About: I have had dogs for most of my life and have dog sat for many friends and family members. I now have two kids ages 3 and 8 that want a dog, but we are not able to commit to that right now so would love to spoil yours! They will be given tons of attention and affection, but will need to be fairly mellow as my kids get used to having a dog around - they are a little scared of very high-energy, jumpy dogs ;). I work from home Mondays and Fridays and I am generally around on the weekends, so they will have plenty of attention! I can do potty breaks every couple of hours and walks twice per day. I often go to parks and also play outside a lot with the kids, so there will be plenty of activity! I have a fenced yard and we often play outside in our cul de sac so would have them on a leash out front. I am happy to crate the dog if you are comfortable with that and bring one. They are welcome on our couches.

“Ashley is wonderful! We’ve hired her to walk our two small pups midday M-F on a long term basis and we’re SO happy that we found her. She’s very communicative, kind, thoughtful and so very loving to our pups. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that our little ones are getting love and attention, exercise, fresh air, treats, play time and tummy rubs while we’re away. We highly recommend her. Thank you Ashley!!”

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a child. My family has had all sorts of pets from cats and dogs to fish and turtles to bunnies and hermit crabs! I am a pet lover and find joy in giving all sorts of animals cuddles and love :) I am currently taking 2 graduate courses a week at PSU and have time to care for pets before or after my classes. I live in Tigard but will also be commuting to Portland weekly. Pet care is something I can do almost daily! I love to create a routine for myself and intend to make pet care part of that. I value pet-parent communication greatly! Making sure I have an understanding of the animals needs and where all the tools I need to best care for your baby are. I believe caring for a pet in their home is best for the pet and myself so the pet can feel most comfortable and I know everything they will need is in the house!

“Imani is a gem! She takes such good care of my boys- they are both very big and can be a lot at once but I know they are safe and well cared for with Imani. It makes time away from them so much easier!”

About: I really don't what sets me apart from other sitters. I've had pets all my life. I've only just started dogsitting for neighbors about 2ish years ago and so far they like me. I'm currently unemployed so pet care fits perfectly well into my daily and or weekly routine. It's a good way to earn some money in between job searching. I can easily follow instructions if you have a pet who has a more strict schedule or I'm pretty chill if your pet does not need lots of care.

About: I’m currently a veterinary student at the Royal Veterinary College in London in my final year and go home to Oregon on my breaks. My first dog was a Siberian Husky named Chudak who I got when I was 12. I currently have a 5 year old Siberian husky mix named Koda, who I love to death. Both of my dogs were/are very energetic thanks to them being huskies so I'm use to exercise they require, along with their very unique personalities. I have been dog sitting for family friends for the last couple years as well, and I am skilled in feeding, walking, simple grooming, and general health knowledge. My schedule is open on weekends and weekdays. I would love any opportunity to work with animals, enjoy their company and get to know your furry family! If you have any questions feel free to contact me. As I am home for the summer, I have no plans and if booked I will make sure your pets are my top priority and make sure to spend lots of quality time with them. I have plenty of experiences handling animals and I always make it my goal for both you and your pet to feel comfortable with me taking care of them. I also make sure the house is in great condition for the owners return because no one wants to return home to a dirty house!

About: I started taking care of my neighbors dogs when I was a kid and I loved it. I did some house sitting and pet sitting for a friend who has 2 kittens and a golden doodle! I followed the routines and made sure to give them plenty of play time. I want to do more for my community, and I believe communication is important for building trust, so you will hear from me about any updates with your fur babies! I'm currently a stay at home student/pet parent for my dog Scarlett and my cat Tinkerbell. I'm looking to gain more experience around my neighborhood! We have a large fenced in yard where our dog can run and play. Tinkerbell has her own catio! Both pets are healthy and loved.

About: I have cared for a wide variety of animals, dogs and cats, turtles, bunnies, fish, reptiles and amphibians. I have cared for high needs animals with important schedules and protocols and I have some experience training dogs and cats. I work remote so I have the flexibility to be home with your pet(s) as needed. I have a car to commute and I can adjust my work schedule to accommodate your needs. It’s important to me to make your pets experience as enjoyable as possible. I like to help your pets stick to their routine and give them the exercise and attention they deserve

About: I've always been an admirer of animals and have a respect for their individual personalities. While their safety is my utmost priority, I realize that a solid rapport is just as necessary. I feel that walks are not just necessary for their relief but also to maintain their physical and mental well-being. I prefer to let your dog go at its own pace, whether relaxed or energetic, but also to let them enjoy their surroundings at their leisure. When we're at home, I'm always down to play with your pet, sit with them quietly, or give them their space. I'm a musician with a flexible schedule so it's easy for me to work around the needs of clients and their pets. I have plenty of time for walks during the day and many evenings are free for sitting. I always follow a client's detailed instructions regarding feeding, walks, and hygiene, and medicine. I always do my best to make sure the animal knows I'm there to be their friend and to take care of them.

About: I used to work at a Humane Society and I own 3 big dogs myself! I come to you with 5+ yrs of vet professional experience, as well as currently being an employee at a specialty vet in the area! I'm currently working full time at a small local vet clinic in Tualatin and I'd love to be more involved in the animal care game and in touch with the community. I have full availability on my days off, but am open to walks/drop-ins after work! Pets deserve their space and to be cared for on their own terms. I want every pet to feel loved and safe in my care. Let me walk your fur babies!

About: I have been taking care of neighbors and friends pets all my life, from rabbits to dogs to cats to turtles. I even have worked on my friends farm. I love all kinds of animals and I am equipped to handle anything thrown at me. I can't wait to hang out with your pet! I am currently working during the daytime till 4, but I have a break where I can come check on your animal. I have lots of free time to go on walks and spend time with your animal as well. About: I've been a pet lover since I was little but my parents did not want to have pets in our small condo. Instead I was able to care for family and friend's pets which I treated like my own and I would love to do the same with your furry friends. I have experience with dogs ranging from small chihuahuas to mastiffs in ages of 3 months to 12 years old. In my adult years I've also established a special bond with cats, who I believe are often misunderstood and deserve attention and play time as well. I will take care of your pet like I would like my own pets to be cared for, with lots of love, patience and care. I prefer to work 8am-4:30pm but I my work schedule can be flexible almost every day! I do work at an office but I am also available to work from home at a special request. I can take care of your pet in the morning before work, during my lunch break, and right after-all throughout the evening. I want to create a safe environment for your pet to make sure they're comfortable when their favorite person is gone and I will do anything to make myself a worthy temporary replacement. I believe keeping a schedule you established with your pet puts them at ease and helps with the transition, whether it's feeding, walks or play time.

Hannah S.
“Hannah takes very good care of my cat. Lucifer is a needy cat requiring someone to stay the night for emotional support while I am gone. Hannah spends plenty of time at my apartment, playing with her and keeping her happy.”

Erich J.
“I literally wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone but Erich. Whether it’s cats or dogs, he just gets it! He understands their individual needs, knows how to adjust his care to accommodate them, & always focuses on keeping them happy, healthy, & safe. He even remembers the names of his repeat clients! I personally have a cat & he has taken care of him for me before, & my little buddy is so happy every time he sees him. It reassures me so much when I’m traveling to know that he’s in such good hands. You will seldom find a more kind, loving, professional, & driven caregiver than Erich, so if he’s available, book him! You’ll be so thankful you did. Me & my little fuzzball adore him, & you will too!”

If it means special treats, trips outdoors, or some extra TLC she always puts the animal first!”
