About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I was 14. My Pomeranian lived to be around 20, and I currently care for a senior Pomeranian and a 6-year-old cat. About: I grew up with two dogs, Lucy and Tula, and I love them so very much! I had to help walk, feed, and play with them all of the time. They have very different personalities, so I am used to the high energy, crazy pups, as well as the more timid ones that may need to warm up to me for a little bit! Our family now has adopted a new little mixed puppy named Jack who is absolutely filled with energy and excitement all of the time. I am currently a college student, so I have classes mostly in the mornings, but my schedule is fairly flexible and I can walk your pups when I'm not in class! Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
