He made a really cute short video and sent me photos throughout my pups stay. They went on long walks, went down to the river and stayed cool in this heat! Timothy is a pro, which was evident during our meet and greet, with the way he slowly introduced our dogs to his (and his cat!). Everyone got a long famously. Susan was always responsive with her communication and ensured that we received photos, messages, and video clips each day we were on our trip. It was such a joy seeing our little guy running, playing, and hearing all about how he went on walks and got to snuggle with Susan in bed at night. It gave us so much peace of mind to know that Rio was in a safe, caring home with someone who truly loves caring for dogs.”
