About: I've had dogs (and participated in their care) since I was a kid. We've always had at least two dogs at a time since then! I'm a cat person, but all pets I meet I treat like my very own babies. At home we have 2 dogs, one high strong pit, and one fast moving lab mix. We have three domestic cats as well. Personal experience is well over 15 years, professional experience about 3-4 years collective. I previously worked for Sit 'N Stay Pet Services, so you can be assured I know what goes into a professional pet care job. I am also a Volunteer for Ten Lives Club, I have been with them for 1 year and some change so far. I also have an extensive history of volunteering at other shelters (Erie SPCA, South TX Animal Shelter, Etc). I am currently searching for a full-time job and seeking supplemental income. Rover was the perfect choice for this as an animal lover with past animal care experience. I am currently in-between jobs and awaiting starting my next one, so until then my schedule is open for whenever you need me. Safety is paramount to me. Please make sure your boundaries for your home and pets are clearly communicated. I take care making sure boundaries are respected, home environments are clean from pet messes, and of course; all your pets are safe AND happy. I have the skills to manage many tasks you may need me to complete. Cleaning messes or litter, stimulating through play and activities, ensuring there are no issues that could endanger your pets, so on and so forth. If you are hesitant on assigning a specific task, just ask me! Chances are, I won't mind going that extra step to help you feel secure and confident with me in your home and caring for your cats.

I have done 100+ services on another platform with a 4.98/5 rating. I am looking for some doggy’s to socialize with, provide them with activity & get some energy out! *Please note I am available for sitting but unable to sleep at the house due to childcare* I work remotely and am available during day for pets that need often check-ins. If your dog cannot be left alone for 4+ hours, I am your girl! I will follow instructions left by owner and check in with the owner if questions arise; everyone has their own routine and I want pet & parent as comfortable as possible.
About: I provide reliable, compassionate care for both cats and dogs, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. My responsibilities include feeding, providing fresh water, walking dogs, cleaning litter boxes, administering medications when needed, and giving pets plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection.I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, so I take the time to follow each owner’s instructions closely to help pets stay comfortable and reduce stress. I am dependable, patient, and committed to treating every pet as if they were my own while giving owners peace of mind that their companions are in caring hands. I work full time Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, but I’m available for pet care before work, after 3:30pm on weekdays, and any time throughout the weekends. I can provide evening walks, drop-in visits, overnight care, and weekend boarding. I’ll always communicate with you, follow your pet’s routine, and make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and quality care while you’re away. Cats are kept safely indoors in a calm environment. I have two friendly, well-socialized dogs, and I always introduce pets carefully while supervising all interactions. I can keep pets separated if needed, follow your pet’s routine, and provide regular updates with photos so you know they’re happy and well cared for.
About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my entire life. Many of the animals I have cared for have had special health-care needs which has given me a deep understanding of how important pets are to a family. I have managed special health-care needs such as caring for a diabetic cat (Cupcake), a cat with FIV (Sylvester), a cat with kidney issues (Socks), and a senior German-Shepherd dog with dementia (Charlie). Because of this, I am incredibly comfortable with complex care routines. I have also regularly provided reliable drop-in vacation visits for friends and family. I am currently working full time within the Village of Angola, but I have time in the afternoons as well as my lunch break to do drop ins and visits. The majority of my availability during the week will be in the afternoon. I do have most weekends available as well. When caring for pets in a client’s home, safety and routine are my top priorities. I strictly follow all feeding, medication, and exercise instructions to keep your pet's schedule consistent. I also document when I complete a task as well as photo proof as requested. I make sure doors and gates are fully secured during drop-ins, provide fresh water, and always double check the house before leaving. You can expect regular text updates and photos so you know your pet and your home are in safe hands.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - North Boston
I could not have asked for a better first time experience using Rover! Jenny was amazing and came over before we left for vacation to meet our cats and get a rundown of their routine. She was thorough in her communication and it really made me feel so much better knowing that our cats were in good hands while we were away. I highly recommend Jenny for any of your pet sitting needs!

Matthew watched our wobbly kitty, Allie, for us for a week long vacation. He came over and met us & Allie prior to our trip, which was super generous and gave us peace of mind. He took wonderful care of Allie while we were gone and went above and beyond. We will absolutely use Matthew’s services for our future needs. Thank you for taking such great care of our girl!

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first .

Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
