About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life and am very comfortable caring for pets of all ages and personalities. From energetic puppies who need structure and play to senior pets who need patience, gentleness, and a slower pace, I understand how to adjust my care to each animal’s needs. I also have experience caring for cats and respects their routines, boundaries, and unique personalities. I am attentive to details like feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable in their environment. I do work full time as a warehouse supervisor. My shift is Monday - Friday working 10:30am-7:00pm at the latest. But I will be sure to keep your pet's routine and comfort my top priority. I am completely comfortable staying at the home so I can be there around the clock. I treat every pet like a part of my family like they are my own. I will be sure to follow your instructions carefully, you'll receive regular updates and pictures to see how your fur baby is doing.
About: I have owned and cared for both dogs and cats throughout my life for extended periods of time. I provide them plenty of loving attention and do all the related chores necessary when caring for them. I am a stay-at-home parent of three cats. However, I am able to leave whenever needed to provide care to other animals, as the other owner of our cats will often be home to continue their care. This was our first time using Rover, and honestly, we were a little hesitant about trusting the process. We've used boarding facilities in the past, and unfortunately those experiences didn't go well due to a lack of supervision and care. Halle completely set our mind to ease from day one. She was phenomenal from the start—attentive, communicative, and incredibly flexible when we accidentally mixed up some dates. She always kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Our boy, Stirling, is a high-energy husky who requires patience, understanding, and someone willing to keep up with him. Halle handled him like a champ. She treated him with genuine compassion and care, and it was clear she took the time to understand his personality and needs. The biggest testament to how wonderful she is is Stirling's reaction to her. He gets excited every time she comes over, and after her visits, he'll sit by the windowsill waiting for her to come back. That's all the confirmation we need that he loves her just as much as we do. We can't recommend Halle highly enough. She is trustworthy, caring, reliable, and truly exceptional with dogs. We will absolutely be booking with her again!
Sarah is the most thoughtful and considerate dog sitter we have ever had. She is interested in knowing all of your pets’ unique needs, behaviors, and routines. We have referred her to other friends who equally prioritize dog + house sitting services and look to trust someone with experience. Our senior dogs have separation anxiety when we travel for work. Sarah gives us peace of mind knowing that they are given the genuine love, individualized attention, and comfort they are used to with us at home. No matter if it is a smaller trip, or a longer time away, Sarah is prepared, patient, communicative, and generous with our pups. We return home to a clean house every time. We were nervous about having a pet sitter; but, after meeting Randy, we decided to try it. We are not sorry that we did. He kept in contact with pictures and updates during the week. I could tell the pets were doing fine with him. The house was in great shape and even the yard. We would not hesitate to have him sit again.
Bridget was absolutely amazing, kind, and loving with our anxious girl, Maple. We were nervous to leave Maple while we left the state to visit family, but with having Bridget caring for our dog, those fears were quickly squashed. She provided daily updates and pictures on how things were going, took her for walks, and treated Maple as if she were her own pet. She also took great care of our home, and left a care plan at the end of her stay to give us even more insight into what Maple's days looked like while we were gone. I will 100% be rebooking with Bridget in the future and am so grateful for her!
Taevon was so amazing,I contemplated not writing a review to selfishly keep him available when I need but he deserves all the public praise!!! From beginning to end his response time to everything was basically immediate. He did a meet and greet with my two very old pups and came prepared to ask questions based off their profiles and info. One of our pups comes with a TON of issues and his needs and care are 1 of 1 for sure. Tae handled him and all his quirky needs seemlessly. I returned home to an immaculate home, and two peaceful content old dogs. We have two homes and honestly making sure they are always in Cleveland to f I need a sitter bc Tae is UNMATCHED in care!
Jake was the best! I was super nervous to leave my dogs for almost an entire week, especially because one of them has health issues and dog aggression. Jake did a great job reassuring me prior to and throughout my trip that my dogs were in the best of care. He gave regular updates, responded quickly, great communication, brought our mail in, and even left a note welcoming us home. Highly recommend!
This was our first time using Rover. Rebecca, came over to meet our pups and discuss expectations prior too us hiring her. She was very kind and our pups took to her immediately. She stayed in our home for 4 days. She provided updates while we were gone along with pictures. When we arrived home the dogs were very happy and excited. Rebecca took great care of them and our home. It looked exactly as we left it. I will be using Rebecca again for future travel. She did am amazing job.
Mallery was so amazing watching our pets! She watched our dog, Bash, for 11 days in our home and we also had two cats that she loved on and gave lots of attention to as well. She took great care of our home and brought our mail in for us which was so nice! We got updates on the pets while we were gone and when we got home, everyone was happy and healthy and our house was so clean too! Mallery was really amazing and we felt so at ease while we were on vacation knowing she was taking great care of our fur babies. We will definitely have Mallery watch our pets again in the future!!
Scott and Samantha are wonderful and cared for my 7 month old pup like she was their own! I was nervous about having to leave Corvi for a business trip since she is still so young, but they were very communicative and sent a ton of updates and pictures. I came home to a very happy and tired pup! Will DEFINITELY use them again and highly recommend!
Lillian was fantastic! She came over twice before booking, at my request, to get familiar with my 2 dogs. We had an unexpected illness in my dog and she was able to give him his medication while we were on vacation. We came home last night to 2 happy dogs, house in order, and pee pads washed!
