Over: Hi! I'm Jess and I am a dog mom to 12-year-old Siberian Husky, Luna. She is a sweet, energetic, confident dog who loves all kinds of people and other dogs. She has lived and traveled all over the U.S. (over 20 states!) and now has made her way with us across the ocean to The Netherlands. Even before becoming a Rover sitter, I cared for friends' and neighbors' dogs on many occasions including a beagle, a husky and a golden retriever and grew up with shih tzu and a cockapoo, who I loved to play with and walk around the neighborhood. I work remotely and part-time and have plenty of flexibility to accommodate your pet’s unique routine and needs during the week or on the weekend. <~~>~~<~~>~~<~~>~~<~~> Pet and Pet Sitter Safety: I have stayed with dogs who have easy access to a fenced outdoor space and with those who do not, so I am comfortable with ensuring leashes and/or gates are always secure. I’ve also stayed with dogs who are crated and am comfortable with crate commands. For their safety, I highly recommend crating puppies under 2 years old and any dog with a pattern of chewing or swallowing household items (remotes, pillows, etc.) when you are not home. Crate-trained pets will be crated per the owner’s instructions. Having an 11-year-old husky means I have had my fair share of experience with unexpected veterinary visits and emergencies. I am comfortable communicating symptoms to veterinary professionals with thorough details as needed. I have years of experience monitoring pets’ symptoms when they are sick, providing at home first aid, and acting quickly when additional care is needed. Veterinary Care & Emergency Transport Policy: While veterinary care and especially emergency veterinary care is a rare circumstance of a booking, pets can be unpredictable. When a medical facility advises veterinary care based on a description of symptoms over the phone, pet sitter will advise seeking veterinary care. If pet owner objects to seeking veterinary care when medically necessary, pet owner will be responsible for either taking over care of their pet themselves or securing a different caregiver expeditiously. To ensure the pet sitter is adequately compensated in extenuating circumstances, please be advised that for any unexpected or emergency travel or transport, pet sitter will provide receipts and apply a charge for reimbursement of costs incurred to your booking. An additional charge will also be applied to the cost of your booking at an hourly rate starting at the time of departure to the vet and ending at the time of either arrival to your home or, if your pet is required to stay at the vet, departure from the vet + time it takes to travel to the pet sitter’s home from the vet. This will include any additional trips back and forth to and from the vet to visit or pick up your pet based on the roundtrip to the vet from pet sitter’s or your home. Hourly rates are as follows: 8am-5pm: €10/hr 5pm-10pm: €12/hr 10pm-8am: €16/hr Holidays & Weekends: €18/hr *veterinary emergency room visit wait times can exceed 8 hours on weekends and holidays Cleaning & Vehicle Damage Policy: If pet sitter is required to clean up bodily fluids due to illness (vomit, urine, blood, diarrhea, etc) in order to maintain a safe environment in your home, their own home, or their personal vehicle, a one-time fee of €40 will be applied to your booking. The pet sitter will also require reimbursement by the pet owner for any cleaning supplies that are not readily available in the pet owner’s home. Injury To Pet Sitter Policy: If, under any circumstance, the pet sitter is injured by a pet, the pet sitter will require reimbursement for related medical expenses by the pet owner.

Over: I grew up with dogs at home, so I understand them very well. For the past few years, I have been dogsitting for different people and in different parts of the world. I love going for walks and giving pets the attention they need. Your dog will be in safe and happy hands with me! The is a dog park right next to where I live. I also have a huge fenced area at home where they will be able to run free multiple times a day! :) I speak English and Dutch. I work remotely as a freelancer and manage my own hours. This makes me very flexible, allowing me to spend plenty of quality time with the dogs both inside and outside the house. Since I do not have any pets of my own, your dog will receive my full attention and have the entire space to themselves. I am very careful with safety and will always make sure your dog feels comfortable and secure in my home.

Over: I've had dogs since I was 6, always walking them, playing and giving them belly rubs. Since a few years now, I've been loving cats as well. I took care of my neighbours cats every time he went on vacation as well as my friend's cat. I recently adopted one myself! I'm currently working 3-4 days a week so I have the whole weekend plus Monday free to care for your paw friend. I love walking in nature, cuddling and playing with them and can do that at any time during the weekend while on Monday only until 17. Over: I have always been loving and patient towards cats and dogs. I have my own cat - Pera who is sadly in Türkiye so I thought in the mean time I’ll spend some time with new friends. I’ll provide them with a fun time and some snacks (for food I’d like you to provide it so that there are no complications!) I am available for every service in Leiden + @ Den Haag Moerwijk I can take your dogs on a walk or take care of your little friends @ your place. I am currenty doing a remote internship and I’m looking for a job do basically… I am unemployed and home all day :’) That is why I can spend the whole day with your furry friends! I already live in a safe environment (near Leiden Lammenschans) here we have lots of greenery where me and your pet pal take a safe walk outside, get some fresh air. My house is basically empty because I’m gonna move soon, so there is nothing to worry about haha. It is pretty safe and clean.

I enjoy staying active, so regular walks are already part of my routine. I am flexible during the week and weekends, which allows me to provide consistent and reliable care. I always prioritize safety, trust, and a calm environment when caring for pets. In my home, I make sure the space is clean, safe, and free of any hazards.
