I had a very last-minute, not-ideal situation — Billy hadn't met the sitter, it was short notice, and honestly it was a tricky ask. She accommodated everything we could possibly ask for and tried her absolute best in a situation that wasn't perfect. She made the most of it and did everything she possibly could. Billy ended up falling in love with her kids and had a really wonderful time. I was so lucky to have found Jess for our emergency last minute boarding needs. She and her family went out of their way to make Billy feel special and loved and included. He didn't want to leave!
