About: I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life! I’m a pre-veterinary medicine major at the University of Delaware so I’ve been studying animal behavior, nutrition, and welfare for a year now. I work as an ER veterinary assistant back home and a large animal hospital when I’m at school so I’ve gathered over 800 hours dogsitting, volunteering, shadowing vet clinics, and working. I’m passionate about taking care of your pet. :) I’m living at college which gives me a very decent amount of availability! As long as you book with me 1-2 weeks in advance, I’m available almost everyday. When caring for your pets in your home, I will follow any specials instructions or routines you give regarding feeding, exercise, and medications. I always make sure all pets feel loved, comfortable, and safe with me. I can also check the home for any issues, water the plants if needed, bring in mail/packages, and of course I will send pictures and updates!!

About: I’ve always had a furry friend by my side, since as long as I could remember. I provide reliable, patient, and personalized care to each pet I care for. I love both dogs and cats, no matter breed, size, or personality, I always make sure they’re safe and comfortable. As a responsible pet sitter/walker, I keep owners updated and follow routine in order to keep your pet happy and loved while you’re away:) Pet care fits easily into my routine because I have a flexible weekday schedule. I’m currently a student at Wilmington University, while balancing mutiple side incomes as a 23 year old in today’s world. I’m available throughout the week for walks or drop-in visits, and I can adjust my schedule to meet each pet's needs. I care for every pet like they're my own. I follow their usual routine, make sure they have food, water, exercise, and lots of attention, and I always follow the owner's instructions. My priority is keeping your pets safe, happy, and comfortable.

About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs, including my previous dog, an 80-pound Golden Retriever. She could be reactive toward other dogs while on leash, so I became very comfortable handling strong dogs, staying calm in challenging situations, and maintaining control even when she was pulling. In addition to caring for my previous dog, I have regularly looked after neighbors’ and friends’ dogs by walking, feeding, and ensuring they were well cared for while their owners were away. In my personal life I love going on long runs up to 6 miles so if you have a higher energy dog that would like to join me I would love to take them with me! I am currently a university student, and I have off of school until the spring semester begins in February. I am free most weekends, and weekdays Monday-Friday. I am comfortable your dog or dogs in any environment. I have taken care of dogs that used special harness’ or prong collars so I know how to work those if needed. I love to run and hike so I can also bring your dog along if they are extra energetic!

About: I’ve always had a love for animals and have years of experience caring for dogs and cats belonging to friends, family, colleagues, and other clients! I grew up with two family Miniature Schnauzers and have also helped foster kittens, which gave me valuable experience caring for animals with different personalities and needs. Over the past three years, I’ve regularly provided cat-sitting services for families and colleagues in Washington, D.C., caring for their cats anywhere from a few hours to several weeks at a time. My experience includes feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes, interactive playtime, providing companionship, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment. I understand that every cat has its own personality, whether they’re playful, affectionate, shy, or independent, and I always respect their individual needs and routines. I’m attentive, dependable, and happy to provide regular photos and updates while you’re away. My goal is to make sure your furry family members feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their own home! I currently have a flexible schedule throughout October and am available for weekday and weekend pet care, including dog walking, drop-in visits, and cat sitting! Beginning in November, I’ll be working full-time, but I’ll remain available on weekends and weekday evenings after 5:30 PM. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and love incorporating pet care into my routine! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities! I currently offer pet care in clients’ homes, where I carefully follow all instructions, feeding schedules, walking routines, and household guidelines. I respect each family’s home and make sure pets receive attentive, loving care in their familiar environment. I’m also happy to provide regular photos and updates so you can feel reassured while you’re away!

About: I've always grown up surrounded by dogs, whether that was in my own household or around family. On my way to become a veterinarian, I continuously care for my own dogs, my neighbors dogs and spend my time volunteering at an animal shelter nearby, Father Johns, and ensure the health and safety of all ages of dogs. I am super excited to continue dog walking and care for your pets needs! I am currently a full time student at UD so classes may interfere but I am open to discussing times to care for your pet! Throughout my life, I've had years of experience with large dogs, senior dogs, puppies, etc. I have also had experience with many different behaviors of dogs and understand it can be hard to meet a fresh face. I will carefully comfort your pet, and introduce myself in a calm manner to ensure the safety of your pet and myself, so your pet can have a fun, relaxing time!

Absolutely — here’s a warm, enthusiastic review that highlights Julia’s reliability and the peace of mind she gives you while you’re at work: Julia is absolutely wonderful! She takes such great care of my dog, Arlo, while I’m away at work, and I couldn’t be happier with her. She is dependable, caring, communicative, and truly treats Arlo like he’s her own. Knowing that Julia is coming by during the day to let Arlo out gives me such peace of mind. She goes above and beyond to make sure he gets some attention, care, and a much-needed break during the day. I highly recommend Julia to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog walker. She has been amazing with Arlo, and I feel completely comfortable knowing he is in such good hands while I’m at work. We are so grateful to have found her!
