First, he responded to my boarding request in a very timely manner which was important because it was a last minute request. He helped me schedule a convenient meet and greet and even met me half way on the day of drop off because we were running late for our vacation plans. Champ is an only dog from a work from home household who struggles with separation anxiety and we were all extremely impressed with how Thomas took calm, caring control of the hand off after noticing Champ become stressed. Over the course of Champ’s stay Thomas kept us updated on how he was doing with adorable videos and thoughtful observations and thanks to him, pick up went just as smoothly as the drop off. I’ve only had Champ back for a little while but I swear he is less anxious and better behaved after spending just 5 days with Thomas and his pack.
