About: I grew up on a farm with lots of animals and my first job was walking my neighbor's dogs! Since I am in college I can't have a dog of my own, but I am ready to make fast friends with yours! I am a student and work nights as a server so I have most mornings and afternoons to spend wherever is needed to care for your pet. I also am good at staying the night and making a quality connection with your pets. Although I cannot house your pets in my apartment, I am comfortable staying at your house and taking them to a local park. I will give your pets detailed and attentive care, as often as possible.

About: I have grown up with pets, I got my own dog when I was 12. I walked, bathed her, and fed her. After school I would walk many neighborhood dogs. I love all animals. We had a cat that got fixed and she ate out her stitches completely and the wound opened up. I calmly held her, packed the wound, and wrapped her up. I held her all the way to the vet. I’ve always loved animals and will take care of yours just as I would my own. Since I have a dog I care for her everyday. I have a job currently at a restaurant so my schedule varies every week, I usually work morning shifts until around 5 pm, but my schedule is different most weeks. I take my dog out right when I wake up and right when I get home, I will also feed her right when I get home. I have a little front yard but the neighborhood I am in is a good place to walk dogs. I have a little dog of my own and I make sure to keep my house clean and anything that could harm her is up and out of the way. In another clients home I would make sure to keep the area just as I found it and take the dog wherever the owner usually would walk there’s or if they have any other requests I would be willing to do them.

About: I have many years of experience taking care of a variety of different dog and cat breeds as I grew up traveling all over the world. I have a lot of online classes so only my mornings are decently busy. I don’t currently have another job right now so my afternoons are very open. I am very good at keeping a schedule and making sure they are fed on time, have plenty of fresh water and exercise, and feel comfortable and safe. I make an effort to follow the pets usual routine. I also am very happy to provide regular updates and pictures.

About: I've taken care of dogs, horses, and cattle since I was very little! I am currently in vet school learning how to take care of them even more I am currently in vet school, so my time is unfortunately limited, I would be able to walk and tend to your pet after my class hours! My plan is to be able to tend to your pet at your home! This will allow me to go and walk them around and feed/water them as needed

About: I’ve been taking care and looking after dogs as long as I can remember! I’ve had friends and family rely on me to care for their fur babies! I always make sure they are comfortable and well entertained to the point they enjoy their experience! Every fur baby is cared with intention. I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty availability for the pups!! I’m available for boarding during the weekend and weekdays! I currently live in an apartment! All pets will need a crate! I also have a lovely fur baby to keep company with your fur baby!!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I’ve been in high-school. I also am a veterinary student so I have loads of experience caring for and handling animals of all shapes and sizes which sets me apart. I’m currently in professional school so I’m available at most times during the weekend. During the week I usually only have afternoons available, but I’m super flexible with schedules. About: I’ve grown up caring for animals all my life; cattle, dogs, cats, hedgehogs, and many more. I have experience in small dogs and large, specifically dachshunds and Siberian huskies/Malamutes, as I’ve grown up with those breeds since I was a toddler! My home is very assessable to those prone to IVDD as I currently have my Mini-Dachshund living with me. I know how to administer limited medications, pills and solution/liquid medications. I am also able to provide nail trimmings for dogs only, no additional charge; I can provide my own clean dremel/nail clippers. I’m also a very patient person, so new pets won’t be a problem. I have experience with dogs who experience anxiety/are skittish. And I am experienced with elderly pets! I’m currently working part-time as a pharmacy technician (1-3 days a week) and I am in school full-time. I am able to make time after and between classes to fit all the love and attention into the needs of pets. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex, I’m happy to carry the smaller pets up stairs if they have trouble with stairs! I don’t necessarily have a fenced in yard, but we do have a fenced in area specifically for dogs, most people in the complex don’t use! I enjoy taking the dogs on walks either around campus or shorter walks around the complex/home, I’m very active if your pet needs mental stimulation I am perfect for that; if your pet is more of a calm and lazy animal I can also provide for them as well! I’ve been know to be a very organized person, so if your pet is on a specific schedule I can usually adapt to that schedule very quickly and efficiently whether that’s feeding, walking or medications.

About: I have two dogs of my own and have grown up taking care of my dogs and pet sitting my neighbors dogs! I have had experience dog sitting and house sitting in high school and since I have been in college at Auburn! I am currently a student at Auburn University, and with my current class schedule, I have plenty of time throughout the day to care for your dogs! I am not available on weekends, however, but am available every other day of the week! I grew up with two dogs in my family and have always loved having them around, so I’m very comfortable with all aspects of dog care. For small and mini dogs specifically, I make sure to give them a calm, safe space, watch closely during outdoor time since they can be more vulnerable to bigger dogs or hazards, and keep to their regular feeding and potty schedule. I treat every dog like my own and always prioritize their comfort and safety.

I have plenty of sidewalk and parks near me to take a dog or cat on a walk. There’s plenty of space if your pet needs personal space and plenty if they love other animals.

“I absolutely loved Emily for the i day I had her, unexpectedly I had a son come home from out of town working who had got into a disagreement with his girlfriend and had been drinking who just came by not knowing I was out of town to stay the evening and she understandably didn’t feel comfortable completing the contract and couldn’t iboard Lucy bc she has cats. Piecing together alternate drop ins for the remaining 3 days did not even compare to her and was very disappointed to not complete the contract as she was very efficient, kind, easy to work with sent pictures communicated exceptionally well and knew I had nothing to worry about and felt complete at peace and assured my dog was in the greatest of hands. In light of the unexpected situation she thankfully didn’t terminate me on Rover and effect my account standing and was understanding of the unexpected circumstances and understandably not feeling comfortable staying overnight. I’m new to Rover and she was my first experience and will say inspite of the early termination and lost payment the experience I did have with Emily made it a great. I would recommend if new to Rover setting up contingency plans and or making sure if situations arise unexpected drop in services are ok as alternative to in house so you don’t have to double pay for sitters. In light of it all Emily was very understanding communicated well and bc of how impressed I was with the communication and the 1 day of sitter care I bought her a gift back from my vacation as a thank you for the pictures and constant reassurance Lucy was in good hands. I had to meet up with her to give her some things that she left at the house and was gracious and understanding of the unexpected circumstance and apologized for not completing the contract and feeling comfortable with boarding staying or changing to drop in. Thankfully my sister and friend were able to come by once a day and it eased the extreme stress of not having a sitter and not even anticipating making back up plans but as I stated was a learning curve with utilizing the Rover app. I would use Rover again but just make sure to discuss contingency plans and flexibility in case of unexpected circumstances.. I would also recommend Emily highly she was a great sitter but just make sure to discuss contingency plans for unexpected events or have a back up plan.”
