However, I have also worked with cats, horses and other pets like rabbits, snakes, etc. I have turned my Ranch style home with a double wide fenced yard into a calming doggie sanctuary. The air controlled sunroom and living areas are theirs to explore and relax. Fitted with multiple bedding and sleeping areas indoors and a wading pool and sun beds outdoors, this space is truly a pet paradise. We also work with a certified groomer who provides a wide variety of services during house visits per owner request at an additional charge. Packages and groomer portfolio upon request. I hope you consider me to care for your little loved one and I look forward to becoming your best friend's new best friend. My husband and I usually work from home so there will always be someone with your little ones. Potty breaks are every 2 hours and pups will get at least 2 hours outside a day weather permitting. I will always treat your pet as if it were my own. There's no limit to what I'll do to make sure your pet feels safe and at home. I'll also keep you updated on their status while here with me via photo, video etc. Caring for animals is a part of my daily routine as it is. We were able to find a perfect space that could accommodate as many pups as we’d like! When they’re with us. They’re a part of the family and they live our homesteading routine. As I said, I treat every pet as if it were my own. I have a true love and respect for animals. I ask that owners send their pet with a bed or blanket, toy, or treats that will make them feel at home. Two months after hurricane Maria I lived in Puerto Rico for 2 years taking care of homeless dogs, puppies, cats, kittens and horses. There are hundreds! I became a volunteer with the rescue group Homeward Bound. Recently, my kitty passed away at age 18 and now I am opening my home to love your pet the way I have mine and all the others I've cared for over the years. As soon as you bring your dog to me we'll go for a walk in order to create a bond and allow your dog to get a feel for the neighborhood and golf cart paths. I worked as a registered nurse for 35 years. Since retirement, I moved to Peachtree City in order to be close to my kids and grandkids. I'm active taking Pilates classes and playing pickleball but will devote my time to your pet when they are in my care. I love the freedom retirement has given me. Sharing my time with four-legged friends is the best ~ second only to my GrandKids. ❣️ My home is your pets home from the minute they get here until you pick them up. I live within walking distance to Glenloch Park. If you have an active dog, we will take multiple walks daily to the park and on the golf cart paths. If your dog has any favorite movies we can do that too:) If you can, bring a big T-shirt with your scent. Also, toys, a no pull harness and leash are appreciated. About: I’ve been around dogs most of my entire life and started helping care for them at a very young age. While living with my father, we had multiple dogs and raised them from puppies into their senior years. My responsibilities included feeding, walking, bathing, and general daily care. I’ve had experience with a variety of breeds, including Boxers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Beagles, Labrador Retrievers, Great Danes, and Dobermans. Some of the German Shepherds were trained in basic obedience, and I helped support that training. My fathers dad was a police officer and had working dogs, including a Great Dane and Doberman, and I would help care for them when he was away and spend time with them regularly. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was around 5 years old up until I moved in with my mom a few years ago. I am currently a college student with a flexible schedule and I also work part-time. My availability varies throughout the week, but I’m happy to work around your pet’s needs! I have classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM. I work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and my shifts usually end around 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, or 3:00 PM depending on the day. Fridays and Saturdays are completely open, so I have plenty of availability for pet sitting, walks, feeding, playtime, and potty breaks. I currently work at Wag Atlanta, a daycare/boarding facility where I gain hands on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I get off work at 2 pm Sunday-Thursday so I’m free to care for your pets until 10 pm! I am also free to work Friday, Saturday, and most holidays with select hours. :} During drop-in visits, I can check in on your dog and care for any additional pets in your home as well 💕 That can include fish, reptiles, amphibians, birds, arachnids, etc. As long as I’m given clear instructions/routine I’m able to feed, play with, administer medication, and spend quality time with your pets to make sure they feel comfortable while you’re away. I love animals and I always want to protect them as well. I have been around dogs since I was a little toddler. I have a long history with caring for dogs.
