“Nadia was great with Dak. I received updates all throughout the day. She was genuinely excited to have him and I felt extremely comfortable leaving him in her hands.”

“100% amazing caretaker of my pup. She went above and beyond in every way. I would absolutely highly recommend you use her if you want your pet to have the best care.”

About: I’ve cared for everything from wild zoomies to slow moving seniors. I’ve lived with four at once and loved every slobbery, furry minute. Whether your pup wants playtime or chill time, I’m all about love, patience, and belly rubs. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so your pup gets plenty of attention, tummy rubs, and play breaks. I talk to dogs throughout the day like they’re my coworkers and yes, I fully expect them to answer. In My Home: Your dog becomes part of the pack: couch access, silly voices, snack breaks, and lots of love. I work from home, so there’s always time for zoomies and cuddle sessions. Bonus: I send photo updates like a proud parent. In Your Home: I follow your rules like your dog’s personal assistant: meals, meds, and belly rubs on schedule. I respect your space, keep things tidy, and make sure your pup feels like the boss while you’re away.

“Lacey was great! Did a meet and greet with us to make sure all the dogs were comfortable and told me all about my dog’s day when I came to pick her up. My dog is exhausted and happy from spending the day at Lacey’s!”

“I travel in my van full time and had some outdoor activities to do that day, it was too hot for my Washington state blooded dog so I opted for a sitter. Rachel changed her day around just to accommodate me as I booked 2 hours before I needed to drop off. Marsh had a lot of fun and Rachel was great with him :) I’d for sure come back next time I’m in the area!”

About: Hi, I’m Sara, and I’m happy to welcome your doggy as a member of our family! We only board one pet at a time, making our home ideal for dogs who are best when they are the only pet in the home. I work from home which allows me the flexibility to create time for caring for pets including taking them out for walks or jogs (if they’re up for it) along the trails nearby. I will follow individual pet care instructions, if provided but if not our daily routine consists of a morning routine walk and feeding time, one to two more short walks in the afternoon, second feeding and a walk in the evening. Depending on their energy levels we’ll include indoor play/fetch time. But if they’re happy to just sit and relax, we like to do that too :) When boarding your pet, I follow all care instructions you provide. Including feeding times, and oral medications if needed. I only care for 1 dog at a time, making it a suitable home for doggies who prefer their own company and not being around other pets. My apartment home is spacious. The community is pet-friendly and we have a fitness/biking trail just in our backyard. I live 3 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor making it convenient for drop-off/ pickup.

“Shawna was great and kept us up to date with comments and pictures of our dog Sophie. Sophie had a pleasant walk with Shawna. When we picked Sophie up, you could tell she was happy with her stay. We will ask Shawna to watch Sophie again when available.”

“Pamela takes such good care of my miniature schnauzer puppy! She takes her on walks every morning and has a big backyard for the pups to play in. Pamela is dependable and reliable!”

“Gabriela was super sweet, location was easy to find and she was great with Zoro. She followed up throughout Doggy Day Care and sent pictures and videos. All of his needs and schedule routine was met. I will definitely be booking with her again !”

About: My husband and I both have a lifelong love for animals. I started watching my neighbor’s dogs, cats, and birds when I was just 12 years old. I've trained two puppies of my own, and I've also taken care of an elderly dog, so I know how to handle all types of care. I sincerely love animals! My husband, Colten, has spent years as a frequent volunteer at the Arizona Humane Society where we adopted our dog, Bruce. I am extremely lucky to have the ability to work from home throughout the week. It’s important for me to walk my own dogs every morning and devote a ton of undistracted 1:1 time with them. I have no problem catering to any needs that your furbaby has. We have a fully fenced-in yard, live right next to a park, and have plenty of room inside the house to devote to whatever is required to make sure your animal’s needs are met. I’m here to listen to what is most important for your pets!

About: I am extremely passionate about caring for animals. I grew up around dogs and love their energetic, loving, loyal nature. Currently I have a full house of 2 cats and a German Sheppard and am taking up dog walking and pet sitting as a hobby in my free time. I have experience with giving medicine, putting on walking booties, giving exercise, providing enrichment, fostering back to health, socialization, etc in both dogs and cats. Please let me know your pets need and I will go above and beyond to fulfill it. Due to a recent layoff, my schedule is completely free. I would like to work mostly in the AM, but am happy to assist you at an time of the day. I will follow your instructions to provide the best care for your pets in your home and on walks. Please give me instructions regarding feeding, playing, bathroom breaks, and any additional information that needs to be known.

“Daniella was amazing! She was so understanding and accommodating with both my dog and me - it was our first Rover! She was so wonderful with sending updates and took great care of my pup!”

“Kristy was very nice and accepted my request for day care at a moment's notice. My puppy was well cared for by her whole family. You can see they are all animal lovers.”

“Danielle and Kyle were so accommodating to my hectic day and change of plans. My dog has a lot of energy and they seemed to handle her just fine. My pupster was clearly worn out as she went straight to bed once we got home. That’s exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to a sitter and a day experience for her, somewhere where she will have another awesome dog to play with, kind (and command following hosts), and just an overall loving and welcome experience. Will definitely use them again! My pup was soooooo happy with her experience and so was I!”

“Madison and Austin took great care of our dog Blake when we needed to both be at work for the day. Blake can be anxious around new people, and they were attentive to that and made sure we brought some of Blake's things (pad/blanket, toys, treats) so that they could make him comfortable. Blake had a great day with them and settled in and Madison provided updates throughout the day to let us know how it was going. And of course the next time Blake saw Madison and Austin he was jumping up and shaking his body all over to greet his new friends. We appreciated how patient they were with Blake (and us) and highly recommend them to take care of your dog.”

About: I've had dogs since I was a kid - at one point, I had four of my own (chihuahuas and maltipoos)! I’ve always been the go-to sitter for friends and neighbors, and I occasionally dog-sit for friends here in Phoenix area too. I’m great at sticking to feeding and walking routines, and I genuinely enjoy just hanging out with pets and making them feel loved and comfortable. My background in caring for dogs has made me especially attentive to their specific needs. As a dental student on summer break, I have a super flexible schedule and am home almost all day. I’m available for pet sitting, check-ins, and walks during weekdays and weekends - especially early mornings, afternoons, and late evenings. I’d love to fill my break by spending time with your furry friends! I live in a clean, secured, pet-friendly apartment just south of Old Town Scottsdale, with dog play areas and nearby parks. I’m a total neat freak, so my home is always safe and clutter-free - perfect for curious pets that like to roam around. I also had three friendly dogs back home in Minnesota that I’ve raised since they were puppies, so I understand how important it is to treat pets like family. Whether your pet needs crate time or cuddles, I’ll make sure they’re safe, happy, and loved!

“Lisa was excellent with our cairn terrier Sophie. We booked Lisa with fairly short notice and she was able to accommodate us. Lisa communicated with us and sent pictures during the stay. She gave Sophie plenty of attention and Sophie was relaxed and happy when we returned. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who needs a pet sitter.”

About: I have been dog obsessed for as long as I can remember. I recently lost my beloved 15 year old beagle and am really missing the presence of a pup. As I'm not ready to commit to another little pup full time yet, this is the perfect way to get my dog fix for now! I have cared for dogs of all ages (I love a frosted face senior pup!!) and am comfortable with all breeds. I am in the medical field and in the last several years of my dog's life, I had to administer medications, so I am also very comfortable with that. I welcome ALL details about your pet and will adhere to any guidelines you set...I know how anxiety inducing it can be to leave your family member with another person! Get ready for plenty of photos and updates as well (if you want that!) I primarily work from home most days so am available to be around for frequent belly rubs, treats, bathroom breaks etc. On the rare days I do go in, I would be unavailable from about 730AM-430PM. I live in a single story home with a fenced backyard. I have a small dog door that your pup can use (or not). There is a pool, but there is a door that can close off to that whole area. No other animals are in the home and your pup would have free reign. Are they more comfortable on a couch? Hop on up!

Emily B.
“Emily has owned many pets in her life, she has taken and shown full responsibility for all of them. Her last pet was a kitten whom she fostered and was one of the best cat mom’s I have ever seen towards it. She loves all animals and has a very strong love for our canine friends. She is extremely loyal helping to build trust in a dog fast since I believe dogs can judge our character fast. Dogs seem to always be attracted to her and show love, while she shows love and sympathy right back. Emily is a perfect pet owner, always making sure her pets are well fed, groomed, and well taken care for overall. You can not go wrong with trusting her to take care of an animal and having it love her as if she was it’s own mother in the end.”

“I highly recommend Dominic for dog sitting! He has taken great care of my three dogs — Hurley, Simon, and Winston — and handles each of their different personalities with such patience and care. Dominic is always friendly, reliable, and responsive, which makes being away from home so much easier. He keeps me updated while I'm gone, and I can tell my dogs feel comfortable and happy with him. It’s a huge relief to know they’re in such good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust him with my pups again!”

Victoria S.
“If you're scrolling through profiles trying to figure out who you can actually trust with your dog, stop here. Victoria is it! She recently had to say goodbye to her beloved pup, Fanny, after nearly 15 amazing years together. That dog was everything to her. The kind of love and care she gave Fanny is exactly what she brings to every animal she meets. I’ve known Victoria for over 30 years. She's warm, responsible, super trustworthy, and loves animals more than anyone I know. (Even me! 😉) She won't just show up and walk your dog. She'll notice their little habits, send you sweet updates, and make sure they feel completely safe and cared for. She's the kind of person who shows up early, brings extra treats, and makes your pet feel like a VIP. There are a lot of dog walkers out there, but Victoria is someone who'll treat your dog like her own. I can't recommend her enough! <3”
Ntna-College dog parents share their Rover experiences
Our dog can be a little anxious with new people and in particular leaving the house with them, and Krystal was very kind and patient with Blake and he had a good walk and a good day with her. He was very excited when we saw her the next time and she was again very good with Blake. We won't hesitate to contact her again about spending some time with Blake.

This was our second booking with Diane. She is great with our two boys and super communicative. You can tell she genuinely cares for them like her own and takes time to understand them and their background. She squeezed us in last minute and is always so kind and provides lots of updates throughout the day. We’ll continue to come back to her in the future! Thank you again Diane!

Madison and Austin took great care of our dog Blake when we needed to both be at work for the day. Blake can be anxious around new people, and they were attentive to that and made sure we brought some of Blake's things (pad/blanket, toys, treats) so that they could make him comfortable. So happy Basil had a good time. I appreciate the flexibility with booking and being able to pick him up early. The videos and pictures were great and super happy for the care you gave him! Thank you again for everything, if we are in town again I will reach out to rebook!

Haley was an incredible dog sitter! She welcomed my dog into her home and treated him like one of her own. From the start, I could tell she was kind, responsible, and truly cared about making him feel safe and comfortable. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which was such a relief while I was away. When I picked him up, he was happy, calm, and clearly well taken care of. I’m so thankful to have found someone I can trust, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to Haley again in the future!

Nina was absolutely amazing with taking care of our dog while we were visiting Phoenix. Simba was very stressed out with travelling and the heat and hadnt eaten in over a day, Nina was very attentive and did an amazing job at comforting him that he even ended up having his dinner! Nina was great at sending pictures and giving us updates during Simbas stay. I highly recommend Nina to anyone who needs their little one well taken care of. Nina has an amazing energy to her that will instantly gravitate your pet! I wish she lived local in my city so I could use her services more often!

Lisa was excellent with our cairn terrier Sophie. We booked Lisa with fairly short notice and she was able to accommodate us. Lisa communicated with us and sent pictures during the stay. She gave Sophie plenty of attention and Sophie was relaxed and happy when we returned. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who needs a pet sitter.

Palak was really great with our pup. We needed someone last minute and she was quick to respond. It was a long day but she updated us with pictures and let us know our pup was okay. I felt at ease knowing she was being taken care of by someone genuine. I wouldn’t have left our pup with just anyone but it was good vibes from the start and upon meeting her in person. And she was very flexible with our times! Would definitely recommend!
