“Konnie was amazing as always! Our flight got cancelled and we had to extend an extra day and she made sure that our pets were the LAST thing we needed to worry about. I’m just sad she’s so popular because we are FINALLY able to start traveling again now that we’ve found her and she books up quick! Thank you Konnie!”
“Sarah is amazing! She stayed with my fur babies for 3 days. I never once worried. She sent alot of pics and updates. She is our new person to call when we need help!”

“Are dogs are not bad dogs but there are 3 of them and they are all rescues and they have their own quirks. They love Lori and we cannot ask for anything more. She takes care of them and keeps us updated and they are happy when we get back. Lori is great!”

“Tabbi was great with my little Nahla! Everything was left just as it was when I left you could hardly tell she was there 😀 Will definitely book with her again.”

“Zoey was wonderful, both my cats warmed right up to her even my shy boy! She was super communicative and did a great job with my cats I will definitely rebook with her and would absolutely recommend her as a sitter!”

“Sauddi was absolutely amazing! It took no time at all for my 2 dogs to warm up to her. She is loving, kind and knows how to provide an exciting time for the dogs. She provided pictures and updates daily. She took excellent care of the house. We will certainly use her again. Highly recommend Sauddi.”

About: I've been around cats and dogs my whole life and always enjoyed learning their unique personalities and social hierarchies. I am still (forever) mourning the loss of my childhood dogs and funnel my love for them towards any dog I encounter. I was a 4Paws sitter in college, so I have experience with socializing puppies and some basic training, while adapting to the dog's different ages. I have a cat of my own that I love like my own human child, and I spread that care and joy to any kitty I encounter! I am currently very flexible as I am new to the area and between jobs. I have the time to show your pet the care and love that it needs while you are gone! I have my own car so I can easily travel to care for multiple pets if necessary. My yard is not entirely fenced in, but there is grass in the back and front. I have one cat in my home, so I require cat-friendly dogs that can ideally be crated for short periods if needed. As far as other cats, I know it can be situational, but I do have the space to keep the cats separated to begin with/ the whole visit if necessary. All of our indoor plants are pet-friendly as well!
“Shayna had great communication. She sent pictures of my baby as requested. She was very kind and respectful of the house. I could tell that my pup was comfortable in her care. Would definitely book again.”

“Amina was amazing with our two girls! We were out of town for 4 days and she stayed at our house to take care of our babies. Usually our youngest is really nervous around new people, but she took to Amina right away. I received daily pics and updates, which made me feel better. We will definitely use her again!”

About: Hello! I’ve recently joined Rover and am excited to try something new! I have years of experience in the hospitality industry within restaurants and retirement homes, and have developed excellent customer service ethic. As far as my experiences with animals, I’ve grown up with and helped care for a Boxer mix, Puggle, Doberman, 3 Chihuahuas, a Bichon Frise, and many cats over the years, as well as other pets. I love and get along well with all doggies and genuinely enjoy gaining the trust and affection of cats. Animals are one of the greatest joys in life, and I have no problem making sure that they are properly cared for, because I’d want someone to provide the same care for my pets when I am not able. I have dog-sat overnight many times for a family that I also babysat for, which included making sure Marley (the dog) was let outside about 3 times during the night and provide him with fresh water and food in the mornings. I am a reliable and trustworthy person, and in need of extra income to make ends meet. I’ve realized that I would love to work with animals to ease the stress of everyday life, and would enjoy easing the stress for pet parents by making sure their babies are safe and sound. What better way to spend free time than taking care of cute animals!?

“Abby was amazing .Punctual.communicative and simply just a delight. She loves dogs😊Our Exodus is now a fan.. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking a superior experience.”

“This was our first time using Rover, and honestly, we were a little hesitant about trusting the process. We've used boarding facilities in the past, and unfortunately those experiences didn't go well due to a lack of supervision and care. Halle completely set our mind to ease from day one. She was phenomenal from the start—attentive, communicative, and incredibly flexible when we accidentally mixed up some dates. She always kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our boy, Stirling, is a high-energy husky who requires patience, understanding, and someone willing to keep up with him. Halle handled him like a champ. She treated him with genuine compassion and care, and it was clear she took the time to understand his personality and needs. The biggest testament to how wonderful she is is Stirling's reaction to her. He gets excited every time she comes over, and after her visits, he'll sit by the windowsill waiting for her to come back. That's all the confirmation we need that he loves her just as much as we do. We can't recommend Halle highly enough. She is trustworthy, caring, reliable, and truly exceptional with dogs. We will absolutely be booking with her again!”

“Jocelyn is very sweet and 100% reliable! We felt comfortable leaving our beagle for her to keep company. She is honest and willing to help out however she can to make the dog comfortable and the human family! We will use her again NO doubt.”

“Tara did an excellent job housesitting and petsitting our German shorthair dog, Sage. She was very responsive and we loved the pictures and numerous updates throughout the day, it made us feel so at ease and assured that our dog was in good hands! We have already booked her for another date. Thank you, Tara!”

About: Hello! I am a medical assistant who pet sits on the side. I grew up with dogs and feel comfortable sitting dogs of any size. I can provide your pet with the care it needs including but not limited to daily exercise, medication needs, potty breaks every 4-8 hours, enrichment activities, and plenty of pets. I do work a standard 8-4:30, but could tweak my routine to best fit your pet. I love to exercise, so if your dog is up for a couple laps around the block, I would be happy to have a buddy join me. I’m also studying for the MCAT’s, so evenings our usually spent studying indoors, and I’d love to squeeze some play breaks in or have a cuddle buddy with me as I study. As a sitter, I will always follow the owners guidelines and never take any liberties with your pets. I will leave your home just as I first saw it. If there are any other tasks, like bringing in mail, I am also happy to help with that.
About: My name is Holly. I am an animal lover! I grew up on a farm, so I am familiar with care of many types of animals. I have never not had a dog in my life. I have a flexible schedue, own my own home, work remotely full-time , and am very dependable. When house sitting, i do prefer stays less than 4 days, but willing to consider longer stays. I'm looking forward to meeting and caring for your furry loved ones! Why I love dog sitting I have had at least 1 dog my whole life. I've had breeds ranging from Chihuahuas, to Boxers, to Bull Terriers. Dogs are a blessing and I love having them in my life. I will administer pills and liquid drops, but not shots. I work remotely, so I am fully available to your pet. No children or anyone else in the house, so if your dog or cat needs a relaxing stay, I can provide that.
The median cost per night for house sitting in Kenmore is $50
Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Kenmore
We were nervous about having a pet sitter; but, after meeting Randy, we decided to try it. We are not sorry that we did. He kept in contact with pictures and updates during the week. I could tell the pets were doing fine with him. The house was in great shape and even the yard. We would not hesitate to have him sit again.
