“Paul was a fantastic pet sitter for our family this past week while we were out of town. He gave our dog, cat, and fish more love and attention than they typically get with our busy schedules. Our dog has struggled with sleeping when being boarded and having her normal environment kept her very relaxed and happy. Paul sent photos everyday with updates to let us know their status. A small bonus was Paul kept an eye on the house and grabbed our mail and packages and kept them put of the weather. Paul was reliable and trustworthy. Will definitely be using him in the future!”

My only issue was the $20 meet n greet fee which I thought would be deducted from the booking once confirmed. Even though her bio says, “to be modified in the final price once a booking is confirmed” I still thought it meant she would take it off the price upon booking, but she adds it no matter whether you book or not. I’ve used Rover for almost 2 years and never had to pay someone to meet. I also pay fees when booking Rover too…. So it’s part of the program. I, too, lose out on my time if someone meets Dax and decides he’s too big or not a good fit for them. I don’t get paid for my time going to job interviews or when I’ve interviewed babysitters…. About: I grew up with animals and as an adult i have had cats and dogs my whole life. I have also enjoyed caring for friends and family pets when needed. About: I've owned multiple senior dogs, and volunteered at the ARL dog shelter. I am more experienced with cats, but am willing to work with dogs as well, especially if they're easy going. I'm currently attending college, so for the summer my schedule is pretty much open! I can work anytime of day, and am able to work holidays. I have experience working with senior and sickly pets, as well as some experience with kittens. If you have a cat who is harness trained I would be happy to take them on walks.
