About: Hi my name is Rachel, and I firmly believe that laughter, walking, and animals are the best medicine in the world. I don't know what humans did to deserve animals, but I'm so thankful for whatever it is. My family adopted our cat when I was 8 years old, and we had 10 wonderful years with her before her passing. That was my first experience with pet care. Over the years, I've also pet sat several times for neighbors and family friends: cats and several breeds of dogs: Boston Terrier, Bichon Frise, Golden Retriever, Brittany Spaniel mix, Australian Cattle Dog mix, Newfoundland, etc. I quickly build relationships with animals, and I've never met a pet who didn't like me (and vice versa). I also love taking walks as much as dogs do. Since I am a fully remote worker, I have the flexibility during the day to give your animal the care they need and deserve! At this time, I prefer to sit only one dog at a time to ensure I can provide the best possible care! I am a fully remote worker so I have the flexibility during the day to give your animal my full attention and care they need and deserve! They will not be lonely with me. I want pets to feel comfortable whether they are in my home or their own home while you are away. I care for them like they are my own.

About: As a mother of 2 little boys and 2 energetic dogs, I know how important it is to find a walker and sitter you can trust and depend on. I’m a lifelong dog lover with over 15 years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. I grew up with golden retriever rescues and currently have a reactive doodle, so I understand the importance of patience, awareness and individualized care. Whether your dog needs long walks, a playmate or a calm and structured environment, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, happy and loved while you’re away. I treat every dog like family and take pride in building trust with both dogs and their people. I walk dogs full time and am currently accepting one-time and recurring clients during the week between 9-3:30pm. I’m happy to discuss needs outside of these hours on an as need basis. I do everything I can to keep your pets routine consistent and their environment safe and calm. I closely follow all client instructions, from feeding and walk time to any medications or special care. I’m respectful of your space and always make sure your home is as clean and secure as when you left. I send regular updates with photos so you know your dog is happy and well cared for.
