“We are so appreciative of Ricardo and his family opening up their home for our dogs. Taking it slow and making sure they have a good time while we are getting settled into our new house. We get pictures and updates throughout the day and our dogs are so excited to get there to spend the day. Very grateful to have found them nearby to us.”
2. Eric C.
“Eric helped us out on short notice and was very responsive throughout the stay. Our dog, Mylo, was well taken care of and all tuckered out when we picked him up🙂 We will definitely reach out again when we are back in the area!”

About: Our family loves dogs! Currently, we have a Golden Retriever, a Bloodhound, and a Beagle mix. My children have grown up around dogs their entire lives and we all truly enjoy snuggling, loving, and exercising with our canine friends. Enjoy a worry free vacation, and give your dog a vacation too! I’m a teacher, so I’m at home on weekends, holidays, and all summer. We have a high schooler home daily at 3, and a community college student home most of the day, when not in class. During the week, we can provide care with a combination of adults and teenagers coming in and out at various times of the day, but there will not be supervision 100% of the day between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. On the weekends 100% supervision is available. We have a fenced yard, two energetic canine playmates, two energetic female (8 & 11) playmates, two teenage (17 & 19) playmates, and a whole lot of extra time and love for our potential guests! We do have a gorgeous crate if preferred at night, but our dogs sleep on the canine beanbag and the carpeted floors of everyone’s bedrooms. Your dog will get plenty of exercise and plenty of snuggles. It is summertime, so someone is home 24/7. During the school year, our schedules are a little different on weekdays. We will share the week's schedule with our clients as bookings are requested. We have a fenced in back yard, and six humans. We also have two canines. Doggy guests usually sleep on the carpeted floor in the room of the hooman of their choosing. We find our guests usually bond with and adopt a specific person for their stay. It is always fun finding out who it will be for each one. An adult is present in our home at all times. I work in public education, and I am home afternoons, evenings, and weekends. My two girls are also present and thrilled to spend time with our guests. We have a large fenced in yard and plenty of living space. Our dogs have the run of the home and are allowed on the furniture.
4. Rose N.
“Rose took good care of my Rocky for the day. She had a nice private, air-conditioned room for him with a fenced yard. She also sent me updates with photos during the day.”
5. Josh B.
“Lola had a great time and loved her new doggie friends. We will have to get a wading pool for her. She loves to splash around in it with the other dogs She got a lot of exercise and had a good nap when she got home. Bill Olver”
6. John B.
“I strongly endorse John as a responsible and loving pet caregiver. Since I've known John, every interaction he's ever had with animals has been positive. He's always been wonderful with my dog and is someone I've even entrusted on many occasions to watch over my dog when I travel temporarily. John has always been a patient, caring, and nurturing person by nature and has continually shown it through his actions. I think that John would be the perfect fit for rover and highly recommend accepting him.”

About: I grew up with all sorts of animals, so I already learned to be responsible and care for them at a young age maybe around 8 years old This is going to be the only thing I’m focusing on, therefore I would have plenty of time for all the pet care needs . I have a fenced back yard as well as a shepherd that could accompany your fur baby. But either could also be crated at any time
9. Theresa F.
“Theresa is amazing. She is such a dog lover! She took great care of my fur babies and they had a great time. Will definitely recommend her again!”
10. Rebecca R.
“I’m so thankful that I found Rebecca on Rover to watch my yorkie. I traveled to the area with my pup, and quickly came to realize he was not handling being in the hotel room alone. Thankfully, Rebecca agreed to dog sit my for the day on super short notice. She sent photos of my dog throughout the day which made me feel assured that he was having a great time and was well taken care of!”

14. Sabrina L.
“Sabrina has watched my Labrador Retriever on multiple occasions. She always takes great care of him to the point that I don't think he wants to come home. Her love of pets is becomes very apparent within minutes of meeting her. When my dog had a medical issue while she was watching him she was very quick to take care of it and kept me informed the entire time, even taking him to a 24 hour vet. I can not recommend her enough. If you are looking for someone to watch your pets, look no further. Sabrina will be your best choice and you will be glad that you picked her. Your pets will thank you also.”

About: I'm a high school math teacher and my wife works from home full time. Looking to watch after your little guys so we don’t have to get another one. Our dog Penny, has recently passed however we would like to keep her pictures and memory alive on this profile*. Most days I'm up early and dont mind being active and taking morning walks. Experience wise ive taken care of neighbors cats and dogs as a teen and have had 2 dogs myself over my adult years as well as turtles if you care about that. Dropping off your pet at my place seems like the best but I'm open to stopping by your place if need be. One of us is almost always at home full time to care for your pup. My wife loves snuggles and always looking for another blanket buddy We have a large yard and one friendly toddler looking for her next best friend. Overall it is a quiet home with lots of space.
16. Haley A.
“Haley is a great candidate for this position. Animals have always been her life. The love and gentleness she has for animals is amazing! She is very loving and caring and has a big heart when it comes to dog! Haley’s compassion for all animals would make her an amazing fit for this job! She has taken great care of my dogs in the past and treated them like her own.”

About: Hello! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in high school. When my parents brought me home from the hospital as a newborn, I was greeted by a basset hound. Since then, I have spent everyday with a basset! However, I have experience with dogs all ages and sizes. I love to walk and be outside but also enjoy some snuggle time! I work remotely so I am relatively flexible. I usually take a lunch break (sometime between 11 and 1) so that would be a perfect time to play with your pet! I am also available mornings (6-8:30am) and evenings (4:30-9pm) after typical working hours. I am more flexible on weekends with no major commitments. We have a fenced in yard and grass for dogs to play on. We allow dogs on the first floor of our home in any room. Our dog sleeps in a mudroom not in a crate but we do have a crate.
