“Julie and Michael were great. They have a great property for keeping your pet and letting them roam around freely and safely. They took very good personal care of our big boy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will be using them again in the future.”

“Great pet sitter! Victoria is super friendly and she had my furry babies super spoiled the whole time. She sent photos and videos and I could see how Happy my doggies were. She has two dogs of her own and they are also super friendly and nice with other dogs.”

“Cristina was great! She sent us updates and pictures everyday, my dogs were well taken care of and happy in her pictures of walks and play time/rest time. The next time we need care for our pups we will be coming back! Thanks Cristina!”

“This sitter was great. Perfect property for my dog as he is not used to being confined indoors all day aside from a few walks. He lives to run and chase squirrels! Dawn has a perfect friend for him there as well 'Dexter' which got along great with my boy. Great communicator, punctual, and even gave me doggie art with his paw print on canvass for me! Highly recommended! PJP”

“Lauren was a wonderful sitter for our Scarlet! She and her kids gave our girl lots of love, took her for hikes, and sent many sweet pictures. We truly enjoyed our time visiting family knowing Scarlet was in such loving hands with Lauren! We highly recommend her!”

“My boys LOVE being with Stephanie and her family. She recently kept them for 2 weeks…she sent pictures throughout their stay. She sent them home tired and clean! I definitely trust Stephanie with my boys any time.”

“Ashlynn was amazing with my puppy. He played and played and wasn’t ready to go home when it was time for pickup. She was great with sending pics and communication. I’ll be rebooking in the future!”

“I ended up reaching out to Maggie for a day of boarding. We were traveling in her area, and I asked if she’d take care of my pup for a few hours while we went out for my birthday dinner. Sadly, we had a last minute emergency and didn’t end up using her services. That being said, she was very kind, communicative, and flexible. I appreciated the interaction immensely, and I would reach out again in a heartbeat if we lived in the area!”

About: Thank you for your interest! I have had all types of pets, and still do, my whole life. I love being around dogs and cats and they seem to enjoy me too! I love all sizes and breeds of dogs. Currently I’m at home raising my 3 kids. While they’re at school I have time to enjoy being around other people’s pets. I also really enjoy working with pets in different areas such as basic commands and simple tricks. I consider myself a very trustworthy and honest person. I have been an animal lover as long as I could remember and have a great relationship with them. I would love to have the opportunity to get to know and take care of your dog or cat. I’ve been a stay at home mom the last 15 years. Kids are all grown and I have plenty of time to spend with your pet or pets. I have a fenced in property with a couple dogs of my own to play with your pets if you like. Also have dogs friendly house and crate if needed.
“Stephanie is an amazing sitter who always goes above and beyond. We had a multi day trip and Stephanie sent us a steady stream of updates, photos, and videos of our dog. Stephanie has some other dogs and cats that were really social and great company for our dog. I feel bad for having to separate them when our dog had to go home! Amazing environment and family.”

“Chelsea took great care of my dog! She sent pictures and updates every day. She made sure she was comfortable and happy and gave her some treats (with permission), took her on walks, as well as one on one time. I will definitely trust Chelsea with my baby again.”

About: I have extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats through pet boarding, daycare, veterinary hospital settings, and professional pet transportation. I’ve cared for pets with different personalities, energy levels, routines, and individual needs. My experience has taught me to recognize changes in behavior, prioritize safety, maintain clean and comfortable environments, and provide patient, compassionate care. I understand how important it is for pet parents to trust someone with their animals, and I treat every pet with the same attention and love I would give my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I have flexibility throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and sitting. I’m comfortable building my schedule around each pet’s individual feeding, exercise, medication, and potty routines. I enjoy having animals as part of my day and make it a priority to give each pet consistent, attentive care while keeping their normal routine as comfortable as possible. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medication, and rest. In a client’s home, I respect their space and keep pets comfortable in their familiar environment. In my home, I provide a safe, clean, calm space with plenty of attention and supervision. I also keep pet parents updated so they can feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.
“Ryan took such great care of our golden retriever for three days and I know Ranger had a great time playing with Ryan's dogs. I highly recommend Ryan and will definitely use him for dog boarding again. So much better than a kennel! Not sure Ranger wanted to come home.”

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and I’ve spent my whole life caring for them. Being the primary caregiver for my own family pets has given me a deep understanding of their needs, personalities, and behaviors. Over the years I’ve raised and cared for dozens of animals, including abandoned kittens that I bottle‑fed from a few days old. These experiences taught me patience, problem‑solving, and how to stay calm and capable in all kinds of situations. I’ve also provided pet care for family friends, neighbors, and coworkers, giving me hands‑on experience with many different breeds, ages, and temperaments. Caring for animals is something I genuinely love, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is always to make them feel safe, understood, and comfortable while you’re away. I currently work part‑time on weekends while attending college full‑time throughout the week, which gives me plenty of flexibility in my schedule. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits, and I can easily adjust my routine to make sure your pets get the care, attention, and consistency they need. I’m reliable, communicative, and always make pet care a priority. I live on 6+ acres with plenty of space for dogs to explore and enjoy, but my yard is not fenced, so all outdoor time is always supervised for safety. I have a friendly Great Pyrenees named Lily and a cat named Willow, who I bottle‑fed and raised from a kitten. They’re both very sweet, but I can keep my pets completely separate from yours if needed to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I pay close attention to their behavior, keep a controlled environment, and follow any routines or rules you prefer. You can trust that your pet will be cared for with caution, love, and respect.
About: Thank you for considering me, I can’t wait to meet your critter! I have volunteered with Compassion Animal Rescue Endeavor of Tallahassee during all four years of undergrad. Here I assisted with dog training classes, guided socialization of the rescue dogs, and walked dogs regularly. It was a great experience to see rescues come in and to then see them blossom into happy, healthy pets! Additionally, I have volunteered with Jacksonville Humane Society during my summer internship in 2018. In my time in this volunteer position I was trained in both dog and cat handling as well as dog walking techniques. These technical trainings have allowed me to have an increased awareness of behavioral aspects of the animals. I would love to continue this hobby of mine through Rover. I love spending time with animals of all sizes and temperaments, and my training has well prepared me to look after your pet! *you’re first of course, but I am stiff competition! I’m currently working from home full time. My schedule is flexible allowing me to do walks and drop-ins, as well as wifi connected so I am able to stay with your pets full time during your booking. The care provided will depend on the service requested! My goal is to continue their daily routines as seamlessly as possible throughout the booking, so if they’re used to cookies when they get in from a walk & to sleep in the bed, please share!

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page.
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Adding another pup to the pack? Most sitters and walkers offer a reduced rate for additional dogs. You’ll find these exact rates listed under the "Services" tab on any sitter's profile. Since every dog is unique, final pricing may vary depending on the level of care required.
