Over: I have always been loving and patient towards cats and dogs. I have my own cat - Pera who is sadly in Türkiye so I thought in the mean time I’ll spend some time with new friends. I’ll provide them with a fun time and some snacks (for food I’d like you to provide it so that there are no complications!) I am available for every service in Leiden + @ Den Haag Moerwijk I can take your dogs on a walk or take care of your little friends @ your place. I am currenty doing a remote internship and I’m looking for a job do basically… I am unemployed and home all day :’) That is why I can spend the whole day with your furry friends! I already live in a safe environment (near Leiden Lammenschans) here we have lots of greenery where me and your pet pal take a safe walk outside, get some fresh air. My house is basically empty because I’m gonna move soon, so there is nothing to worry about haha. It is pretty safe and clean.

Over: I’m a student currently living in Leiden and a lifelong animal lover. I’m very familiar with medium and large-sized dogs, as I often help my friends and neighbors walk and take care of their dogs and I used to have a Border Collie–German Shepherd mix when I was a kid (sadly she’s already in heaven now). As a young person with passion and energy, I’m comfortable engaging dogs in active play such as fetch, frisbee, and tug-of-war to help them burn off energy in a healthy and enjoyable way, instead of just a normal “walk”. I’m currently a student so I have plenty of time to take care of pets. As a well-organized person, I always use my todo list to plan everything, including my pet care schedule. At a client’s home, I would follow their instructions carefully and prioritize the pet’s safety, comfort, and routine. I would make sure the pet has fresh water, appropriate food if required, and a clean environment. I would also spend time interacting with the pet based on its personality and needs, whether that means active play, gentle companionship, or simply keeping them calm and company. During walks, I would ensure the dog is always safely leashed and avoid risky situations with other animals or traffic. I would also pay attention to any signs of stress or discomfort and adjust my behavior accordingly.

Over: I've had dogs since I was 6, always walking them, playing and giving them belly rubs. Since a few years now, I've been loving cats as well. I took care of my neighbours cats every time he went on vacation as well as my friend's cat. I recently adopted one myself! I'm currently working 3-4 days a week so I have the whole weekend plus Monday free to care for your paw friend. I love walking in nature, cuddling and playing with them and can do that at any time during the weekend while on Monday only until 17. I always check the environment for safety, although I'm sure you already have a perfectly safe home for them, so that mostly matters if there is any change in the environment (something breaking for example)

Crate-trained pets will be crated per the owner’s instructions. Having an 11-year-old husky means I have had my fair share of experience with unexpected veterinary visits and emergencies. I am comfortable communicating symptoms to veterinary professionals with thorough details as needed. I have years of experience monitoring pets’ symptoms when they are sick, providing at home first aid, and acting quickly when additional care is needed. Veterinary Care & Emergency Transport Policy: While veterinary care and especially emergency veterinary care is a rare circumstance of a booking, pets can be unpredictable. When a medical facility advises veterinary care based on a description of symptoms over the phone, pet sitter will advise seeking veterinary care. If pet owner objects to seeking veterinary care when medically necessary, pet owner will be responsible for either taking over care of their pet themselves or securing a different caregiver expeditiously. To ensure the pet sitter is adequately compensated in extenuating circumstances, please be advised that for any unexpected or emergency travel or transport over 10 miles away, a fee of $1/mile (for example: if required to drive 40 miles roundtrip, the fee will be $20) will be applied to your booking. An additional charge will also be applied to the cost of your booking at an hourly rate starting at the time of departure to the vet and ending at the time of either arrival to your home or, if your pet is required to stay at the vet, departure from the vet + time it would take to travel to the pet sitter’s home from the vet (for boarding clients, mileage will be calculated based on the roundtrip to the vet from pet sitter’s home). The pet sitter will also require reimbursement by the pet owner for any cleaning supplies that are not readily available in the pet owner’s home. If the pet sitter’s vehicle is damaged by your pet or requires professional cleaning, the pet sitter will require reimbursement for repairs and cleaning fees by the pet owner. Injury To Pet Sitter Policy: If, under any circumstance, the pet sitter is injured by a pet, the pet sitter will require reimbursement for related medical expenses by the pet owner. I’m a small business owner and work from home, taking care of my own 10 year old female Siberian Husky named Luna, and can easily accommodate some other furry friends! I have a fenced in secured back yard with multiple spotlights and security cameras, alarm system in my home which is set any time I’m away from home without my dog, and at night regardless. We have a clean 2 story home with 2k square feet of interior space and a large fenced in private back yard with a (6.5ft fence). My wife also works from home and is a highly experienced Rover sitter herself, and we treat all pups like our own!

Over: Van jongs af aan ben ik opgegroeid met honden en katten en heb ik altijd voor hen gezorgd. Later heb ik zelf ook honden en katten gehad, waardoor mijn liefde en ervaring met dieren alleen maar zijn gegroeid. Veterinary Care & Emergency Transport Policy: While veterinary care and especially emergency veterinary care is a rare circumstance of a booking, pets can be unpredictable. When a medical facility advises veterinary care based on a description of symptoms over the phone, pet sitter will advise seeking veterinary care. If pet owner objects to seeking veterinary care when medically necessary, pet owner will be responsible for either taking over care of their pet themselves or securing a different caregiver expeditiously. To ensure the pet sitter is adequately compensated in extenuating circumstances, please be advised that for any unexpected or emergency travel or transport, pet sitter will provide receipts and apply a charge for reimbursement of costs incurred to your booking. An additional charge will also be applied to the cost of your booking at an hourly rate starting at the time of departure to the vet and ending at the time of either arrival to your home or, if your pet is required to stay at the vet, departure from the vet + time it takes to travel to the pet sitter’s home from the vet. This will include any additional trips back and forth to and from the vet to visit or pick up your pet based on the roundtrip to the vet from pet sitter’s or your home. Hourly rates are as follows: 8am-5pm: €10/hr 5pm-10pm: €12/hr 10pm-8am: €16/hr Holidays & Weekends: €18/hr *veterinary emergency room visit wait times can exceed 8 hours on weekends and holidays Cleaning & Vehicle Damage Policy: If pet sitter is required to clean up bodily fluids due to illness (vomit, urine, blood, diarrhea, etc) in order to maintain a safe environment in your home, their own home, or their personal vehicle, a one-time fee of €40 will be applied to your booking. The pet sitter will also require reimbursement by the pet owner for any cleaning supplies that are not readily available in the pet owner’s home. Injury To Pet Sitter Policy: If, under any circumstance, the pet sitter is injured by a pet, the pet sitter will require reimbursement for related medical expenses by the pet owner.

Over: Zelf heb ik al twee jaar een lieve en speelse labradoodle genaamd: Ollie. Het wandelen en spelen met honden vind ik ontzettend leuk en samen met Ollie bied ik een gezellige en leuke wandeling voor jouw hond! Momenteel studeer en werk ik daarnaast nog. Hierdoor ziet elke week voor mij er net anders uit en heb ik net andere uren. Maar hierbuiten heb ik genoeg tijd om te lopen met de honden. In mijn omgeving is er veel ruimte om leuk te wandelen. Er is een klein (omheind) losloopgebied 2 minuten verder van mijn huis en ook ben ik met de auto binnen 20 minuten bij het strand of grotere losloopgebieden.
