodle and a Cockapoo. I work from home and I'm a graduate student (online), so your baby will be with me a majority of the time. I am so excited to meet your pup! I work remotely, and I am currently in graduate school (online). I spend a lot of time at home! I rarely leave my boys home alone more than a few hours at a time. They get a lot of potty breaks throughout the day. I have a fenced in backyard, it is also fully turfed. Very safe and secure. I am happy to crate your pet when left alone or at night for safety. I have a dog stroller if your pup is too old to go on longer walks, or gets tired easily, but still enjoys time outside.

About: I have always had pets in my life growing up and have lived with many different cats and dogs. I have walked friends dogs, boarded friends dogs, pet sit for friends and family, and have always been someone my loved ones and friends can call to help with their animals. I have experience with not only cats and dogs, but chickens and bunnies as well. I am open to learning about new animals. I work full time during the week and am available Saturdays and Sundays. There may be times I can accommodate and evening drop in during the week, so feel free to ask, especially if it’s a Friday evening! I am not able to board animals at this time.
