She agreed to take care of my senior cat with little advance notice & did not complain about the difficulties of caring for an old kitty (messy potty). Thanks so much to Robin— I really appreciate your help! Would recommend!”

“Rick provided exceptional care for our two energetic German Shepherds during several consecutive overnight stays. His calm and confident demeanor was a perfect match for our pups, creating a sense of comfort and trust from the very beginning. It’s clear that Rick has a natural connection with animals—our dogs were so happy and relaxed in his care that we’ve affectionately started calling his visits “Camp Rick.” Having someone as responsible, compassionate, and attentive as Rick watching over our beloved pets gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We’re incredibly grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking top-tier pet care.”

About: I have had dogs and cats as part of my family all my life. I have taken care of puppies and kittens to seniors and every step in between of my own and friends and family. My job is based on volume and is generally 6 to 8 hour day. I work 5 minutes from my house and at anytime if needed I would be able to run home for a potty or medication break My dogs are my world. I provide the up most safety standards for all of the furry paws that come into my life. I believe in treating everyone pets in a manner that I would expect mine to be. I have gone above and beyond to provide a secure fenced in yard. I also have a gate between the living area of my house and the front door to keep dogs from running out.

“Taylor was seriously a life saver for me and my boyfriend when we desperately needed a dog sitter to watch our dog in our hotel room at Mirror Lake. We reached out to Taylor who responded immediately with flexibility in her schedule to hang out with my puppy Moose for a few hours. Moose absolutely loved her and enjoyed the time he spent with her. He’s an anxious dog but with Taylor he was completely relaxed and comfortable in her presence. I will definitely be calling Taylor again on my next vacation in upper new york and confidently recommending her to friends. She was a pleasure to work with. Thank you so so much again Taylor!!”

“Anne was an incredible cat sitter!! She kept me updated my entire trip and I felt fully comfortable leaving my Nina in her care. My cat has health issues that Anne was able to accommodate and she put my worries at ease with detailed communication and photos - it looked like my cat was showered with attention and well taken care of. I’m very grateful to Anne and would highly recommend her!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats in my house since I was born and I’ve always been a part of walking, feeding, bathing, playing with, and giving meds to them. I have taken care of my dog who is elderly, has worn diapers and has experienced surgery and anesthetics. I really enjoy being around animals of all kinds! I only work about 1-3 hourly per day! I’m always around to hang out and play with pets. I always will have someone around the pets so they’ll never be alone. I know a lot of the behavioral signs of discomfort in animals, I always want the pets I’m working with to enjoy their time. I will always make sure a pet is in a safe and fitting environment for their needs. I have worked with pets who are sick, directly after surgery, and who need medication administered

About: I grew up with 2 dogs, a bunny and 6 chickens. I have many years of pet sitting experience under my belt, including caring for older dogs who need medicine, and walking dogs of all sizes. I have also cat and chicken sat in the past. I am a student at Smith College throughout the year, and am available in the evenings and between classes/during the day (my longest continuous class block is 3 hours). I row, so I am unavailable from 4 until 7 on weeknights. When caring for your pets in your home, I am always considerate about keeping the space clean, and following your rules and routines that you have established for your pets. The safety of your pet is the number one most important thing.

“This is the second time that I used Amad to care for my cats, he has been great, will stay and play with them, easy to reach and will quickly respond . Overall we highly recommended .”

“Laine was wonderful with my dogs and cats. She was kind, responsible and sent tons of pics. She messaged If she had questions. My dogs are old and need special attention and she did great. Definitely using her again!”

About: I've had many different pets including dogs and cats! Experienced with different ages and needs including medications, behavioral, and sizes. Available for boarding, drop in, and walks I currently work mostly from home so I'm flexible for boarding and daytime visits. Love taking long walks and spending time at home with animals. Happy to take dogs on long walks and nature adventures with permission. I have cats and rabbits at home as well. I also have separate space for boarding or day care. Looking for consistent clients to build lasting relationships between me and your pet(s), as well as any last minute needs from new clients.

About: I have had a dog for 12 years, helping to train him from when he was a puppy. I have had many babysitting jobs, many of which have also included pet care. I have been a pet sitter for several of my friends, for dogs and cats (including a cat with a disability). Evenings and weekends are best for me. Occasionally I will be able to work during the day on a weekday. For long term pet sitting, I can reasonably have a pet in my home and take care of it while working. I can follow any specifications you have. I have worked with many dogs who are territorial or who like to run off so I am well aware of how to deal with this.

About: Growing up in a household with Giant Schnauzers and Great Danes, I am extremely comfortable with large dogs and delight in discovering their unique and genuine personalities. In the past 12 years I’ve done lots of house sitting and dog walking for dogs of all sizes, and understand that every dog is different and deserves love, attention, and respect. *Also, as a non-binary person who uses they/them pronouns, I only want to work with folks who are LGBTQ+ friendly 😊* I think the most important thing is to listen to what you, the client, have to say about your pet and what their routine and needs looks like. Every dog is different- if they need long brisk walks, slow strolls, fetch in the backyard, or just lots of petting, I’ll make it happen. I will treat every dog with kindness and respect. I am getting back into dog sitting after a break because I miss the doggies too much! I am only available Fri-Sun and Wednesdays throughout the summer but my schedule will open up in the fall as I will have more remote work. I care for pets in client's home according to instructions given to me by the pup's parents! I am incredibly accommodating and it is important to me that I respect the desires/wishes of the pet parents and give the pets a wonderful experience.

“Karl has watched my dog, Willow, for over a year, and I can say with certainty that there is no one more perfect than him to be a dog sitter. He has a large, fenced-in backyard where the dogs can run around and play all day. When we're away, he sends us videos of her having the time of her life (she’s always a bit disappointed to come back home!). Taking care of these dogs is his passion, and it truly shows in how happy Willow is with him! I could not recommend him enough.”
