Chinchillas are VERY sensitive to temperature and require diligence to ensure they don't overheat. Annette is extremely attentive to this fact. She provides tons of updates and when we get home, my animals act like they didn't even miss us she gives them so much love and attention. In addition, our house is IMMACULATE when we get back. She's really great, responsible, and kind.”
