“Konnie was absolutely amazing!!!! Our dogs were super happy with her and she checked in with us everyday. We knew they were in good hands when she came over for the initial meet and greet, and we were right. They were in great hands! She also left our house clean and organized. We are new to the area and don’t know very many people here, so having a stranger come to our house and watch our dogs was a little unnerving at first. After meeting Konnie, we both felt much better and we will for sure use her services again! She is absolutely fantastic! All 4 of us in the family highly recommend her! This was a longer time away (9 days). While we were gone, she did a great job providing peace of mind and the right amount of updates and videos of our babies. I am in college and have a part time job, during weekends and summer i'm pretty open but during the week days of the school year, timing may have to be flexable I only care for animals outside of my house due to all the pets i have in my home ! i can give food and water, oral medications, take on walks, and prepare mental stimulating games for high energy dogs

Also, our flights were delayed twice and Randy spent extra time making sure Mabel wouldn’t be left alone having to potty for a long time. His care was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I also want to commend Randy for how he took care of the house. I have had sitters (not from Rover) who left the house in a shambles: unmade bed, stuff on the kitchen counters, etc, so that when you got home you had to tidy up before you could unpack. Randy had the house like when we left, or better. He was polite, kind, attentive to Mabel and just all around terrific. He is now my ‘go to’ guy! Thanks tons Randy!”
