We got lucky with Nicole, she has a similar schedule and was able to feed our cat early mornings consistent with our daily feedings. Our meet & greet was great as well. We have never used Rover and were really unsure what to expect. Nicole answered questions via messaging before scheduling a meet. A few hours before our scheduled time, Nicole reached out to confirm our appointment. Nicole asked many questions about our cat, home, plants etc. Asked if she should shovel snow, water plants, take garbage to curb etc. Nicole really put my wife and I at ease after talking with her. Nicole gave us great report cards with her daily check-ins. Always received multiple pics of our cat in our home. We are new cat owners and were nervous on what to expect. About: I currently have a 4 year old mini Australian shepherd. My experience includes watching a puppy overnight, helping train a deaf dog, and taking neighbors dogs on walks. I am a teacher so I am available all of June-August to provide all day care for dogs or just walk dogs during the day. About: I've owned and loved dogs all my life. I hate to leave my dogs at a kennel and think home dog sitting is a much better option. My goal is to make sure dogs don't feel abandoned when left temporarily, but rather give them the experience of a joyful vacation with "Grandpa Ron". I am fully responsible for his care, including feeding, walking, bathing, nail trimming, etc. I always check him for ticks after visiting a park and know how to safely remove them. My kids have had goats, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, and ducks, which are all fun to play with, and I would be glad to care for your less-typical pets, if needed. About: Since I was 11 years old putting dog walking flyers on my neighbors porches, I have always had a passion for taking care of animals. I still have people contacting me to cat or dog sit for them, and they love to recommend me to their friends. I love animals, and I know how to handle them safely and responsibly. From working with horses to dolphins, I have been around many different animals. I have owned reptiles and guinea pigs as well as dogs and cats, I have been working with and riding horses since 2018, and every summer since around 2020 I have gone to the Florida Keys and learned about training dolphins, I have aged out of that program now. I work at a veterinary practice for a large animal veterinarian currently on Wednesdays and Fridays. I am looking for another job that I can work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. I can also do weekends if you are looking for someone who will stop by and take care of your animal for 30 minutes to an hour, but I like to have time on my weekends to spend with my loved ones, so the activities that take longer I would like the save for weekdays. I promise to love and take care of your animal as if it is my own until their favorite person comes back! I have my own reliable transportation, I can take your dog to a dog park if it is dog friendly, or I have a lot of land at my house. I also could take it to any walking paths. I know how to handle animals of all temperaments, and I am a good communicator and will keep you updated. I would love the opportunity to take care of your animal! I work at a veterinary practice part time on Wednesdays and Fridays and I generally start early in the morning around 7, and it’s a 40 minute drive. My hours can vary but I’m usually done sometime before 4pm. I can do drop by visits on those days early in the morning and after 5pm. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I can do dog walking, dog sitting, or doggy day care at my house! Anything that generally takes a decent amount of time I can do on those days. On the weekends, I can do house visits for 30 minutes to an hour, but I would like to keep my weekends open as much as possible to spend time with friends and family and go to the barn. I have my own cat as well as 4 other cats, an english bulldog, and a french bulldog owned by my boyfriend’s family that I live with. I generally feed and take care of my cats and the other cats, but I used to pet sit for them and took care of their dogs as well. As far as caring for animals in my own home, I live on 8 acres of land, some of which is a field blocked off by tree line that would be a perfect place to play. I also have a fenced in concrete and grass area for the dogs to use the restroom. I have crates in my house where I can separate dogs if needed. I also know of lots of places to walk dogs, and live by a couple of dog parks. As for care in a clients home, I have lots of experience. I can do litter boxes, feed and water animals, and give enrichment and treats if requested by the owner. I can also let dogs outside on leash, or in a fenced in backyard. I’d rather be safe than sorry, so I avoid taking a dog off leash if they do not have a fenced in or secluded area. I can take them on walks around your neighborhood as well. I am also willing to take care of exotic animals or livestock, as I have plenty of background in that as well.

About: I currently have a 4 year old mini Australian shepherd. My experience includes watching a puppy overnight, helping train a deaf dog, and taking neighbors dogs on walks. I am a teacher so I am available all of June-August to provide all day care for dogs or just walk dogs during the day. I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home where dogs are treated like family. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, fresh water, meals on schedule, and lots of affection. I follow each dog’s routine and make sure they feel happy and relaxed while they’re away from home.
About: I've had dogs off and on my entire life but it wasn't until we adopted our baby girl Coco that I really fell in love. We had 13.5 wonderful years with her, then after she passed we decided to foster dogs in her honor and have been doing this since Sept. 2020 with several local organizations. We have fostered 25 dogs and have sat 26 dogs to date, including puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral and medical special needs. Our pricing reflects the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is well cared for and part of our family during their stay with us. Or for in house sitting, we are mature, reliable and trustworthy and treat your home like our own. We look forward to hearing from you! My husband and I are retired so we are very flexible in our schedule and decided we want to do something meaningful and enjoyable in our retirement. We have a large 1.5 acre lot with a pond on property. It is very serene and peaceful here. Our yard is only partially fenced so we keep the dogs on leash when walking outside. We make frequent potty breaks and like to take dogs for walks in the woods behind our house. They dogs usually sleep on a bed on the floor in our bedroom but will be crated if we have to leave the house for their own safety.
