It was our first time boarding with Shianna and her family but definitely won’t be our last. Our girl had some special feeding instructions and Shiannas communication to make sure everything went smoothly was great. They seamlessly added Lily into their family like she was their own dog. I’m always a little anxious leaving Lily somewhere new but from day one it was clear she was in good hands and it made my trip so much easier to enjoy. Shiannas daughter was so good with Lily, she even sent her home with some extra stuffies! I enjoyed getting the videos and pics of them playing together and seeing Lily having the best time. She’s a high energy dog and they gave her lots of exercise and mental stimulation so she was a tired good girl in the evenings. I can’t recommend Shianna enough if you want your pup to have her own vacation while you’re having yours. (I’m pretty sure Lily is missing her daughter today)
Annika was great about communicating before and during my dogs stay. Given I have a rescue dog with anxiety, she was open to my dogs issues and skilled to know how to best care for her. My dog was comfortable within the first few minutes and that put me at ease when dropping her off. It made our trip that more easier when I knew our dog was in good hands.
Keith took good care of our lab. He has an energetic dog that our lab enjoyed playing with. Keith communicated well and sent pictures each day. His home is located in an area with lots of walking trails for the pups. Our lab came home tired and happy from all the play.
My dog Daisuke stayed with Heather and Roberto for two weeks and this is his first stay with this new circumstances. They are very kind, experienced, great dog sitters. They took care of some other dogs during my dog's stay, but surprisingly my dog seemed to be enjoying to play with them. (He is usually unfriendly to other dogs.) They sent me some photo pictures everyday and I really enjoyed seeing during my trip. I'd like to book there again in near future. Thank you so~ much!!!
