“Kayla was amazing! She took wonderful care of our fur baby while we were gone and made sure to send multiple updates along with pictures every day. We will be rebooking her whenever we need someone to watch him again. We will also be recommending her to any and all friends looking for a wonderful, reliable sitter. 10/10 recommend!”

About: I've been around animals almost my whole life, I use to walk my neighbors dogs all the time and I've trained some puppies before. I'm also have patience for them. I have a lot of free time but I live with my grandmother and my cousin who goes to school so I have to wait for her to get off and on the weekends im free all day. I have a fenced in yard. My dogs are friendly but my bigger dog doesn't do well with other dogs. I also have 3 cats and they get well with my dogs.
“Kaylie clearly loves animals, and gives me peace of mind while I'm away from home. She is very responsive, flexible, and lets me know how everyone is doing while she is sitting. I come home to calm animals, not stressed out or desperate for attention.”

“Hanna is an amazing sitter. She took extremely good care of Lana and kept us informed with pictures, and videos. We’ll definitely schedule all of our future needs with her!! Lana loved Hanna and we trust her.”

“Allison was wonderful. She kept me updated. Made me feel so comfortable to leave my dog and my home in her hands. She is extremely clean and respectful. I would recommend her to anyone and definitely use her again. Thank you!”

About: The only dog I haven't been able to wear out withstood a 6 mile run, an hour of fetch, and 20 minutes of tug o' war. I love playing and providing engaging training as well. I have a calm and friendly attitude that dogs love and can comfort the most timid of pets. I have rescued abused dogs and am familiar with how emotionally damaged dogs interact and adjust. I provide cautious and professional care while entertaining your pet. I have experience administering simple medications and treatments. My experience ranges from puppies to elderly dogs and terriers to pit bulls to 90 lb labs. Exceptional care from a life long dog lover. I also love doing commissioned pet portraits outside of Rover (see my cover photo).
“Jennerifer was 20/10. We were struggling to find someone who would stay at our house and hang out with our kids. From the moment we met Jennifer she was so kind, professional, organized, and clearly loved animals. Her communication was phenomenal from the meet and greet to the moment we came home. I cannot recommend Jennifer enough. We will 1,000% be asking her to come back in the future!”

About: We originally became Rover sitters when our best girl went over the rainbow bridge❤️ Since then, we have fallen in love with so many of your pets!! Boarding Dogs is so rewarding and we are so lucky to have amazing clients. In our home, pets are the kids and plants are the pets 🤣 So you can be confident that your pup will be treated like family, have free use of the furniture and when necessary be allowed to sleep in our bed lol. We unexpectedly adopted a dog (Tessie) in March and took a couple of months off Rover to socialize her and make her comfortable in our home. Great news, she is wonderful with other dogs and we are ready to open our doors again! We require meet and greets with the dogs to make sure everyone gets along. For certain short term stays (1-4 nights), we can arrange to take Tessie out of the house for a sleepover with friends, just ask. Thank you! -The Torres Family MaryKathryn is home all day from Wednesday to Sunday. Sebastian works 8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri With our schedule we take the dogs on walks twice a day, around 7am and 6pm. We feed Tessie twice a day at 7am and 7pm, but can accommodate any normal feeding schedules. MaryKathryn was a professional nanny for 16 years, and now is a children's Psychotherapist. Proper care is her career and calling. We had our dog Nova for an amazing 12 years and have all of the experience in pet care from medications to emergencies. We have a fenced in courtyard where pups can enjoy the sun, and down the street we have a dog park that is always empty. We have no children, so all attention goes to the pups!
About: I grew up on a big farm in Missouri and have been around animals of many different kinds my whole life but I actually worked on several farms / kennels that required working with dogs cats and many birds . I work from 6 am to 2 pm Mon to Thurs and and open weekends and nights so I and there when you need me . I have 3 dogs and 3 cats of my own , I treat all animals as if they were my own and my pets are like my children. That being said I'm not just a total push over lol . I love taking the pups on walks
“Jupiter decided to give our sitter Amanda a bit of a scare, but she handled it all right and took good care of our old man. I think Jupiter enjoyed making a new cuddle buddy. 😊”

About: I have taken care of family and friends animals for about 13 years. I was the primary dog sitter for a Rhodesian Ridgeback for about 10 years. I understand the importance of walking and playing with these fur babies to keep them entertained, as well as, respecting their space and comfort while their parent is away. I’m a former teacher currently on summer break interview for a new career. I am pretty available currently during the day. Weekends are often busy for me, however, with advanced notice I can be available. I am willing and able to adapt to what your pet needs when it comes to safety, trust, and environment. I completely understand the importance of routine for an animal with the less amount of stress when it comes to a new person.

About: I am a full time nanny (except Mondays and Thursdays) that has not only taken care of the kids but also dogs! Most recently I have been raising a golden doodle from puppyhood up and stay active with him while at work, loving him and keeping him engaged with walks and play! I was also raised with lots of pets growing up. I always had two cats and a dog. I absolutely love animals. It’s a passion of mine and I can’t wait to show you that during my time caring for your pets!! I am available to help Mondays and Thursdays! For those days, I’d prefer to keep things within normal working hours. Because I have another job, I won’t be available for pop-up jobs the rest of the week. I am ready to work with you to find a good route around your neighborhood for dog walking! Transporting your pet in my personal vehicle can be worked out on an individual basis and for an additional fee.
“Hannah is awesome! Booked short notice and she took wonderful care of my 2 year old lab . Very communicative and sent lots of updated and photos. Highly recommend.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Northwest
We had a great experience with Autumn watching Dash and Valerie! She was extremely communicative and kept us updated with how everything was going at the house while we were in North Carolina. I especially appreciated her time management; she made sure Dash and Valerie were completely taken care of while still balancing her own daily needs. We felt completely at ease and would definitely book with her again!

Courtney went above and beyond for our furry friends! She’s helped me before with my senior cat who doesn’t need much but with the addition of our new puppy I was incredibly nervous leaving her for the first time. Courtney was incredibly responsive and diligent and from what I can tell became an instant best friend.

She did great! The only thing I would ask for is more updates! We particularly love a lot of updates and pictures! But other than that she handled their care well! And our house was exactly the way we left it if not cleaner!!! She took care of the meds the best she could with a difficult cat and she took care of our other animals with exceptional care!

Olivia stayed at our home with our 13-year-old senior dog and took great care of him. He was happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for when we got back. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing he was in good hands while we were away. We’d definitely have Olivia stay with him again

Cayla has been an amazing dog sitter for Luna and Lacey. She’s consistently responsible, reliable, and easy to communicate with, which gives me real peace of mind when I’m away. Most importantly, Luna and Lacey absolutely adore her—it’s clear she genuinely cares about them and makes them feel comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Cayla to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive sitter!

Jenna was amazing! She was friendly, communicative, respectful, flexible with scheduling and great with our little "zoo". All the pups and kitties were so happy and relaxed when we returned home from our mini vacay. Anyone would be in great hands booking with her.

This is the second time we have used Rover and we booked Gretchen both times. We hate leaving our cat Sammy, but knowing Gretchen is taking such loving care of him makes it easier. We’ve already booked her to take care of him the next time we have to be out of town.

Antonio sat for my dogs for a week over the holidays and as usual he did a great job! My dog Dexter injured his eye a few days before I went out of town and I was worried I may need to postpone or cancel my trip, but Antonio was so reassuring and helpful. He was able to give my dog his eye drops and even took him to the vet for a scheduled recheck while I was gone. Had it not been for Antonio I would have likely missed my trip. I felt comfortable knowing my dogs were in good hands while I was gone. As always he was very responsive and checked in with pictures and videos. He even made the cutest New Year’s Eve video of the pups. Antonio really went above and beyond and I would be happy to have him care for my dogs any time.
