“Susan was fantastic. She called as we asked to just get a feel for the dog vacay as it was our first time. Very informative, helpful and extremely accommodating. Our little guy even got sick and she was so nice about it, cleaned up him up too! Kept in touch with us all weekend and sent us photos to let us know our pup was doing well. It's just too bad she doesn't live closer to us, as we would use her for our dog every time. Your dog is in amazing hands with Susan! Thanks so much for helping us out and taking great care of our dog!”
