“This was our first time using Rover. We had someone set to take care of our cats for a week but a day before leaving on our trip they were admitted into the hospital and we weren’t sure for how long. I reached out to Leslie because I needed an emergency backup and thankfully she was available. We met up and went over everything the cats needed but it wasn’t until we landed in Seattle did we find out for sure that our first planned person was staying in the hospital even longer. Being thousands of miles away and having plans change like that was pretty stressful but Leslie was very understanding and professional! She stepped in and visited them twice a day, giving medicine to our kitten daily, feeding them, and hanging out and playing with them. Stormy, our kitten, loved having someone to play with while we were away and our older, usually standoffish cat Chloe even came out to see her and rubbed on her leg! She really made this potentially stressful trip into a perfectly care-free one because I knew the cats were well taken care of in her hands. Getting the pictures each day of the cats playing was really great, too! We will definitely be using Leslie in the future!”

About: I have owned dogs my entire life. I worked part time as a vet tech at an animal rescue/hospital in my hometown and I am a foster for Old Dog Haven. I was lucky enough to visit Villalobos, the famous pit bull rescue in New Orleans. I love all animals and would be honored for the opportunity to take care of your pets while you’re away. I work from home 2 days a week and my office is 5 minutes from home. My schedule is flexible so I am able to take time out for potty breaks, feedings, etc. Weekend boarding is available with some exceptions for weekday boarding and/or doggy daycare. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of room for running and playing fetch. I have an extra large kennel for those pups who are used to being kenneled at night. I am experienced in administering medications, including injections. I have 2 border collie puppies who are tons of fun and a very sweet 4 year old cat living in my home now. I would love to keep your dog safe, warm and well cared for while you’re away!

About: I will treat your fur babies as if they were my own 🥰 our fur babies are our best friends & we cherish them dearly I work a rotational shift so I’m off for 2 weeks every month. Doing pet care daily or a few times a week would keep me active! I care for my cat daily. I make sure he gets his daily dose of love - sometimes he gets annoyed with how much I love on him, but regardless he is treated well, fed well, gets fresh water & special treats on a regular basis! I would treat your fur baby as if they were mine . I would treat them w respect , show them lots of love & kindness.

About: I've had many pets and always get along with my furry friends. I know the needs and take excellent care of them. My home is a safe and peaceful environment. Have dog toys and blankets for a dog friendly bed Daily and weekly, flexible to meet your schedule day, night and again over weekends and holidays. I'm available even if it's last minute or urgent to take care of your pet. Nice clean home, back yard and a small park to walk the dogs and get fresh air. My home has heating and air conditioning as well.
