Lovable troublemakers who deserve the best care possible so we can worry about little less when we travel. Enter Karen. During our time away, she was extremely communicative and made us feel like we were right there. All the updates gave us comfort that not only were they being cared for, but she really friended them and got a good feel for their unique characteristics. That’s super important in trusting someone to know if there’s a change that warrants concern. Not only that, Mother Nature decided to dump piles of ice and snow up home. One of our cats needs medicine every 12 hours and Karen braved the elements to ensure he got it! 5 stars isn’t enough of a rating, she needs 10!”

About: I have worked 2 week long dog sitting jobs before. I have owned pets my whole life, so I am comfortable with the process of taking care of them. I am an electrical engineering student home from college trying to pay off my loans. I am free all summer so please give me work!! About: I have been involved with animals my entire life. From chinchillas & guinea pigs, to dogs & cats I have provided a home and care to all. My love for animals is so strong that I chose to make caring for them my career as I am a professional dog groomer. About: I have been a devoted mom, grandma, and pet parent for a long time. Now that I am off grandma daycare duty and my pets have crossed over the rainbow bridge, I’m ready to become your pet’s bestie, grandma, exercise buddy, or treat lady. I currently have a limited clientele in the neighborhood, including letting dogs out to pee, going on walks, and daytime/overnight sitting. A little bit about why I am “the one:” My life has been devoted to caring for others. I retired from the healthcare field to take care of my grandkids, who went to elementary school and left me behind. My very dear dog (Sammy) and cat (Irene) grew old with me until they got their wings. I am at my best when I’m taking care of others, whether they have tails or not. I spend my time walking with humans and dogs, many of whom enjoy my humor and choice of dog biscuit variety. I love to garden in my fenced yard, preferably with a dog nearby laying in a sunny spot. With no pets or little kids in the house, I enjoy relaxing by the tv sharing some healthy snacks with a pup or cat, giving them the attention they deserve. Although I do run out still for the occasional kid transport, I am not usually away for long and always back in time for a good meal or a stroll. While I am retired, I do still help out with the grandkids here and there. I’m typically never away long. I walk 1-3 times a day, sometimes through the neighborhood and sometimes on a path. I love the extra company of a pup! When visiting my home, your pets can enjoy many comfortable features and experiences from laying on a nice cool tile floor to cozying up in a bed with a warm blanket, running around my fenced backyard, watching the fish swim in the small pond, going for a morning and evening walk on a path, and watching some nighttime tv. While I typically gate off some rooms for canine visitors, there is plenty of indoor space to explore while they find their favorite room or sunny spot. Depending on your pet’s age or preference in chewing things, I may gate off specific areas to deter chewing and peeing. I am happy to accommodate communication or even a short video chat between you and your pet.

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and patience I have for animals. I treat every pet like family and understand that each one has their own personality, routine, and comfort needs. I’m dependable, attentive, and focused on making pets feel safe, happy, and loved — whether it’s a long walk, cuddle time, playtime, or simply keeping their routine consistent while you’re away. My current routine gives me the flexibility and availability to provide dependable, attentive care for pets throughout the day. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, which makes dog walking and pet care a natural fit for me. I’m able to dedicate quality time to each pet, maintain consistent schedules, and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and companionship they need. I care for pets with patience, consistency, and lots of affection, whether they’re in my home or theirs. I make sure they stay on their normal routine with feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of attention so they feel comfortable and secure. I keep a clean, safe environment, pay close attention to their behavior and needs, and treat every pet like they’re part of the family. About: My entire life I've grown up surrounded by and learning how to take care of dogs, cats, and other pets. I have offered housesitting, pet sitting, and dog walking services before, and I have always walked away with a satisfied client :). While I primarily deal with dogs and cats, if you have other animals that need to be taken care of, I can ensure that I will meet their needs. I am available at all hours and all days :). I currently have a work-at-home/freelance job, so I can stay with your pets for as long as you need! Every animal will receive much love and attention, play time and walks will always be a guarantee. That being said, I do not offer services to keep animals in my home, as I live with multiple people who might not consent to animals being in the house. I'd much prefer if I went over to your house.
