About: I worked at Foothills Veterinary Hospital as a technician for 8 years. The practice is owned by Dr.Randall. While working at FVH I worked in the boarding kennels, reception, and as a technician. There are a few clients I have house-sat for over the past couple years. I graduated from Clemson in 2017 with my BS in animal veterinary science-prevet. I went back to school for my masters and graduated from Clemson in 2018 with my MS in applied health research. After graduation I was promoted as a reproduction technician specialist. I have shown/bred AKC dogs as a hobby for close to 12 years. I currently am a registered nurse and have two loving children and 4 show dogs. I am willing to be flexible with arrangements, just let me know! I currently am working 3 days a week and have 4 days off while my kids are at school. I’m looking to fulfill my time with animals— what I enjoy most. I am able to care for client animals like they’re my own. Whether this be playing fetch, having treats/cookies or even sitting on the couch lounging. I am all about trying to keep the pets happy with their normal routine.

About: I have been loving and caring for animals since a very young age, when I was growing up my family would frequently foster and adopt all sort of different animal friends. I was blessed to own all sorts of special pets growing up including dogs, cats, rodents, and reptiles. My experience with animals opened me up to many different opportunities allowing me to care for local animals in our neighborhood. When I was 13 I started volunteering at local animal shelters and continued to do this through my college career. After college, I wanted to pursue a career where I could continue to follow my passion and love for animals. For the past four and a half years I have worked at one of the largest Animal Emergency and Specialty vet hospitals in the state of Tennessee. I am comfortable working with the needs of animals no matter their age or species. I also have experience working with reactive pets as well as animals with special medical needs. It is extremely important to me that I create a safe and loving environment for every creature big, small, young, and old. I have completely open availability right now, so I am adaptable to work around the schedule that works best for your pet's needs! I am also happy to work around any special medical needs/schedules. I believe that every animal is different and adapting to their individual personalities and needs is the key to creating a happy and safe environment for them. It is important to me to build a relationship of trust and understanding not only with your animal, but also with you as their best friend. I do prefer to do meet and greets before caring for any pet so that we can make sure that I am the best fit not only for them, but also for you as their owner. I will then work to seek to understand your animal and their personality and tailor their care to those specific needs.

“Shannon was professional, kind, detailed oriented and communicated effectively while we were away from our dog Baxter. She took great photos and took the time to play with him as well. “Amanda was fantastic with our lab puppy. She was a great communicator, prompt, and most importantly great with our dog. We’ll be looking to rebook her anytime we’re in town!”

When in my home, I live in a small neighborhood in a home with a large fenced in yard. I have an 11 year old dog named Tallulah who is friendly to all dogs. While at my home, we can take walks in the neighborhood and at the local wooded park. I’ve described a typical doggy day of possible activities below.

My passion for animals drives my commitment to ensuring their well-being, happiness and making sure their parents can rest easy when they are away. Working from home, running an e-commerce store allows me the flexibility and need to care for pets while most people are at work during the day Unable to care for other pets in my home due to the presence of felines. They do not do well with outside dogs and cats

“Caley is very sweet to my dog. She communicates well and is always on time. He’s a husky so he’s an a big dog and sometimes can be a little difficult to walk on a leash. She runs with him and plays with him and gives him treats. She’s even asked me if she could turn on our sprinkler that we use for our backyard on a hot day so he could play in the water. He had a blast. He’s always in such a good mood when she’s been there. He’s told me people that he doesn’t like and people that he does like. He’s always super happy when she’s been there. Ive I actually had her take care of my dogs and my cats for years before she joined the app. I will continue to use Caley.”

When her profile says "Your pets new BFF", she isn't kidding. Thank you so much, Jessi.”

About: From the early days of walking my neighbor's husky, to petsitting the mailman's tabby, my love of caring for animals has only grown. It grew so much that I decided to earn my B.S in Animal Behavior from Canisius University in Buffalo, NY. There's just something about animals that makes me feel whole. Aside from my rigorous studies and internships, I also worked at a vet for 6 years as an assistant and nurse. I am currently a stay-at-home mamma to my two babies. I have two rescue dogs and cat, but I'm still missing the toe beans and fluffy paws of other pets. I strive to make sure each pet not only feels the same devotion their owner gives them, but also that each owner feels at ease when they need to leave their pet. I can administer medications, exercise your animals, care for pocket pets, you name it and I will make it happen! As a stay at home mom, I am home 24/7. I am able to pop by your home as needed if you are within my range throughout the day. Once my husband is done working at 4pm, I am able to do longer visits for your pets. Weekends are open for me so I can provide even more care for your animals if they need it! I am able to care for cats and small, caged critters in my own home. Your kitty will have their own quiet space to vegetate. I have two large crates they can sleep in, and have a safe space. In your home, I am always extremely diligent about double, triple checking locks and that there is nothing left out that your pet can get into. If I have a list, I will go down each task. I do not rush, and I make sure your pet feels the love.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats my whole life, taking care of my own, neighbors, family's, and friends. I started dog sitting for clients last summer. I also have taken many camps and classes on dog training. My own animals have had their fair share of health problems so I am very experienced in administering medications. I am currently training for my fall season of collegiate soccer. I have plenty of time to take care of your pets including weekdays and weekends. Your pet’s safety and comfort come first. Whether they’re staying with me or I’m visiting them, I provide a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment where they can feel secure and relaxed. I follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications they need—always with gentle handling and close attention to their behavior and needs. Trust is everything when it comes to pet care. I keep you updated with messages and photos, so you can feel confident that your furry friend is happy and well looked after.

About: Ever since I can remember I’ve loved and taken care of animals! I am studying to be a Veterinary Technician and I am currently a Veterinary Assistant at an Animal Hospital. I have been working in the animal care field for 5 years now. In the past, I have worked as a kennel assistant for an Animal Hospital and as an animal caretaker at an animal shelter. If your pet needs any kind of medication I can administer it! Even if they’re stubborn with taking pills! I also love teaching tricks to animals so if you have a pet that doesn’t quite have a trick down pat I can work on that with them! I’m also experienced with taking care of multiple pets at once so if you have a large family of pets I can still give them everything they need! Including individual attention so no one feels left out! I have worked with all sorts of animals and I would love to work with your fur baby next! I work full time 3 days a week but I am fully available Monday-Thursday. I can drop in multiple times a day or take your dog for multiple walks! I will be caring for your pet at your house and I will follow any instructions you leave me. I will take them for walks or play with them in the backyard. I will give them all the love and affection they need while you are out of town!
