About: I’m a dog lover and have two corgis of my own who are both very friendly with other dogs and people. I’m used to caring for dogs every day, including feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and lots of attention and cuddles. My dogs are social and welcoming, so your pup will have some friendly company while staying with me. I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and treated like part of the family while you’re away. I’m also happy to follow your dog’s normal routine and any special instructions you have! I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to give your pup attention, playtime, and care. About: I have had pets for my whole life, whether that be hamsters, fish, dogs, cats, bunnies, and even wildlife who need extra support to get back into their habitat. I have tons of experience with different kinds of dogs. I have had my dogs since they were puppies all the way to the end of their lives, which gives me knowledge about each of the stages of pet’s lives. I also have volunteered at a dog shelter for 6+ years, so I have experience working with reactive dogs to dogs who are extremely timid and shy. I can guarantee that I have seen all kinds of personalities between all kinds of animals. I also have worked with cats at the shelter, which also gives me insight on the way cats can be which could range from very sassy (like my cat Benny lol!), to the sweetest cats. Along with those experiences with different personalities, I have lots of experiences with injured animals and have had exposure to treating wounds/minor injuries in animals. I have had to learn how to treat my dog’s diabetes since she was recently diagnosed, and have accommodated my lifestyle to fit her needs as a diabetic. I also have learned how to manage an obese dog’s weight into a healthier weight. Overall, I have grown up surrounded by animals and have seen an abundance of different situations within different kinds of animals!! I currently attend a university in the Des Moines metro and will be commuting from my home to school. This ensures that I have time to go back and forth between my house and school, which will allow me to make frequent trips to check on the pet. I also live with my parents who work from home, so there will always be someone watching the pet and ensuring that everything is going well. I get off from school around noon every day, so that will allow me to go back home and spend the rest of the afternoon with the pet and pay full attention towards them!! In my home, I am responsible for feeding, bathing, cleaning after, and spending time with all of my pets. I have learned how to trim nails, properly bathe a pet, treat one of my dogs that has diabetes, and clean wounds when a pet gets injured. I have been able to experience many situations with pets and stay calm during an accident. About: Growing up I have lived with dogs of all sizes and other animals such as farm animals my entire life. My love for dogs is never ending. I have been taking care of other peoples dogs since I was 19. I’m available to stay with your dog. I am not available to bring your dog to my house. I believe dogs do best in their own environment with all their toys and their own area. I currently work full time for a daycare in Polk City. I work 10hr days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On the weekends I like to take my sister’s dog for a walk unless I am watching someone else dog I will take that dog on a walk if able to. Majority of the dogs I watch stay at home because they know that area better. Anxiety is very common in dogs that get boarded or are away from home.
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 15 years old when I adopted my first dog Fez while working at the local animal shelter. I've also worked at the Louisiana SPCA for a year where I spent a lot of time getting to know all the different times of breeds and temperaments of both dogs and cats. I'd be happy to take care of your furry family member. My schedule is flexible. I can work with you to find the best time to take care of your fur baby. I'm even available for same day appointments. I would take great care of your fur baby with my undivided attention. I'd make sure they'd have all the time they need outdoors plus extra enrichments indoors during my visit or stay.

About: I have had pets for my whole life, whether that be hamsters, fish, dogs, cats, bunnies, and even wildlife who need extra support to get back into their habitat. I have tons of experience with different kinds of dogs. I have had my dogs since they were puppies all the way to the end of their lives, which gives me knowledge about each of the stages of pet’s lives. I also have volunteered at a dog shelter for 6+ years, so I have experience working with reactive dogs to dogs who are extremely timid and shy. I can guarantee that I have seen all kinds of personalities between all kinds of animals. I also have worked with cats at the shelter, which also gives me insight on the way cats can be which could range from very sassy (like my cat Benny lol!), to the sweetest cats. Along with those experiences with different personalities, I have lots of experiences with injured animals and have had exposure to treating wounds/minor injuries in animals. I have had to learn how to treat my dog’s diabetes since she was recently diagnosed, and have accommodated my lifestyle to fit her needs as a diabetic. I also have learned how to manage an obese dog’s weight into a healthier weight. Overall, I have grown up surrounded by animals and have seen an abundance of different situations within different kinds of animals!! I currently attend a university in the Des Moines metro and will be commuting from my home to school. This ensures that I have time to go back and forth between my house and school, which will allow me to make frequent trips to check on the pet. I also live with my parents who work from home, so there will always be someone watching the pet and ensuring that everything is going well. I get off from school around noon every day, so that will allow me to go back home and spend the rest of the afternoon with the pet and pay full attention towards them!! In my home, I am responsible for feeding, bathing, cleaning after, and spending time with all of my pets. I have learned how to trim nails, properly bathe a pet, treat one of my dogs that has diabetes, and clean wounds when a pet gets injured. I have been able to experience many situations with pets and stay calm during an accident. I am willing to do anything to accommodate any pet because they deserve to have a life of luxury, just like us! I am also committed to ensuring that any client who has special accommodations for their pets gets those wishes granted and will do everything in my power to make sure the pet has a great time with me!!
About: I’ve had dogs around my whole life! I grew up with two black labs and a terrier mix. I now have my own dog, a golden doodle named Oakley. He is 2 and he is my whole world. I will care for all your pets as well as I care for mine because I know they are our world! I currently work a 8-5 job as a speech therapist with kids, but would be a happy to help after work with any requests you may have and weekends! I will care for your pets AND your home as I would hope someone would care for mine. I have used Rovers of my own for my Oakley and am comfortable with any service you are requesting. I work from home, so I’m home all the time to watch after your fur baby. Your dog will get daily walks, treats, and affection. I have a fenced in yard, 3 lovely fur babies, and I can guarantee you almost every single toy in pet smart, I own😂 Your pet will be in a smoke and drink free home, we do have birds but they are caged together in their room, and do not get let out. My house, will now be your pet’s new temporary house until whenever you decide to come back! Getting to spend time with your pet, and keep mine company, is a delightful idea.
