Your dog will be with someone consistently thru their stay with potty breaks, walks, cuddles, and playtime as they enjoy. My partner works from home and my time is spent caring for dogs, tending our garden, and painting pet portrait commissions.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in yard and a friendly dog (yellow lab) that can keep your dog company or be kept separate if needed. We can easily accommodate a crate in quiet spaces or more central based on what your pet is used to. My goal is to make my home feel as familiar as their own. I do require all dogs staying in my home to, at minimum, be up-to-date on their Rabies vaccination and be on flea prevention (I’m happy to provide resources where these are accessible if needed). Other vaccines and parasite preventions are highly recommended. Beginning August 2026: all dogs will be also required to have an up-to-date Distemper / Parvo (DAPP) vaccination as well.

Information Jennifer B. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dogs have any special needs so I can accommodate them as if they were with you. This can include special feeding routines, bladder expression, or training exercises.
A typical day
When your pup first arrives, I like to keep the energy low and allow them to explore the home and yard with supervision. Once settled (and if dog friendly), I introduce them to my dog to ensure if your dog is comfortable with him roaming around on his normal routine. After those basics are out of the way, snuggles, walks, puzzle games, and anything else your pup loves are all on the to-do list.

Reviews

Jennifer was amazing with Simba! She kept us updated the whole time with lots of pictures, which made us feel so much better about leaving him. She was always super quick to respond whenever we had a question, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about him. Simba looked so happy and comfortable in every update, and we could tell he was getting lots of love and attention. We really appreciated how communicative and thoughtful she was throughout his stay!

Jennifer was amazing and took excellent care of our pup while away! We were able to enjoy our trip knowing he was in such good hands. She sent regular updates and was very thorough when learning about his daily habits and needs.

Jennifer is hands downs one of the best sitters we have found on Rover! She’s great at keeping you well informed with your pet while you are away. Jennifer is also very thorough with how she cares for your pet and try’s to keep your pet on a similar routine as if they were home. Our dog definitely enjoyed his time with her and her family.

Jennifer watched my dog overnight. She asked all the right questions to get to know my dog and her schedule. She treated my dog like her own. I would recommend Jennifer for any pet sitting needs.
