About: I got my dog when I was 13 (I’m now 22). I trained him by myself when he was a puppy, and everyone he meets says he’s very well behaved. I know how to spot signs of anxiety or distress in dogs and how to respond to that behavior. I’m patient and loving, but I can be stern when need be. I am a student in college, and I work part time at an assisted living facility. Other than the days I’m at work, I’m basically free! I’ll make sure to locate the resources needed to care for your dog (crate, locks, toys, food, leash, harness, etc) as soon as I get to your home. I’ll spend 100% of my time in the company of your dog- they wouldn’t leave my sight. I’ll make sure to follow any guidelines about what your dog should/should not do. I’ll do my best to make the experience as comfortable as possible for them and you!

About: I grew up with lots of pets, a golden retriever, labs, a vizsla, and siamese cats. I have worked with a non-profit rehabbing retired throroughbreads and retraining them for lives off the track, which has given me confidence, patience, and adaptability in handling spirited animals. I am currently working freelance and control my own schedule, so I can customize the level of care required to your needs. I'm happy to care for them at your home or take them on adventures to parks, hikes etc. Depending on your pet's needs, I am available for walks, feeding, playtime, training, boarding, and any other activities they enjoy. My demeanor is calm and patient, able to babysit a senior animal with special needs or entertain the most energetic of birddogs. I have experience in animal training for film and TV and am happy to offer those skills to teach new behaviors if requested.
About: I can’t remember a time in my life I haven’t had at least 4 or 5 dogs around me. My family calls me a dog whisperer. Me and dogs just.. understand each other… I think they read the “grandparent” energy I have for them! Every dog loves me because I take care of them and listen to them. I have a beautiful 5 acres and the house for them to stay in and also a 1,200 square foot air conditioned clean garage for them to play in as well as a good yard and a perfect place to walk them if anyone likes their dogs to have extra walks. Dog boarding and grooming and training is what I do and no one does it better! I care for all animals as if they were my own babies. About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I’ve been watching my friends and my friends families animals for a few years now while they vacation or anything comes up. I’ve done the walking, the repetitive throws back and forth, and the quick check in during a storm just to make sure they haven’t chewed the house to pieces. I’m naturally an early bird so checking in earlier then my normal 6-3ish work schedule isn’t an issue and anytime after I’m usually free I have a fenced in run area for free running if they’d like. My porch is screened in so they can have the outside time without getting out.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
