Hi, I’m Max (he/they)! Thank you for visiting my profile and considering my care of your furry friends. If given the opportunity, I’m looking forward to meeting both you and them! I’ve been working through Rover since June 2018, and built my career around my love of animals. I have owned and taken care of a variety of pets my entire life, ranging from dogs to birds to lizards. I currently have a rabbit named Vale and a cat named Neoma. They’re my whole world and the best part of my day. I grew up in a household full of pets, ranging from dogs to cats, to birds, turtles, guinea pigs, frogs, fish, iguanas, geckos, bearded dragons, etc. It was honestly a zoo 24/7 for a long time. I’m available usually Monday through Friday, but can do weekends as well - don’t hesitate to ask! I provide walks, drop-in visits, and overnights. I’ve loved working with animals since I was a kid, and even used to dream of being a veterinarian, so hopefully your pets will like me just as much as I’ll like them! Also, many of the reviews on my profile are by a different name; unfortunately, it’s my dead name that I no longer go by and cannot remove without losing reviews. I’m still the same me though, just with a different name :)

Safety, trust & environment
This varies per pet and per need, but I follow whatever rules I'm given by my client's regarding their pet. I play close attention to their needs from the basics such as food and water, but also smaller details such as a favorite toy, walk route preferences, etc. I care for your pets like I would my own, making sure they have the best enrichment possible. After all, they're our best friends for a short time, but we're their best friends for their whole lives. It's important to make sure they have the best lives possible. :)

Max is awesome! She is sweet with my doggy, she leaves messages every time she walks him to update me and takes lots of pictures. She has also befriended my shy cats! Thankful to have her take care of my babies;)

Schedule
This is my full time job so I have a flexible schedule! I mainly do visits and walks Monday through Friday but can do some weekends as well, especially for overnight requests; don't hesitate to ask!
