“So happy to have come across Jennifer and Eric before boarding our pup. Seeing photos of him snuggling their kids and knowing he was being loved on all week gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation. Thank you guys so much!”

“Juliann did such a wonderful job of taking care of our beloved dog. She took the time to introduce herself and her lovely family and we got a chance to have Yoda do a meet and greet. Their house was very warm and inviting and they really took to him. They were very thorough with all of their questions and made sure that they were equipped to take good care of him. During the trip they gave us constant updates and photos and we felt very safe that he was in good hands. when we went to go pick him up, he did not seem that enthusiastic to leave, which was both sad but also a great sign of how much fun he was having there. We absolutely would work with them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have their dogs be in safe and loving hands.”

“Everything went so well! My dog loved Barbara’s huge backyard and comfy sofa. I loved the great care my pup got, including a chance to sleep in the big bed. Pictures and updates a couple of times a day let me know all was well. Thank you Barbara!”

“Angelique was great! Since the meet and great up until the moment I picked up my pup from the boarding time, she was very kind and communicative. My dog was thrilled to stay with her and was borderline upset to have to leave. The photos Angelique sent through his stay kept us well informed and we could tell Oakley was having a good time. Would highly recommend and re-book!”

“Shari was a perfect host to my pup. She sent pictures and messages of reassurance regularly. It was the first time I left Roxy to travel. Though I missed her, I was comforted by Shari’s communications. She followed Roxy’s schedule so when I picked Roxy up her transition was seamless. Thank you so much, Shari. From both of us. I appreciate your caring for Roxy so much.”

“My dog was absolutely spoiled with love by Katie and her family! I had never boarded my dog before and was nervous, but instantly had my mind put at ease by Katie! She sent photos of him getting snuggles and attention, looking so so happy! She made him feel so comfortable and at home! Highly highly recommend, she’s the best!”

“My Cody stayed again with Suzanne, and this time boarding for 9 nights straight and I couldn’t be happier. My Cody is shy and very reserved, but he had an absolute blast! I got so many picture updates and messages, and I had total peace of mind that Cody is in great caring hands. Suzanne did so much more than I expected and truly cared for him above and beyond like Cody was one of her own pack. Thank you Suzanne, I’m sure Cody misses you and your crew already, and he will be back!”

“She and her family are lovely! My dog was so happy and well taken care of. Will definitely use her again. She sent many photos and messages to let me know how Harper was doing. 5 stars for sure !!!!! Would recommend for sure!”

“Rayleigh, Nate and their daughters were amazing care takers for our senior dog Autzen! She provided updates and photos during his stay and he came home happy as could be… and exhausted for from all the fun! We will definitely be using their services again. Thank you Rayleigh, Nate and girls! :)”

“My favorite place to leave Braza thus far. Very pleasant people, beautiful home with more than ample space. Braza was comfortable while resting and entertained while playing. And when I picked him up he was happy and tired. This will be my first choice when I'm in town hands down.”

“Words simply aren’t enough to express the gratitude I have for how my 4 dogs were loved and immediately welcomed in by her family. To say my dogs wanted to stay with her isn’t an understatement. I consider myself blessed to have met such a wonderful and caring family to love on my pet people when I can’t. She deserves all the praise in the universe. Woof woof woof woof wag wag wag wag from the crew too. We love you!”

“LeeLoo has stayed with Alexis & Jacob 3 times now and every time it has been very smooth. They have great communication, always send photos and take great care of LeeLoo. I highly recommend them!”

“Samantha and Brian’s family watched our Wheaten Terrier for two weeks. They kept us updated with photos and we knew he was in good hands. Thanks for giving Charlie lots of snuggles while we were away.”

“Angela was an amazing dog sitter! We left our fur baby with her during our long vacation. She updated me every day with pictures and how Winston was doing. Great experience!”

“Great experience! Communication was excellent, Liz answered all my questions and did a meet and greet before pups stayed with her. She clearly cares about the dogs and their well-being”

“Thank you Dottie for taking care of our Molly! Dottie was so attentive to Molly’s health and needs the whole time and helped eased my concern. I was worried that Molly wouldn’t settle in and be part of the pack. Dottie was great with Molly and Dottie’s very well behaved dogs helped Molly fall in line with their pack. Dottie kept me up to date on how Molly was doing with pictures and texts. Thank you!! We’ll be coming back for an extended stay soon!”

“Peter and his family did an excellent job providing care & love for my dog Nico while my family and I completed our permanent change of station (military). They were professional and courteous, even going above & beyond when they took Nico to an important veterinary appointment for plane travel. They have my highest recommendation”

“Heather was amazing with our cats, playing with them, making sure they were fed, watered, and had a clean litter box. She sent daily emails with tons of pictures. Will definitely book again!”

“Roger and his family cared for my cat for several weeks after she and I moved across the country and they were excellent! Clearly have great hearts for cats (and I suspect for any animal they care for) and were patient and kind with my very anxious girl. She even was purring to them after they earned her trust. She has quickly reacclimated to me and is in great form physically and emotionally. I offer my highest recommendation!”

About: Although I’ve only ever owned outdoor farm cats that were adopted from the humane society, I’ve loving cared for and enjoyed cats that were in home or even indoor/outdoor cats. I have many friends and family members who relied on me for all levels of care, from overnight to daily check ins and play time for cats that prefer not be bothered with too much human interaction. I’m comfortable bringing whatever level of care and attention your feline needs!

“Shelby was amazing, we highly recommend her! She was knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, and very nice. Our automatic litter box malfunctioned while we were away and Shelby went out of her way to fix the situation so that our cats had access to a fresh litter box. We were very grateful for her assistance and will definitely use her services again.”

“This was my first booking with Michelle, and our senior cat immediately decided she was a new friend. It was very reassuring to see how relaxed and comfortable he was while we were away. Michelle was prompt, communicative, and sent thorough updates after each visit. We came home to a calm, content cat and would happily book with her again.”

“Renee was a kind, loving pet sitter to our two older cats. She was attentive to the shy one and took on the special needs of the other. The pet areas were left clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend Renee for your pet.”

“I have asked for Erich’s help watching my cat Yoko several times now, he is fantastic! Really great communication and is willing to help on short notice. Most importantly he takes great care of Yoko. Truly one of the best rover sitters I’ve ever used.”

“Rylie was amazing. Took great care of our cats and went above and beyond multiple times. Even got our super shy car to come out and hang. Which has never happened before with a rover . Can tell she really cares about the animals she works with and will 100% book again if they’re available for our next trip.”

“J Does a great job with my pup and yesterday was super helpful because she drilled him on his commands and helped get some kongs prepped. J is reliable and communicates well.”

“Xanthia and her kiddos took fantastic care of my three kitties while I was out of town. I was a little worried leaving them in the care of someone new, especially for my 21-year-old creaky senior kitty, but Xanthia did a great job. Wonderful communication, updates, and photos. Very highly recommended.”

“I had a great experience with Kayley doing drop in visits with my cats while I was out of town. She was very responsive with great communication, helped with not only cat tasks but also household things like the garden, and was great about sending updates and photos! I will plan to work with her again and had no complaints!”

“Kayley is absolutely wonderful & made Millie and I feel comfortable right away. Millie was happy puppy when I picked her up. We will definitely be going to Kayley’s again! :)”

“Alexis and Jacob watched Baja for the first time and it was a total success! Baja is very sweet but can be a handful and so we were pretty picky about who could take the reins after her last sitter moved. Based on the friendliness, competence, reliability, and great communication we experienced with Alexis and Jacob, we’re thrilled to have a new loving and safe place for Baja to stay when we’re gone.”

About: With 8 years of experience as a former veterinary assistant and many many years as a dog Mama, I will love your pets like they are part of our family. I am a stay-at-home homeschooling Mama and my husband works from home. So there is almost always somebody home, if not the whole family. So your pet will never feel lonely. I have a fenced yard and a small doggy-door. Our sweet miniature Labradoodle makes for a great friend and my kids will help give your pet playtime and exercise.
“London had a wonderful time with Hanna, Matthew, and his new furry friends! He was clearly having a blast — he was excited to see me at pickup, but also totally torn about leaving all his playmates, which was pretty adorable. He came home happily worn out, which is always the sign of a great day. As a bonus, they’re only 6 minutes from me, which makes drop-off and pickup so easy. I’d absolutely reach out to them again if I need a pet-sitter in the future!”

“It’s clear that Christopher and his family genuinely love dogs! He is easygoing, an excellent communicator, and incredibly accommodating. Mason felt comfortable right away and absolutely loves going to doggy daycare at Christopher’s. We have complete peace of mind knowing he’s in such caring hands.”

“Damon has been a life saver for my daycare needs. He is reliable, personable, and communicative. I work full time and have an active GSD who needs adequate mental stimulation and play. By the time I pick her up, she’s ready to eat and relax for the rest of the evening. He has a spacious and clean backyard for the dogs to roam/play around in without it feeling too crowded. I always get pics and updates thru out the day to make me feel reassured she’s safe and having a great time. Would absolutely recommend Damon and his services.”

“Peter is kind, has a lovely home and welcomed Max with open arms. Sounds like my pup has a great day with Peter and his family. Peter was also super flexible when I needed to make some timing changes based on my daughter’s unpredictable basketball tournament schedule. Highly recommend!”

“Susie and her wonderful family are absolutely a dream come true! I'm so happy I found them. I've used daycare facilities for my little pug, Olive, in the past and she used to come home semi-traumatized by the experience. Definitely not the case with Susie. The second we pulled into her driveway, Olive had her tail wagging and couldn't wait to spend the day with Susie and family! Susie was sooo sweet and I know her daughter loved little Olive too...I can't speak highly enough of them. Seriously, if you're debating who to go with for your doggy...go with Susie. She is kind, extremely flexible, experienced and has such a warm and inviting home. Thank you so much for taking care of my little fur baby...10/10 would recommend and will 100% be taking Olive to Susie for all future daycare!?❤”

“Anastasiya and her family have been caring for our energetic 10-month old aussiedoodle Tony each week for a couple of months now & I am so grateful that we found her! We are always greeted warmly, and he expresses excitement and interest for his visits. They have a wonderful home and outdoor space for him to explore and I am confident that he is being well taken care of and having lots of fun. Our brief check-ins tell me that they genuinely seem to enjoy his company, which makes me happy too! Anyone who is able to utilize her services will be fortunate and in very good hands:)”

About: We provide a safe, cozy, low-stress environment so your pup feels comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home while you’re away. Lots of attention, familiar routines, and genuine care. Pet care fits naturally into our daily and weekly routine. One of us works from home, so dogs are rarely left alone and get plenty of attention throughout the day. We also have two teen girls who love helping with care — extra cuddles, playtime, and lots of love included. Daily walks are part of our routine, along with a calm, cozy home environment where pups feel safe and spoiled. We care for pets as if they’re part of our family. In our home, dogs enjoy a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, plenty of supervision, and a calm, comfortable environment. Since we don’t currently have pets of our own, your dog gets our full attention — from playtime and walks to cuddles and downtime. Our goal is always to keep your pup feeling secure, relaxed, and right at home.
“Wow, Jami was wonderful and you can really tell that she is an animal lover! She went above and beyond to make sure Duckie was taken care of at daycare. She even took him to the dog park so that he could run and play with the other dogs. He was sleepy and happy when I picked him up. I got adorable photos and video updates throughout the day as well. 10/10 recommend!”

“Dottie was AWESOME! She completely loved on my dog while she was there and my dog didn’t want to leave. She walked my dog during her daycare and sent me pictures. She had an inside and outside set up so it’s perfect for all weathers. What I really liked was how thorough she was on meet and greet. She wanted my dog’s information, which made me feel so much safer about sending my dog there. If she had availability every day I would use her”

“Thanks Roxanne you were always calm, flexible and easy to work with. I would not recommend for smaller dogs. Our pup went 2 days and came back both days a bit overwhelmed, exhausted and especially on day 2 he was stinky and scratched up. As a one year old he may not have been able to hold his own with the larger older dogs. It seems to be a great place for larger dogs, but even my 80lb Ridgeback was overwhelmed and may have been out muscled. He tends to play hard and get clumsy. Will certainly consider in the future for booking.”

“My little dog Clara absolutely adores Susan and Ian and their two big dogs. They have such a wonderful dynamic with their intelligent, energetic dogs, and it melts my heart to see Clara be welcomed into their pack. She comes home so happy and tired from a full day of exercise, play, affection, and relaxing among her favorite spots. Their pickup add-on is really wonderful, and Clara gets so excited when she realizes it's time to go have fun with Baz and Ruby! It is so special to see my little dog and other new friends in daycare all confidently playing together. Every daycare dog she's met with them has been an immediate friend--not always what you expect with a chihuahua away from mom and home--and that speaks to how thoughtfully Susan and Ian manage the group. They have a real gift for understanding different dogs so that they feel comfortable, safe, and included. I trust them completely with Clara and couldn't recommend them more highly.”

“I normally stress out about leaving my dog with someone else, but after our meet and greet, I was actually excited about leaving my dog with Mersal and Cora. He doesn’t get many opportunities to play with other dogs. He had the best time ever with Mersal and Cora. He didn’t want to leave. I think I’ll be reserving more time just for his happiness to be with Mersal and Cora.”

“Marley could not wait to stay with Kirsten's family and.always looks forward to going back! I was thrilled knowing Marley wasn't just safe but loved. Kirsten and her family are just the best.”

“Heather watched my shy foster dog that has separation anxiety while I was at work and was willing to take it slow with her which I so appreciated! Her kids were very sweet with her and Sweetie was well taken care of:)”

About: Having grown up on a 20 acre farm for most of my life, I have cared for all shapes and sizes of animals - from horses to snakes, and everything in between! When I moved into an apartment for college, I missed the "dog energy" in our household and set to volunteering hundreds of hours at the Humane Society, which also included basic training skills and walking the most aggressive 100+lb leash pullers. This later evolved into working at a veterinary clinic where I was trained to monitor recovering animals and administer medications safely and with as little stress as possible through Fear Free certification. Animal body language is my second language! I love the outdoors as much as the indoors, and am more than happy to accommodate medical needs. ♡ If you would like extras taken care of during your pets stay or our visit, such as bathing, grooming, nail trims, or a run, just let me know! My dog, Leo, and I are constantly going on hikes and we are more than happy to tucker your pups out with a day trip, just reach out for rates. I currently work as a Braille Librarian for the state and used to teach Low Vision/Blind learners, and I am also fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), so I have a soft spot for dogs that may be Deaf, Blind, or DeafBlind. To top it all off, I am working on weaseling my way into Guide Dog puppy raising, and all the training tips that come along with that. ( : I commute to Salem Wednesday and Friday, which means my schedule during those days is usually pretty limited to anything after 430pm. Otherwise, my weekends are typically completely free and ready to be filled with whatever your fur babies need! Using the Fear Free method, I work with a pet's body language to determine what will work best in the current situation, and when methods may be effective versus stressful. I am ready to go at your pet's pace with whatever they may need, and clearly communicate the process along the way.
About: I have a very positive personality that I bring out in all work that I do. I am a practicing Speech Language Pathologist with a 3 year old pup of my own—Louie. I have taken care of pets through rover, as well as used it for my own pet care needs. I moved around the Portland area a bit, so I took a break from Rover, but now my life is more settled and I’m happy to take your fur-babies on walks, or drop in! I live in Mountain Park and would be happy to cover any “last minute” dog needs that you have. My schedule will allow for 1-3 walks/drop in visits per day. My most availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I pride myself in being thorough and paying attention to detail. I will follow any and all instructions that you provide. Having a dog of my own, I can supply poop bags and treats if necessary.
“Angela is a lovely person who our dog loved! And he is not like that with anyone so I think he sensed she’s a true animal lover! She is punctual, provided detailed reports for walks, and she made communication super easy. I highly recommend Angela for your fur babies!”

“Trula was great! I needed someone last minute because we were going to a funeral about 2 hours from home. Trula was available and did a great job with Riley. She sent pictures and gave me details about the visit. I could see from the pictures I had made the right decision. Trula provided just what was needed - a friendly visitor for Riley to walk and snuggle with. I would definitely recommend her.”

I am looking forward to meeting your fur babies! I am great with high energy pets, and I love to get close to those shy guys. I am taking full time online classes at PCC, so I am unemployed this summer. The classes are asynchronous, so I am able to work around you! I do plan on starting my CNA classes in August, which is around 8 hours a day, but I will update my availability when that time comes. I am basically available whenever I am needed. About: I've always been an admirer of animals and have a respect for their individual personalities. While their safety is my utmost priority, I realize that a solid rapport is just as necessary. I feel that walks are not just necessary for their relief but also to maintain their physical and mental well-being. I prefer to let your dog go at its own pace, whether relaxed or energetic, but also to let them enjoy their surroundings at their leisure. When we're at home, I'm always down to play with your pet, sit with them quietly, or give them their space. I'm a musician with a flexible schedule so it's easy for me to work around the needs of clients and their pets. I have plenty of time for walks during the day and many evenings are free for sitting. I always follow a client's detailed instructions regarding feeding, walks, and hygiene, and medicine. I always do my best to make sure the animal knows I'm there to be their friend and to take care of them.

“I asked Leanne to walk my pup while I was at work (away for about 14 hours). Leanne was timely, professional, and most of all, patient with my pup. She arrived at the agreed upon time to meet my pup, asked appropriate questions, and followed through with what was agreed upon. Dexter was pretty shy at first, but Leanne took the time to gain his trust meanwhile communicating with me the entire time. I would 100% recommend Leanne for more dog walking needs. I trust Leanne with my pup, which is saying a tremendous amount because Dexter is my pride and joy. If you are looking for a dependable, trustworthy, compassionate dog lover to walk your dog, look no further.”

“Shelby was responsive to all communication and it was easy to work with her. She is flexible, which is great for me since I don't need someone daily, but intermittently. Barkley was happy to see me when I got home after a 12 hour day but he was not frantic like he is when I am gone 7! He was happy, fed, and quickly settled in for a quiet evening.”

“Peter and his family did an excellent job providing care & love for my dog Nico while my family and I completed our permanent change of station (military). They were professional and courteous, even going above & beyond when they took Nico to an important veterinary appointment for plane travel. They have my highest recommendation”

“I was so happy to hear Millie had a great time and everyone had a great time with her!! Such a beautiful home and beautiful people, we found a loving place for Millie to spend time whenever we visit Portland! Thank you to the family again, Millie and I so appreciate the accommodations☺️💕”

“River seemed to really love staying with Amy and her family. Their yard is enormous - a HUGE bonus to us because River doesn’t always get along with other dogs at a park. River was able to get worn out in the backyard and have bonus leash walks. Amy sent updates, photos & video and communicated if she had any questions. We will definitely book with Amy again!”

“Siru was the perfect fit for our little Ollie. We were so anxious to leave him behind on our trip as we had never used a boarder in the past but she put our minds at ease with a friendly meet & greet with her sweet dog Charlie. While we were away she kept us updated and loved on our little pup. We hope to board Ollie with her again one day! Thank you, Siru!”
