About: My family has always had animals, and I've always loved taking care of them. Dogs, cats, birds, the whole nine yards. I've been around pure-breds, mutts, strays, elderly animals, young animals, a whole range, and I've always been very close with all of them. The most direct experience I've ever had was helping raise and train my mother's dog Ivan, a big American Bulldog with German Shepherd and Siberian Husky heritage, from near-birth to nine years old. Beyond that, I've helped care for my grandmother's many dogs, including Jasper, who is pictured in my profile picture. I'm currently on summer break between my Junior and Senior year of college, so I have plenty of time to care for animals at most points during the week. I generally like to keep Sundays and Mondays open, but I'm otherwise totally free to work. I'm a fairly relaxed pet owner myself, but I know when animals need to be taken seriously. As someone who helped raise a moderately antisocial 100 lbs. dog once, I know it's not all sunshine and rainbows. That being said, I'm more than loving and compassionate, and will do everything in my power to make sure your animals feel loved and cared for when I'm with them.

She treated him with genuine compassion and care, and it was clear she took the time to understand his personality and needs. The biggest testament to how wonderful she is is Stirling's reaction to her. He gets excited every time she comes over, and after her visits, he'll sit by the windowsill waiting for her to come back. That's all the confirmation we need that he loves her just as much as we do. We can't recommend Halle highly enough. She is trustworthy, caring, reliable, and truly exceptional with dogs. We will absolutely be booking with her again!”

“Julie was awesome! She saved us from having to cancel our vacation. 2 days before our trip, our 60lb Boxer showed symptoms of kennel cough which meant we could not board him ?. With no back up plan, we were frantic to book someone to stay in our home overnight with our dog. After reaching out to a dozen or so people, Julie was prompt to respond and let us know about other obligations she committed to during those dates. We worked out a flexible schedule and did a meet and greet the same day. We booked her the same day! She was comfortable with our dog’s illness, medication and behavioral needs. She communicated daily about our dogs symptoms and assured us of any problems. Her Vet Tech background helped us relax on vacation. About: Hi! My name is Dayne, and I’m a 22 year old college football player with a lifelong love for animals. I’ve grown up around pets my entire life, and spending time with them has always been something I genuinely enjoy. Right now I have a German Shepherd and a Beagle, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I actually trained my German Shepherd myself from the time he was a puppy, and seeing him grow into such a well behaved, obedient dog has been incredibly rewarding. That experience taught me a lot about patience, consistency, and understanding how every dog learns a little differently. Being a college athlete has also taught me the importance of being dependable, responsible, and sticking to a routine. Those are qualities I bring with me whenever I’m taking care of someone else’s pet. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, or just keeping your dog company while you’re away, I’ll make sure they’re getting the attention and care they deserve. I also have experience with more than just dogs. I grew up with an Umbrella Cockatoo that’s still part of my family’s life today, so I’m familiar with caring for birds. I also own a Bearded Dragon, which has given me experience caring for reptiles as well. I know leaving your pet with someone else can be stressful because they’re family. I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own, make sure they feel safe and comfortable, and always follow your care instructions. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away, knowing your pet is in good hands. I’m a college football player, so all of my athletic commitments are done in the mornings. I also take all of my classes online, which gives me the rest of the day to fully focus on the dogs in my care. My schedule is very structured, and I’m home the majority of the day outside of morning workouts. My own dogs are properly exercised every single day. We go to the dog park, on long walks, and even hikes when the weather is nice. I make sure they are well run and mentally stimulated so they’re balanced and happy. They are fed twice a day with high quality dog food, and I stay consistent with their health needs. My German Shepherd gets joint supplements, and both my Shepherd and Beagle get salmon oil daily. I take their care seriously, and I would treat your dog the exact same way. Being an athlete, I’m already used to routine, discipline, and responsibility. That carries over into how I care for animals. Your dog won’t just be “watched” they’ll be exercised, cared for, and paid attention to. I live in a 1600 square foot home with plenty of space for dogs to move around comfortably. I have a large dog crate available if your dog is crate trained or needs their own quiet space. I also have two friendly, well socialized dogs who love to play and will keep your dog company. Safety is always my top priority. I’m experienced with large breeds and strong dogs, and I understand proper leash control, structure, and supervision. I keep a clean, organized home and always make sure dogs are monitored, comfortable, and secure. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone, and I don’t take that lightly.
