We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our 15yo lab, Toby, while we were away for the day on the 4th of July. From the beginning, Ivan was easy to communicate with, including setting a video call to discuss the details of the sit. He was attentive to the information we were providing him about Toby. While we didn’t have a chance to meet in person—Ivan arrived a few minutes after we left and left a few minutes before we were back—he followed our instructions: We received regular updates and photos, which made us feel completely at ease knowing Toby was in great hands. We would 100% recommend Ivan to anyone looking for someone who is very reliable, a great communicator, and who understands the responsibilities of caring for someone else’s pet.
Alex and Sarah did a wonderful job. They were very thorough during the meet and greet asking important questions and getting to know our dog. When they arrived to housesit, we had an unexpected problem with our door lock remote entry which they handled calmly and professionally. Dapper was well cared for and we hope to use them again in the near future.
