“Cayton did a great job taking care of my cat Rudy. She is very capable at giving medication. Rudy was always happy to see her. Cayton also brought in the package that was sitting on my front step. I will definitely reach out to her again when I need care for Rudy while I'm away! I'd recommend her to anybody needing pet care.”

I work full time from home during the week until 5pm! I am able to provide drop in visits in the evenings and then multiple times a day on weekends. I am unable to accept pets in my own home at the moment, however what ever you need done within your own home I will make sure is done correctly and in a timely manner!

“Holly M. is amazing! She is the best pet sitter I have ever hired. It is very clear how much she loves animals and how much mine love her. My dog is initially apprehensive around new people, and Holly knew exactly how to handle it. She is so friendly and easy to work with, and she is reliable, trustworthy and she goes way above and beyond. Lulu can't wait to see her again! I 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

About: I am a trained pastry chef, and have worked in the industry for over 15 years. As much as I love working with food, animals are my heart. With my business degree, I have decided to start my own dog walking business and I absolutely love it! I have been doing it full time since August '23. Experience: I have three labs of my own from 4 to 12 years old, and two indoor cats. I'm very active and love walking my dogs, taking them for hikes, cooking for them, and all around making sure they're happy. I currently have several client's pups that I walk multiple times per week, sporatically, or while they're on vacation. Please send me a message with details about your needs so we can chat more! I have several years of experience of volunteer dog walking from the SPCA. I earned a Pet First Aid and CPR certification through the RECOVER Initiative (Reassessment Campaign on Veterinary Resuscitation), created by Cornell University of Veterinary Medicine. I am a dog walker full time, though I limit the amount of clients I take on so that I can be flexible and available for the ones I have. Currently, I am looking for a few additional long term relationships with pups and their parents who need routine pet care M, T, W, Th and/ or Friday, at least 1 day per week. I service within a ten mile radius of Westbrook, including Old Saybrook, Essex, Clinton, Killingworth, Old Lyme. I tend to take care of pets from 8 am to 5 pm, but am available later or earlier at times, and on weekends on occasion for my regular clients if need be. I am very flexible when it comes to overnights and extended stays for regular clients, and am usually available with plenty of notice. Ask me about me about my *special* routine client rates! Can't wait to hear from you! Every pup and kitty has their own, individual personality/ways of communicating and I am here to take the time to understand them from your perspective, while over time learning from them as well. I value consistency and trust building with animals, and am looking forward to gaining a friendship with a member of your family. When it comes to walks, I am most comfortable using a harness if they tend to be pullers, and if they are, will work with them using gentle, verbal and reward oriented methods I've found effective on my own dogs.

About: I've taken care of small and medium dogs since I was in high school. I have some experience with senior dogs. Walking, bathing, playtime, snuggles During the week I am working from 9a until 1p. And I am available both Saturday and Sunday for boarding your pet in my home. I have a spacious ranch style house and 3 friendly kitties. We have a spare bedroom for your pet to have a private, comfortable stay

“Absolutely the best care possible. Adriana and Christopher went above and beyond to care for our pet and home. They are extraordinarily loving, considerate and trustworthy and leave you with the comfort and knowledge that everything is being looked after.”

About: Hi, I enjoy all ages of dogs and cats. I have had many, many dogs and cats growing up raising them from newborn puppies or kittens all the way into their senior years. I am well experienced in training puppies, playing with active cats/dogs and caring for sick or aged pets as well. I have also volunteered for many rescue organizations, most recently Meriden Humane Society. The joy animals bring me, far surpasses any other career I've had throughout the years. I currently am transitioning into part-time retirement of running my own HVAC company and I would like to start doing what I enjoy more; caring for animals(and plants!). I currently have a very active, under one, golden retriever and a 6 year old golden retriever. We love to go outside and throw the ball, play in the wading pool, or let the dogs play together in the backyard.

About: I have a depth and variety of experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I’ve worked at a doggy daycare, where I handled multiple dogs at once in group settings, giving me valuable experience with a wide range of breeds and personalities. I’m very familiar with reading canine body language and making sure play stays safe and respectful. I’ve also cared for both puppies and senior dogs, so I’m comfortable adjusting my care to their unique needs—whether it’s helping with early training for a new pup or making sure an older dog is comfortable and supported throughout the day. On top of that, I’ve owned and cared for dogs my entire life, which has taught me to be attentive, patient, and genuinely connected to each dog I spend time with. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine. My schedule is currently very flexible and accommodating, which allows me to take on regular walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting as needed. I truly enjoy spending my time with your furry friends, so fitting pet care into my day feels natural and fulfilling, whether it’s a quick walk or an overnight stay. I only offer care in my client’s home, and I always do my best to make sure your pet feels comfortable and safe in their familiar environment. I pay close attention to their behavior, routines, and any specific needs they may have. Whether it’s feedings, walks, playtime, or medications, I follow your instructions carefully and treat your pet and home with the utmost respect and care.

“What a wonderful cat sitter. Alexandra is an excellent pet sitter. We have a timid cat, yet she was able to sit on our couch and pett her. She was responsible for giving our cat pills for asthma and never missed the correct days. Our cat Mocha loved Alexandra taking care of her!! Can't say enough!!”

About: I have over 15 years of pet-care experience. I've had many pets of my own- including dogs, cats, a bunny and a fish- but I also babysit for families with multiple dogs, which often requires I feed, play with and give potty breaks for the pets. I just genuinely love spending time with animals! I babysit and dog sit most days of the week but I am looking for more work during the weekdays. Preferably between 8am and 2:30pm. I can follow any guidelines you give me for caring for your pet. I know pet playtime is important, especially for working pet owners, so I will always show up with energy, but I also understand that some pets need a more calm presence, so I can be flexible and adapt to your pet as needed.

Gabrielle F.
“My wife and I have always had high energy/large dog breeds (german shepherds/huskies mostly), that can be tough to handle for boarding companies if we try to go on vacation, or traveling for work. Our current dogs range between 65-95 lbs, and having Gabby to care for them while we can't has been a total life saver! Being a dog owner herself you can feel the love and attention emanating from her whenever she interacts with our fur babies, and her thoroughness in her care has erased any feelings of uneasiness we have had about not being immediately there for our 4 legged family members. We were distraught when we heard she was moving but cannot recommend her enough, if you are lucky enough to work with Gabby you will find yourself breathing easier :D.”

Samantha O.
“Samantha is a wonderful pet owner, as she has taken care of pets her whole life. I've seen nothing but love from her when she's around animals. She's not only a great person around animals, but people as well! You'll be happy to have her around!”

Samantha was terrific. Very easy to work with — did everything I asked and more. Would definitely use her again!

Samantha gets my highest recommendation! She took exceptional care of my cats while I was away on vacation, and I came home to two very happy, relaxed felines. From the moment we connected, she was professional, communicative, and genuinely kind—clearly someone who loves animals and takes the responsibility seriously. Each day, she sent me updates with pictures and little notes about how the cats were doing, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. She handled feeding, litter, playtime, and even a few quirks my cats have with patience and charm. Samantha is fantastic!!!
