About: I do work full-time, but am home in the evenings. I LOVE animals, but do not feel that I have the time needed to be a 'full time' caregiver. This is perfect for my lifestyle! About: I’ve grown up with dogs all of my childhood. I just started this as a side hustle, and I absolutely love it! I love meeting new pups and being a helping hand to somebody as well! I work a full time job outside of pet sitting. I’m gone from 10am-4pm and my off days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. My schedule is very flexible, so if there are any issues with my work schedule, it can be moved around. I’m typically gone between 6-8 hours depending on travel time as well. I stay at the client’s house so that way their pets are comfortable in their own home and environment. I do an initial meet and greet before the date needed to pet sit so the pets meet me and recognize me while i’m staying with them.

Routine is key with time management to make sure there’s adequate time for play and adventure. Every morning starts with a walk, and I typically take my own pet to the park twice a day. My home has an enclosed backyard with ample space to run around. When house/petsitting, I’ll always ensure pets are on a leash before exiting to run errands or go for a walk.

So I’m at home most of the day. I would more than likely come to your home but I’ll explain my living :) My boy Frodo is an off leash dog, I trained him and still continue to train him. Either me or my fiance will take him for a walk, I usually take him on about a 2mi walk. He eats 2 times a day(kibble and homemade). Lots and lots of playtime unless he’s sleeping we are doing something. Just kind of puts in your mind what I do with my animal <3
