About: Ive owned dogs my entire life up until my last dog passed, since then I have decided to take care of dogs when people need someone they can trust. I love all dogs and have experience with senior dogs as well as dogs who have seizures and/or have to take medication. I work in the healthcare field, I only work 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) I do work 12-14 hour shifts but if I have enough time I can request to leave early to be able to go home on breaks to care for your babies. I work from 4am- around 3pm, I am available to drop in to check on your pet after work and/or take your pet on a walk and give them some exercise. I do not offer in home sitting due to having two cats of my own, I do not want the chance of any animal getting stressed out. I like to come by before you leave to get a layout of everything and learn your pets routine so that they can still have a sense of normalcy while you are gone.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, and animals hold a special place in my heart . I’m currently a Pre-Veterinary student at the University of Central Missouri, and for the past five years, I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant at Pleasant Hill Animal Clinic, where my dad is a veterinarian. I’ve also been pet sitting for the past two years, caring for pets of all ages—from playful 10-month-old to sweet 12-year-old seniors. I have experience administering medications, including insulin injections for diabetic dogs, and I always make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I currently work part-time as a veterinary assistant, and I’m typically available every day except Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. On those days, I occasionally have morning or afternoon availability, and I’m always available after 6 PM. I offer in-home care, boarding, and drop-in visits. Even on my busiest days, I always have a lunch break, so I’m never away from pets in my care for more than six hours at a time. I have a fully fenced yard and one friendly Great Dane who can be easily kenneled or separated as needed. My home also features a dedicated, dog-proofed room that’s perfect for free roaming and playtime. About: Residing on a farm with open running space or enclosed electrical fencing for outside time, animals are sure to love their farm life experience. My husband and I have trained our own dogs to respond to basic commands: sit, shake, stay, come, and no. We have around 600 birds (chickens, guineas, ducks), 10 goats, and 2 Great Pyrenees girls (unaltered) that predominately reside outside. We also have 5 cats that are indoor outdoor and every other week our 16 and 10 y.o. boys are here to provide extra attention to animals visiting. We have also cared for animals at the end of life phase, moving at a slower pace and needing that extra assistance to get around. I currently work an 8 hour shift commuting to STL Monday-Friday. I work for the MO Army National Guard full-time, to include one weekend a month. My Husband’s full time job is taking care of the farm. He is predominately on farm, or not too far out if he is away. Caring for additional animals will fit like a glove into the animal schedule we currently operate on any given day. Caring for our own pets consist of daily feedings. There is always dry food out for all animals. The dogs and cats get wet food once a day, typically in the evening. The cats get attention when they want it. The dogs get released out of the fence a couple times a week to run the land under human supervision. They will also be let inside for short periods of time as we work on training them with inside manners, not to mention, one of the girls is terrified of thunder storms. Our animals are pampered with treats, attention, and full on conversations. They are more than animals around here, they’re family!

I was a little worried because I’ve never left our dogs to be cared for by someone else and we have a king Shepherd who is pretty territorial and not always friendly to unknown people. He took right to her along with our other two dogs. She sent text messages and pictures/videos daily with updates on how the dogs were. She even brushed them out for us, vacuumed the living room and cleaned up. Super happy with how well she took care of our fur babies while we were gone. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a child. I’ve given insulin to diabetic cats and can give pills to pets if needed. I’m free every day except for Wednesdays because I help teach youth group at our local church. I can work overnights and holidays if needed. I keep an eye on pets at all times, especially when given outside time, and make sure to keep anything unsafe way from them. I give frequent potty and playtime breaks so there’s not much time for boredom.

About: I have had dogs all my life and always thought of them as family! I have worked with Great Danes, labs, pitbulls, dachshunds, and Yorkies. I currently have a 2 year old black bully mix named Patrick, he's my best friend and shotgun rider! I have trained him in: stay, leave it, here/come, spin, between (going between legs), leg weaving, giving kisses and of course high five! I am a professional weightlifter and don't mind handling big dogs. I am available after 3:00PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays and free anytime on weekends! I can cover most holidays too! I will always do my best to accommodate emergency situations as well. In my home, Patrick is part of the family and is treated as such. He gets spoiled with treats and love. Inform me of any food allergies or food preferences of your dog as I love to make lick bowls / lick mats! I also have experience with cats and would love to provide the same care and mental stimulation to them as well! I have also owned reptiles and learned how to build a relationship with them by respecting boundaries in learning their body language.

About: Hello! My name is Ashley, I am a "retired" Veterinary Technician of 12+ years, 3 of which I was managing the practice. I have three kiddos, ages 9, 10 and 13. I am qualified, and have fantastic references. I live in Oak Grove, but can travel within a 20 mile radius or so. I am currently unavailable Monday-Wednesday. If you are needing pet care Thursday-Sunday, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! My schedule is pretty flexible. I do not have a fenced yard, however, we are a very active family, so if your pets enjoy walks, we have a walking trail at our apartments!
