About: I have owned and pet-sat for dogs and cats for over 20 years, so since I was a kid. I have sat for and owned with pets who have behavioral issues, medical needs, and just dealing with their weird quirks. I have medical knowledge under my belt, so any health issues or concerns is just another day for me! I work M-F 7:30am-5pm at the hospital. I am familiar with medications and different administrations routes, as I have done anything from topical to injections to my own and other's pets. I have a fenced-in yard, so my current dogs are let loser to tun. When living in apartment I have walked with my dogs numerous times a day, rain snow or shine.

“Joan was amazing. I had a simple job helping my Indoor/outdoor cat get fresh food, and she went above and beyond each visit. With intense heat coming, she even thought of extra things like cleaning the used cat dishes and emptying the trash to avoid flies while I was gone. We look forward to having her back. Thank you!”

I am extremely attentive to detail, whether it be your normal routine/schedule for pet care, providing medication accurately and easily, or double-checking that your pet remains safe on walks or in the home. I will encourage your pets to join me on the furniture if an owner allows, make sure a coat or booties get put on if needed, and send as many pictures as their loved ones want. I treat your pets like they're my best friend too!

“I have known Rachel for about twenty-five years and in that time I have never known her to be anything but a loving, responsible, pet owner. Katherine D.
“I cannot recommend Katherine highly enough as an exceptional pet sitter. She has taken care of my three cats—a geriatric cat, a lively five-year-old, and an energetic kitten—with incredible dedication and care. What truly sets Katherine apart is her ability to tailor the pet-sitting experience to meet the unique needs of each cat. With my senior cat, she is gentle and attentive, ensuring comfort and administering care with patience. For my five-year-old, Katherine engages in interactive play, providing both mental stimulation and affection. And when it comes to my kitten, her energy and enthusiasm match perfectly, keeping the little one entertained and safe. Katherine’s accommodating nature and genuine love for animals shine through in every visit. She’s not just a pet sitter; she’s a compassionate caregiver who treats my cats as if they were her own. Knowing she’s there gives me peace of mind, and I am truly grateful for her outstanding service.”

Lillian H.
“Nik has watched my dog, Sir Winston, many times through the years. She is great about giving him a lot of outdoor time, playing fetch with him, curling up with him during a storm and making sure he is spoiled, so much that he often doesn't want to leave her. She sends photos and videos to let me know how things are going and seeing how she loves him always makes me feel at ease when traveling. Her knowledge about dog behaviors and when something does not seem right is also amazing. I never have to worry that if there is a problem, she will reach out to me immediately and do whatever is necessary to get him taken care of. I trust her in my home and with one of my greatest treasures. Beware- your dog will love her and perhaps not want to come back home....Nik is absolutely the best!!!”

He goes above and beyond and wants nothing more than the best for everyone involved! I am very grateful for Derrick and all that he’s done and continues to do for my dog. He cares for them as his own and that’s important to me when it comes to my dog.
