About: I have taken care of pets for almost 10 years. Family, friends, and also neighbors have relied on me to help when they need someone to watch their animals. I walked with dogs, clean cats litter and keep in contact with the owner literally everyday. It's either through text or photos and also a call. Whatever the owner needs or wants for their pet I will do my very best for both to have a good experience without each other. I know how they feel being away from the pet as I have a pet at home. I am unemployed, and looking around. I have experience with pets as I have one of my own. I walk my dog three times a week. My family members who asked to watch their pet, have fences at their house. I always make sure everyday that it's locked. I do not have a fence in the backyard if I stay out with my dog to make sure she doesn't run.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments—from playful puppies to wise senior pups. What sets me apart is my open-minded, patient approach coupled with a strong attention to detail. I make it a priority to understand each dog’s routine, energy level, and personality so they feel safe, seen, and loved. I have experience with crate training, basic obedience reinforcement, and administering oral medications. Whether it’s a slow walk for an older dog or high-energy playtime for a younger pup, I tailor every visit to their unique needs. I'm an elementary school teacher who goes back to the grind in September. I'm open 7 days a week! I can swing by when the time is best! Whether caring for pets in my home or yours, I aim to keep things calm, consistent, and tailored to your pet’s routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat it with the same respect I would my own. I follow your instructions closely, maintain routines your pet is used to, and provide detailed updates with photos to keep you informed and at ease. My goal is to give your dog a stress-free experience, full of love and attention while you’re away.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and proud dog mom who truly gets how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone new. I have a reactive, fear-based pup myself, so I completely understand the nerves that come with finding the right person to care for your pet. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to treat your dog just like family, because that’s exactly what they are. I’ve been around animals my whole life and have been dog sitting for friends and family for years. I’ve also fostered pups on and off for the last 5 years—from high-energy goofballs to shy, shut-down dogs who just need someone to sit on the floor and wait until they feel safe. I’ve cared for seniors with medical needs, managed meds, and adapted to all kinds of personalities and routines. Big or small, young or old—I truly love them all. My approach is always patient, kind, and tailored to what each pup needs to feel comfortable and happy. I don’t have family nearby, so I know how stressful it can be to find someone you trust. For me, discovering the right sitter on Rover was a game-changer, and I’d love to be that person for you. I work remotely full-time, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive, consistent care for your pet. While I typically work during the day, being home allows me to easily adjust my schedule for walks, feedings, playtime, or check-ins, especially with a bit of notice. I’m also generally available in the early mornings, evenings, and most weekends. I’m committed to caring for your pet in the way that makes them feel the most comfortable. I’ve cared for dogs with a wide range of routines, and I know how important it is to stick to what works best for them. Every pet is unique, and I always appreciate a heads-up about any quirks, preferences, or boundaries—those little details make all the difference. Routine is especially important when a new person enters their space, so I do my best to keep things calm, familiar, and stress-free. At home, my dogs are always separated during meals or when given chews. I use gates or kennels when needed to provide structure, allow for downtime, or give everyone a break. Otherwise, you’ll usually find them snuggled up on the couch with me or playing together—with plenty of belly rubs, of course.

About: I’ve had my own pets since 2005. Started with cats then dogs! Growing up we had a dog, because I cried so my Mom let us get it! I have a lot of experience with most anything, including medications, injections, and also senior care if you need that! I work shift work, so I am available at different times during the week. When I am not working, I am available for quick and/or last minute drop ins, based on availability! I will care for your pet as I would care for my own. Whatever their routine is, what they are used to, I will do my best to stick to that so your pets stay comfortable!

About: I used to work for a pet care center where I specialized in caring for and playing with dogs that were boarded. Since then I have house sat and walked dogs periodically for family and friends. I would love to help out you and your pets! I currently work full-time, 8am-5pm. I am open to before 7:15am and after work care/dog walking anytime after 5:15pm. I can also do weekends as I am available for house sitting and dog walking. You’re home will be well cared for and your pets will be lovingly looked after while you are away. I love to play with them and will take care of them like they’re my own. Pets are family and deserve to be treated like it!

About: While I may be new to the Rover platform, I’m not new to pet care. I’ve been the trusted dog sitter for friends, family, neighbors and even new clients! I’m also a proud dog owner myself, so I understand how important it is to have someone reliable looking after your pet. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-ins, stays, or last-minute plans, I’m here to help. I treat every pet like my own giving them plenty of attention. Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine because I currently have open availability and plenty of time to dedicate to your pet’s needs. Having recently stepped away from my previous job, I’m able to offer flexible scheduling, including daytime, evening, and even last-minute bookings. Caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so being able to focus my time on it is both fulfilling and exciting. For both house sitting and dog walking, I prioritize your pet’s comfort and routine. When staying in a client’s home, I make sure to follow your instructions closely from feeding and potty breaks to bedtime routines so your pet feels safe and cared for in their familiar environment. I also maintain a tidy space and treat your home with the utmost respect. As for other aspects such as walks, I focus on making each outing a fun, safe experience tailored to your dog’s energy level and personality. Whether it’s a quick potty break or a longer stroll.

“Lauren was absolutely wonderful with my cat! She stopped by for a drop in visit and went above and beyond to make sure my cat was cared for. She sent me updates and photos, which gave me peace of mine while I was away. I highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter!”

About: Frequent walker that would be happy to have a dog join. I also have a backyard that I maintain all of the time for use. I work remote so will always be able to be responsive when sitting. Also have a 400+ day 10,000 step streak so doing lots of walking currently! Handle and escalate and concerns to owner when appropriate and I feel any sorts of hesitations. Thoughtfully, decisively, and neutrally investigate Trust & Safety cases with high complexity and high sensitivity while maintaining customer satisfaction! As a reminder I do not have a fenced in yard so all outside time will be through walks!

About: In my personal home, I have raised 2 dogs and 3 cats to adulthood while maintaining a full time job and ensuring quality sanitation standards (nobody wants a smell house!). Because 4/5 animals were rescued, each animal came with something unique from joint issues to surgical post-care considerations to dental care to medications. Additionally, I have experience with various breeds, outside my personal household, including Shih Tzus, Pitbull mixes, Dachshunds, Huskies, and various cat breeds. See photos. From breeds that pull, triggered by small mammals or other dogs, medical exceptions, jumping, etc. I’ve had a lot of experience under my belt with dogs and cats. I’d love to demonstrate my quality care and passion for animal care. I currently work from home full-time. I am available to doggy daycare during the day and drops ins during the late afternoon/evening. I am usually available. Feel free to send a request! I have a partially fenced in yard that is perfect for smaller/medium breeds dogs to actively play. My corgi is crate trained and used a crate for his comfort. I am more than welcome to accommodate an additional crate, I have spares. My dogs roam freely amongst the cats, but the cats have the option of isolating completely at any point to safe spaces for their safety and the dogs.

About: I have grown up with dogs and absolutely love them. I enjoy taking walks and playing outside with them. When I watch dogs I make sure they are fed and have enough water and make sure that they have there energy put to good use. If you dog likes to go on long walk or short ones I will enjoy it. If you pet needs extra loving care I can provide that. If you are puppy training I will bring a bag of treats outside and on walks to reward them for going outside. I also will leave your house just as you left it and clean up after your pet. I look forward to spending time with your furry companion. I will go above and beyond to make your dog happy. I have experience with all ages and if your dog needs extra care I will be able to provide for them. I have given meds to dogs before and would do anything for you companion. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.

About: Hi there, I'm Cassandra. I have an extensive background in working with animals. “Oriana has been great! She has been able to jump in with any last minute request. She was wonderful with our senior dog being understanding and patient. This time she assisted with our Pit Foster and was able to adjust and make him have the best day with us away. We will continue working with Oriana!”

Anastasia R.
“Ana is great with animals, she's loving patient and gentle with them. Your dog will love going on walks with her, and enjoy spending time with her.”

Cody W.
“I have had the pleasure of knowing Cody both as a teacher and as a pet owner for more than a decade - there’s a surprisingly amount of overlap in skills that makes someone great at both. He’s patient, a great listener, and meets the other person or animal at their level. I’ve seen him track down and coax out a skittish cat hiding in the drop ceiling of a basement with catnip and the promise of chin rubs. I’ve seen his ability to teach a wild puppy how to politely walk on leash and stop at all crosswalks. 10/10 would recommend.”

Brittany M.
“Brittany is fantastic with my dog. I trust he will be taken care of and loved on when he's with her. I appreciate that she pays attention to my instructions, including using a harness and two leashes since my dog is a puller. She has also administered medication without issues. My dog enjoys spending time with Brittany which says a lot about her personality. I feel confident traveling out of town knowing my dog is in great hands with Brittany. I would highly recommend her services.”

Megan C.
“I've seen firsthand how amazing Megan is with animals. She has a natural connection with them and genuinely loves every pet she meets. What really stands out is how great she is with pets that have medical needs. She's careful, attentive, and knows how to make them feel comfortable and safe. Whether it's giving medication, managing special diets, or just making sure they get extra attention, she handles it all like a pro. Any pet would be lucky to be in her care.”

Gabriella L.
“Gabby is terrific! Responsible and quiet, she will give your dog one on one attention and lots of love! Our dog, Max, is a challenge with new people when we are gone and Gabby handled the behavior so well. 5 stars!”

Allison S.
“Allison is a bubbly college student who loves all kinds of furry friends! Allison has had pets her whole life, so she knows what it takes to give your pet the care it deserves. Personally, I have 3 dogs, and they all need separate medication and different kinds of attention. Allison understands each unique aspect of my dogs and thrives with them. She is the perfect fit for all of your fury friend’s needs!”

Lauren F.

“Lauren was absolutely wonderful with my cat! She stopped by for a drop in visit and went above and beyond to make sure my cat was cared for. Jack S.Star Sitter
“As someone with a high energy dog, it tough finding someone to watch her that's going to be able to keep up with her. Jack was extremely attentive and ensured my pup got plenty of exercise, while also taking care of her basic needs. Whether it was for a few minutes or days, I knew I could trust Jack to keep my pup cared for and entertained for all the times I was gone. I can't think of a better dog-sitter and would recommend him to anyone that needs their pet taken care of.”

Olivia S.

“Thank you for taking her on such late notice!”
