Growing up with rescue dogs taught me patience and how every dog has their own story, while my current yellow lab keeps me active and reminds me daily of the joy that comes from a dog's unconditional love. I understand how much pets mean to their families and the importance of maintaining their comfort when you're away. From energetic pups who need lots of exercise to gentle seniors who prefer quiet companionship, I approach each dog with genuine affection and the same care I give my own. You can trust that your beloved companion will be treated like family. I'm available to pet sit from Friday through Monday and would love to help care for your pet during this time. I work from home on both Fridays and Mondays, so I'll be around throughout those days to provide plenty of attention, companionship, and care. This means your pet won't be left alone for extended periods on those days. Over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), I'm also fully available to maintain their regular routine, take them for walks, provide meals on schedule, and give them all the love and attention they need. I’m also available Tuesdays - Thursday before 8am & after 4:30pm I'd be happy to discuss your pet's specific needs, routine, and any special care instructions. Please let me know if you'd like to set up a time to meet beforehand so your pet can get comfortable with me. I’ll visit the house at scheduled times to let the dog outside for bathroom breaks and provide meals according to the feeding schedule. If the dog needs exercise beyond the yard time, I’ll take them for a walk around the neighborhood. Each visit lasting 30 minutes, focusing on the dog's immediate needs - relieving themselves, eating, and getting a bit of attention. I’ll secure the house when leaving and may send an update about how the dog is doing

About: My experience in pet care is from having my own pets, watching, sitting and caring for pets of family, friends and volunteering over the years. I work close to home and have the ability to give a mid day potty breaks during the weekdays. We are away from home for work for no more than 6 hours. I have a fenced in yard and go for many walks. I let the pups on the furniture and they are welcome to sleep with the family if they desire.

“Desiree completed multiple drop-in visits (2x daily) during a week-long vacation for my two senior cats. Mr. Twix is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day. Desiree was happy to stop over ahead of the trip to go over insulin and daily routines. I asked for photo updates and Desiree was happy to share! She graciously cleaned one poo mess and even helped reset the fuse box when the cat fountain stopped working. Twix and Butters were calm and happy when I arrived home. I felt comfortable on my trip knowing the kids were getting love in my absence!”

About: Hi everyone, My names Ellana! Im currently 20 years old and absolutely adore animals! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old and currently have a frenchie of my own back in MN! Being away from home can be tough at times but spending time with animals is really an escape for me. I love all dogs from big to small, I do have a little bias for all breeds of bulldogs though, they are my fav! I am currently looking into going into canine physical therapy as a full time role for my future:) I’d love to help out as needed so please send me a message! I am a very active student so I love being able to give dogs the time outside that they need. That being said I am always willing to stay in for some cuddles. I have weekends off from all class and job requirements so I like to fill those times with some furry friends! I have my own room and plenty of space and capacity to take dogs on adventures via car or walk! I love spoiling pups when they are with me.

About: I have owned and cared for many dogs all throughout my life. From smaller dogs to Great Danes and even helping birth, care for, and train multiple litters of puppies. I have helped my family in training hunting dogs. I have also trained my own dog with good manners, basic commands, and some fun tricks. I prioritize good behavior while being outside and exercising. I have a soft spot for older dogs. I have had many dogs live up to 15 years old. I have learned gentleness with them and maintaining their needs. I am home/available most of the day. I am often up early in the morning and I come home for the day before lunch time. I try to spend a lot of time outside and being active. I am a part time CNA. I mainly work a couple evenings during the week and occasional weekends. I have a good sized yard with a pond for bathroom and play. My yard does not have a fence but my dog enjoys being outside on a long leash and roaming around our yard. My dog has a very large crate fit for 2 dogs and I also have another separate (1 dog) crate.

About: I have owned dogs all My life and cats for the last 7 years. I have been working as a vet tech for since 2007 and before that worked in a boarding facility. I love animals as much as I love my kids, they are a member of the family and that's how they are treated. I have 2 daughters they are both comfortable and respectful of animals as well. I am comfortable with administering medications if needed. My dogs are kennel trained and enjoy their space but I don't require your pet to be kenneled if it isn't something they are used to. I am flexible and willing to work with people on their needs, being I work at an animal hospital I get the luxury of taking my pets to work and could bring yours as well if they are not used to being left home alone. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I currently work Monday-Thursday as a vet tech so I have the flexibility of bringing your pet with me to work or having them at my home. I have a fenced in yard and 3 dogs of my own who are used to keeping other Fur friends company. Also access to my fenced in yard is through a closed garage.

About: School nurse looking to care for animals during off times (off days, evenings, weekends, summers). We are a dog loving family who likes to stay busy I work school day hours during the school year, evenings, weekends and holidays off as well as summers off. I want to find a fun flexible ‘job’ for my off times I am very respectful and responsible. I grew up with a variety of different breeds of dogs and also have cared for dogs and cats for family and friends over the years. I currently have a wonderful ivory labrador retriever named Winnie who is 4 years old! Overall, I am familiar with all ages, many different breeds, and all behavior types. I always treat all pets like they are my own! I’m currently working full time in downtown Minneapolis from 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. I leave the house around 6:15am and someone is back in the home around 4pm. I have a fenced in backyard as well as my very friendly 4 year old lab to keep your furbaby company! I also am able to crate your pet if needed or allow them to be on all furniture. My home is their home!
