“This was Lulu’s second visit with Paloma. We love how Paloma interacts with her, and she is clearly comfortable with Paloma. We will definitely continue to have Paloma take care of our little girl.”

“Alison took extra special care of my two older dogs while I was gone for 10 days. Both of my pups have some health issues. She gave them meds, kept track of symptoms, and was proactive in letting me know about changes and concerns. She is always responsive and detail-oriented, and she shows genuine care for the whole family. From our conversations, I also know that she cares deeply about her community. I really appreciated getting regular photos of my dogs' goofy faces, and having that reassurance that they were happy and getting along just fine. Oh, and A++ for also looking after my ducks and plants!”

“Jewel did a wonderful job stepping in with little preparation when my friend couldn’t stay with my pups while I was away. After a video meet and greet, Jewel came and figured out my pups complicated routines. She messaged when she had questions or concerns. Her co-sitter, Scout, was good with my dogs and extra careful with my elderly blind guy. My old guy, PV, wasn’t eating and we figured out that he had been missing his heart medication as well as his pain medication! As soon as his medication was straightened out, he was back chowing down. He fell in love with Jewel, leaning on her for pets — which he never does! Pearl, the diva head of the household, fell for Jewel right off and followed her around and slept with her and Scout. Not only did Jewel take great care of the pups, walking them daily and brushing them, she kept up the house so it was neat when I returned, took out the garbage, got the mail, and did poop scooping in the back yard as well as watering the plants! I will certainly have Jewel stay with my dogs again when I travel. If you have pets you love that may have complicated medication schedules, Jewel can manage and I highly recommend her.”

“We just had Maddie house sit for us for the first time. What a relief to have her stay - she’s reaponsible trustworthy and communicative. I could tell from the pics of our kitties that they’re loving having her around! Thank you for being a calming and consistent presence for them while we’re away!”

“A+ for Mikayla who watched our dog for a five day home visit. He was very happy and not stressed when we returned. We have re-booked Mikayla for another home stay. This says it all!”

“Gretchen was wonderful! Our two dogs and cat warmed up to her immediately, especially because she took the dogs on daily walks to their favorite places. We loved that Gretchen sent daily updates to keep us up to date of our pets’ antics. She also took great care of our home and garden. I will definitely contact Gretchen the next time we head out of town. I recommend her highly!”

“Our experience with Jesse was absolutely amazing! We’ve never had someone stay at our home with our fur baby before, so we were a little nervous at the beginning, but the moment I met Jesse, I felt 100% comfortable leaving Thor and our home in her hands. She offered to come over before we left to meet us and Thor, and to go over details of the stay. She sent pictures during our trip (which I loved!) and I could tell Thor was very happy to have her there. We are so thankful to have found Jesse, and will absolutely be using her in the future! I recommend Jesse 100% !”

About: My entire life has consisted of dogs and cats in the house and I love my furry pals. Currently co-parenting two senior dogs. Can teach sit, lay, stay and better walking habits. Also experience with animal home check-ups, feeding meds and little play dates. Pet care fits really naturally into my routine! I'm a stay-at-home artist with a flexible schedule, which means I can easily work in a few pet care clients throughout the week or weekend. Whether it’s drop-ins, walks, or extended stays, I can usually adapt my day to meet your pet’s needs. Let’s chat and see how I can help! I always aim to keep pets as comfortable and stress-free as possible by sticking closely to their usual routine—feeding times, walks, play, medications, and all the little things that help them feel secure while their humans are away. When I’m in your home, I’m respectful of your space and thoughtful about your pet’s environment. I take the time to understand their personality, preferences, and any special instructions you provide. Whether it's giving extra love to a senior pet, administering meds, or just keeping a shy cat company, I care for every animal like they’re my own. I also keep pet parents updated with messages and photos so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your furry friend is in good hands.

“Taylor was a great dog sitter and guest in our home! She was on time, communicated well and made sure to send plenty of pictures and updates. She dealt with our senior dog and rescue with so much care, when we came home they were so happy. She also left our home in spotless condition”

About: I have over 9 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. For the past 5 years, I’ve raised and cared for my own dog; providing daily walks, consistent training, and lots of love. Before that, I spent 4 years dog sitting for friends, neighbors, and family, gaining experience with a variety of breeds, temperaments, and needs. I’m confident handling everything from energetic puppies to older dogs with special routines. Safety, consistency, and affection are always my top priorities when caring for pets. I don’t start my new job until early November so I currently am very flexible with my time at the moment and can accommodate accordingly. Whether I’m caring for pets in my own home or yours, I prioritize comfort and routine. I follow each pet’s individual care plan closely including feeding schedules, walk times, medication (if needed), and favorite activities. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and strive to maintain your dog’s normal routine to minimize stress. In my home, pets have a calm, clean environment with plenty of space to relax, play, and receive attention. I keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.

“Chelsea is great! This is the second time we have been lucky enough to book her for house sitting for multiple nights. She is responsible, responsive, and most importantly great with our two dogs. We will continue to reach out to her whenever we need sitting in the future.”

“Jamie is awesome! She is very respectful and wonderful with animals. Highly recommend her! My one dog has seizures and she didn’t hesitate to watch her. She said that she has experience with seizure animals. She is also good with communicating before, during and after the booking. Thanks Jamie, looking forward to our next booking.”

“What a wonderful experience with Marnesha. She took care of Rowdy while I was on a mini-vacation. When I came back, Rowdy told me he felt like he was on vacation under Marnesha's care. He is an elder pup and Marnesha made sure he got all his required medicines and vitamins. You will not be disappointed with the care that her and her beautiful dog, Sebastian, will provide. Thank you Marnesha.”

“Lyz was absolutely fantastic! She watched our two dogs, Molly and Wyatt, for 8 days and went above and beyond in every way. Communication was great—she sent regular photo updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We have a large, energetic 1-year-old shepherd who’s still very much in his puppy phase, and Molly, our 4-year-old, tends to be a bit skittish with new people. Lyz was incredibly patient, and Molly warmed up to her beautifully. She stayed in our home and treated it with the utmost care—we came back to everything exactly as we left it. It truly felt like she cared for both our pets and our home as if they were her own. I would highly recommend Lyz to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful, and caring sitter. We feel lucky to have found her!”

About: Hello! My name is Stephanie Austin. Growing up in rural Delaware, we always had at least one family dog who we took on long off leash walks and played with in our big backyard. Having so much space allowed for the opportunity to connect, bond with, and read our dogs while they were having tons of fun and just being themselves. Fun Facts: I have previous dog sitting experience, and I used to volunteer at my hometown SPCA, where I got to learn and play with over 40 different dogs. When I graduated high school, I adopted Minnie, and she has been by my side ever since. For twelve years, she has been my hiking partner, shot gun rider, and my little spoon. I understand that your dog has their own unique set of personality traits, and I look forward to learning them and playing with them! I currently work out of town Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. So I am home free from Friday through Monday. I am able to stop by your home several times a day to let your animals outside and spend time with them! Overnight house sitting is pending. I will ask for a run down of your pets daily routine and mirror that the best I can. Ensuring lots of pets, treats, and play time!

About: I grew up with pets, cats, dogs, guinea pigs and love all sorts of furry friends. I’ve had experience caring for newborn kittens, administering meds and all general care tasks for both dogs and cats. I have two dogs of my own that I raised from puppies. I follow directions very well, and will do my best to care for your babies as closely as I can to how you would care for them! I currently work full time, 30 hours a week, which is remote. I’m happy to house sit and be as available as possible for your pet babies. I am fully available Wednesdays and weekends. I take time to assess for any potential dangers or considerations I should have in mind while caring for your pets, and I will always ask questions about how to best care for your pets based on their environment, personalities and preferences as well as taking into account your normal routine with them.

“From all accounts .. great reviews as my dogs were very happy upon my return. Home was well maintained, dogs walked and plants healthy. Thank you, Kendrick, for your great help!”

Monique L.
“My dog is a two year old mini poodle who has had a pretty rough beginning. I adopted him at our local animal control center in February. Monique (Mo) has such a wonderful patient way of working with Lucky, Mo's voice can be either playful or in teaching mode. She praise my dog constantly. Mo taught him to "sit" in a very short time, using some treats. I have followed up with Lucky on walks, but, in effect, without treats. He holds treats in his mouth so treats are given when we get home. I bought a set of boots for Lucky for protection on our terribly hot pavements and desert rocks and stickers. He took about 3 seconds to get them off when I fastened them. But with Mo, he was willing to keep them on in the house, Walking in that high legged, convulsive, floppy fashion, Mo took him for a walk in the neighborhood. They came back in half an hour with Lucky walking normally and seeming proud of it. Its a work in progress, I can get the boots on him and have him walk around the house, but I haven't tried a long walk yet. Mo has my complete confidence and trust in her abilities with dogs. Mary L.
“MARY was great. She was responsive. She was responsible. She was kind and thoughtful. She left my dog and my house in great shape. I would not hesitate to ask her back.”

Stephanie A.
“I recommend Stephanie because she loves pets, especially dogs. Dogs love Stephanie. She understands their needs beyond the average pet owner. She has good control with dogs. When she was old enough to drive, Stephanie would take the time to visit the dogs at the local SPCA, just to be there for the lonely dogs, who had no one else in the world. Stephanie knows what dogs try to pull on their owners, and how to discipline them effectively. She has had rabbits, ducks, hamsters, turtles, goats and dogs as personal pets. I know she is a dog lover, and she respects them. I have trusted her with my dogs for many years.”

Northwest pet parents share their Rover experiences
Sarah was fantastic! She is warm, friendly, and asked great questions in our meet-and-greet, and the dogs loved her. One of my dogs requires several meds and she handled that well. I appreciated the photo and video updates, showing my dogs were happy. My house looked emaculate when I returned home. I could really enjoy my vacation knowing my babies were being well cared for in their own home. Rover and Sarah are the best!

Bryce had great communication, and he was able to sit for us on short notice. He took great care of our fat cat, Kevin, and he left our home in great condition. Kevin expressed that while he was generally extremely displeased at our absence, would tolerate another visit from Bryce, and he would even consider sitting by Bryce at a comfortable distance.

Lyz was absolutely fantastic! We feel lucky to have found her!

Adrienne was great with the puppies and super respectful in our home. The puppies took to her easily and appeared to be very comfortable with her. She sent pictures of them while we were away and gave updates about how they were behaving each day! I would absolutely recommend her and book her again in the future.

We are so very grateful for Theresa! Our pups and our home were taken such good care of. Our trust in her services allowed us to have a proper vacation knowing she had everything under control. They loved being with her and we came home to smiles and a house full of hugs. We look forward to taking more trips while Theresa handles things at home with her superior attention to detail and TLC.

Kat took amazing care of our pup while we were away! She went above and beyond to keep her happy and relaxed—giving her massages, making sure she got plenty of exercise, and even playing calming music to help her feel at ease. It was clear our dog was in loving, attentive hands the whole time. We came home to a relaxed and happy pup. Highly recommend Kat for anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable sitter!

Taylor was the best pet and house sitter!!!! She was always responsive and took excellent care of my dog. She even helped her through the 4th of July fireworks which are a terrifying event for my dog!! She took excellent care of my outdoor plants and left the house spotless. I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again.
