About: I’ve cared for animals for years and have the most experience with cats, including rescue work, fostering kittens, bottle feeding, administering medication, socializing shy cats, and helping them prepare for adoption. I’m very patient and attentive to animals’ different personalities and needs. I also have experience fostering dogs and currently have a dog of my own, so I’m comfortable with walks, feeding schedules, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and giving pets lots of attention and care. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets because I’m reliable, communicative, and genuinely love animals. I’m a college student-athlete home for the summer, so my main daily commitment is training and being in the gym. Besides that, Rover is my part-time job, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet sitting, drop-ins, and walks. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so I’m able to dedicate a lot of attention and care to the pets I watch. I’m reliable, communicative, and flexible with different routines and schedules. I have a large fenced backyard and a very pet-friendly home. We currently have 3 indoor cats that are all spayed/neutered, along with one friendly senior dog who is also neutered. Our cats are indoor cats, but they have access to a secure catio so they can safely enjoy the outdoors. I also have experience fostering kittens, so we have two large crates available if separation or a slower introduction is ever needed. All of our pets are friendly and used to being around animals, although the cats can take a little longer to warm up to strangers. I always prioritize safety, comfort, and making sure every pet feels secure and cared for.

About: I was a dog owner for 15 years; she passed away about 3 years ago. Her beds are so big and comfy I didn't want to throw them away. I had proclaimed this to be a forever dog home! Since then, I began dog sitting for friends from my church. I knew if a dog came over, I would want it to be comfortable. I enjoy learning each dog's personality and needs because all dogs are different. My friend's dog doesn't like to be pet but loves to sit next to me. I learned that different dogs have different needs and wants. I enjoy spending quality time with dogs through walks, companionship, and learning each dog's unique personality and needs. Some dogs love affection while others prefer quiet company, and I respect and adjust to what makes each dog most comfortable. Dog sitting allows me to provide attentive, loving care while giving dogs a calm and supportive environment. I am working but I make my own schedule. I would take care of your baby just like my own, We would go for a walk at least twice a day. Ill feed once or twice a day, depending on instructions. My mom {Frances} lives right next door, and she is my emergency contact. She loves dogs too. She is a great help if I need to step out for a minute. I do enjoy seeing the dog happy and comfortable, the rest of the day will consist of making that happen. Your pet will get a one on one experience. I will care your pet just like I would do my own. Again, a home away from home. When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is take my fur buddy outside. Next is breakfast and play time if it's preferred. I look for direction from the owner on specific things to know and look for to make my fur buddy comfortable. Safety is #1. Every decision is made with safety first in mind. Second is satisfaction for the pet and the owner.

We live in a very quiet and dog friendly neighborhood in Gardena, with our two dogs, Strudel (a Shih-Tzu) and Lafayette (Shih-Tzu Terrier Mix). We currently work from home, so your pup will be well attended to. And you will receive two to three photo updates per day (or more if you want!) We have plenty of toys to keep your dog stimulated, who will have the full range of our home (no crates or gates) to roam around in a playful and loving environment. We also have a gated backyard. Our dogs are very friendly, with great temperaments, and are always down to play with your dog. We are happy to watch up to two dogs from the same household at a given time. I work remote so am available to care for your pet any time! I have a flexible work schedule so can take your dog out for walks any time. We have a fully fenced in yard so your pup can be outside playing and exploring if the weather permits. We are happy to adhere to your rules about beds/furniture/crating to make sure that your dog doesn’t pick up any bad habits while staying in our home.
